April 20, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– Washington, a strong partner of East Africa’s Intergovernmental Authority on Development(IGAD) and a lead member of TRIOKA, is believe to be meddling in South Sudan conflict to strengthen its foreign policies and its economy.
The intent, according to anonymous investigators, who filed the activities of American’s Ambassadors to South Sudan, is to weaken China’s economy and to deploy its troops and intelligence in South Sudan and East Africa to monitor terrorism and protect American’s interest in African continent.
According to the intelligence leak report extended to Nyamilepedia, America is sponsoring the peace process and also supporting Salva Kiir’s regime to sustain the war until China cut ties with South Sudan or reduces its cheap consumption of South Sudan’s oil which powers more than 5% of its economy.

The investigative report narrates how Washington through its ambassador invests in a controversial group known as the Jieng Council of Elders, who advises Salva Kiir, to covert direct trading with Salva Kiir government, which has been accused by the Unite Nations of legalizing war crimes and crimes against humanity as a form of payment to its allied militias and troops.
In less than a year, Mary Catherine “Molly” Phee, the American ambassador to South Sudan has reportedly developed very strong ties with the chairman of Jieng Council of Elders, Ambrose Riiny.
According to insiders’ report, members of the Jieng Council of elders, including the chairman Riiny, have been spotted visiting the American diplomat in what the investigative report narratives as a “new chain of communication” between Washington and the Dinka’s most influential group advising the president.
“Members of the Jieng Council of Elders have been frequently visiting Ambassador Phee’s residence and office. Specific details including time and names were discovered in the log reports and visitors’ book at South Sudan US embassy” reads part of the report.
To prove the ties, the report indicates that the US Embassy is renting Ambrose Riiny’s residence in Juba to accommodate American Marines, who were flown to Juba from Djibouti.
The report accuses the United States of directly funding the Jieng Council of Elders to operationalize “the 28 States” and other backdoor activities to weaken peace implementation.
“This association has made Ambassador Phee becomes partisan to South Sudan conflict. She can no longer be trusted.” reads part of the report.
“She is giving too much attention to the tribal group, Jieng Council of Elders and its associates. The ambassador doesn’t meet other communities’ elders. This confirms that she is a partisan and no longer neutral in South Sudan conflict” the report continued.
The US diplomat, Mary Catherine Phee, was nominated by President Barack Obama on September 17, 2014 and confirmed by the Senate on June 24, 2015. She was sworn in on July 15, 2015 to replace Susan D. Page, who volunteerly resigned in the mid of South Sudan conflict.
Ambassador Page and Hilde Johnson, the then head of UNMISS, were numerously accused by the Salva Kiir government of supporting rebels and call upon to resign their positions.
Washington, which played the role of midwife that led to separation of South Sudan from the North, has not taken any major action in South Sudan like it did in Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya were similar civil wars threaten human rights and justice.
