October 15th 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – A rich South Sudanese young man calling himself a millionaire or a young Tycoon, also known by his local names as Lawrence Lual Malong Yor, has denied being a son of South Sudan’s former army Chief, Gen. Paul Malong Awan.

Malong has been accused of corruption and killings in South Sudan igniting suspicions that the young South Sudanese billionaire is his son or stepson due to billions of dollars Lual has been accumulating from unknown sources.

In an exclusive interview with the Kenyan based Citizen TV on Sunday, Lual denied being son of Malong saying he felt he is abused when he is referred as son of Gen. Paul Malong.

“I am not a son of General Malong. When you’re calling me his son, you are abusing me,” Lual said.

He pointed out that he made it clear in many occasions including on the social media that he is not the son of the former army chief turned rebel leader saying his father is known to everyone in his home state in Northern Bahr Al-Ghazal.

“I am Lawrence Lual Malong Yor Jr. I always mention it in every video, even the video I’m swimming in money. My dad is Lual Malong Yor Snr. Then I became Lual Malong Yor Jr,” he said.

When asked where he get the huge money from, Lual said he has been blessed by God to have such an amount of money without explaining how.

“I’m a very rich man…I’m blessed. I’m blessed. I’m blessed. My Lord Jesus Christ blessed me,” he added.

Lual has been portrayed by the international media as a son of Gen. Paul Malong Awan, who has been accused by Sentry of looting a lot of money, from state fund urging the international community to cease all his wealth.

Lual has also been mentioned by the Sentry as Malong’s son.
