August 05, 2016(Nyamilepedia) ——We, Lou Nuer Community in Bentiu, strongly condemn the unscrupulous act and selfish move made by Taban Deng Gai and his group in Crown Hotel in Juba to replace the peace icon Dr. Riek Machar in order to try to divide the Nuer and forget 2013 Nuer Genocide in Juba. This is unfortunate and very shameful repetition from Taban Deng. Taban sold out the agreement in 2002 between late Dr. John Garang and Dr. Riek Machar, he has repeated the same thing this time around. This community denounces anybody from Lou Nuer Community who supports Gen Taban Deng Gai and his group in any part of this world, we as a community, stand with Dr. Riek Machar all the way to the end in support to end the suffering of our people of South Sudan. Taban negotiated the peace and destroyed the same peace; you cannot build your house and destroy it at the same time.
Lou Nuer community condemns the illegal actions of the murderous government murdering its own people, we are standing behind the leader of the SPLM in Opposition Dr. Riek Machar as he protectst the rights of the citizens of South Sudan in general. God said from the Bible “but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you”. Let’s work together for the downfall the corrupt, tribal, tyranny regime led by Salva Kiir Mayardit and after all whatever we have in this Land is belong to all of us.
We also call international community especially IGAD member countries and African Union, UNSC, Troika to bring to South Sudan intervention forces to boost the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) so to demilitarize Juba with a new mandate to stop fighting between the warring SPLM factions under President Salva Kiir and former First Vice President Riek Machar as soon as possible. We also advice the other South Sudanese tribes to advocate for peace not adapt the culture of a few Dinkas who call themselves JCE who are now known of destroying South Sudan.
