August 29, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– The five years’ rulership of JCE has not only brought the Jiengs out of the kraal but has also exposed them to the world of technology.

Reliable sources from the JCE camp revealed that the purported evacuation pictures of Dr. Riek Machar, showing his foot as bearing septic wound was not authentic but a cheap photo editing technology.

Some devoted diehards of the “once a lifetime” regime reportedly spent their limited cash to celebrate the purported demise of Riek Machar in the fake pictures. Some partied overnight at clubs and others were moving with the printouts in their hands unknown to them they are victims of Kraal style of propaganda.

The condition of Machar’s feet wasn’t close to that. It is true, he had physical exhaustion but swelling of feet or bruises wasn’t description of his situation, according to witnesses who managed to meet him in Khartoum.

The pictures were said to have been edited by some embassy staffs in the US on order of the Dinka President and JCE boss, Salva Kiir.

Although picture editing doesn’t require any formal training or qualifications, the JCE officials in Juba decided to contract their US based kraal boys to do the simple job. They simply googled up a picture of an injured leg and changed its colour, saturation, and temperature to match with those of Machar’s other pictures and then sent it back to Juba for publishing. The Kraal boys were paid fat dollars for their advanced job by Dinka standards.

However, a wound care specialist who was contacted by revolutionary columnist about the picture, without hesitation, concluded that it was faked “Avulsion” picture.

An avulsion is a partial or complete tearing away of skin and tissue. It usually occurs during violent accidents, such as body-crushing accidents, explosions, and gunshots. It bleeds heavily and rapidly.

Treating such wounds would mostly require a lot of techniques and time. After cleaning and possibly numbing the area with anaesthetics, a doctor would close the wound using skin glue, sutures, or stitches.

If the pictures were Machar’s as alleged, by now he must still be in the hospital, requiring highly specialised care to avoid the wound developing into lockjaw, a necrotizing subcutaneous infection, or Gas gangrene, a type of wet gangrene caused by the bacteria known as Clostridia, which can occur from such open wound. But now that Machar is well and vibrant, supporters of the Dinka government can see how much they have been fooled by the regime they are willing to die for.
