September 21st 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – Military leaders of the Mayom’s Bul community has convened in the Sudanese capital Khartoum to discuss political future of the county, several sources told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon.
The meeting which took place late this week was chaired by SPLA-IO Commander Gen. Lim Bol and Gen. Bapiny Mantuil Wijang and was attended by several other commanders from other opposition groups including Gen. Peter Gatdet Yaka who is the leader or the South Sudan United Movement (SSUM).
The meeting came after a previous meeting between Gen. Peter Gatdet Yaka, the leader of SSUM and SPLA-IO commader Gen. Peter Lim Bol last week.
“Just after recent meeting of General Peter Gatdet Yaka the leader of (SSUM) with General Peter Lim Bol Badeng of SPLM/SPLA-(IO). The 2nd, fruitful meeting transpired once again today 20/9/2018 with general Bapiny Manytuil the leader of (SSLM) and other Prominent Personalities of Bul community in dfferent opposition Parties,” said a statement issued after the meeting which excluded the members of the community from the government side.
“The meeting aims to pave way for confident building between the concerned bodies during this crucial time of the recently signed revitalized peace under auspices of the south Sudanese warring parties,” the statement added.
