July 21, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– The SPLM/A-IO Mission to the Federative Republic of Brazil welcomes the suggested Foreign Troops Intervention force under the UNMISS in South Sudan, but condemned any illegal SPLM/A-IO leadership replacement as speculated by the President Salva Kiir and the Jieng Council of Elders under the duress environment they intentionally instigated.

Given the inability or unwillingness of the President Salva Kiir and his army General Chief of Staff to contain the recent clashes and respect the agreed ceasefire called for by both parties, we welcome the Neutral Deterrence Regional Force approved by the AU and backed by the USA, UN and the European Union to restore law and order between the two former foes in the Capital Juba and beyond.

We strongly condemned any coerced FVP post and the SPLM/A-IO Leadership replacement plots by the President Salva Kiir and his security agents against the SPLM/SPLA-IO members, MPs and Ministers currently under the hostage-like situation in Juba. Such coercion and extortion on the part of the SPLM/SPLA-IG is unbecoming a peace partner and indeed a stern violation of CPA-2 Chapter 1(6)(6.4. and 6.5.).

Such a move by the President and his inner circle to coerce SPLM/SPLA-IO members to vote under such unfair pressure is a total blackmailing and its outcome should not be accepted by the JMEC, CPA-2 Plus partners and other world bodies who negotiated this agreement and it will only aggravate the conflict between the two forces and creates more suffering for our people.

We fully stand for peace and stability of this nation under the peace loving and able leadership of the FVP, the Chairman and C-In-C of the SPLM/SPLA-IO Dr. Riek Machar Teny and will not accept any contrived diabolical leadership change by President Salva Kiir and his JCE advisors to prolong the suffering of our people and divide and rule our nation. We do not believe that the mendacious call/ultimatum by President Salva Kiir for the return of the FVP, the Chairman and C-In-C of the SPLM/SPLA-IO Dr. Riek Machar to return to Juba while the his (SPLM/SPLA-IG) forces and their mercenary allies are bombing the SPLM/A-IO’s new bases is a genuine entreaty, but an intrigue to fool the world.

The problems lies with having two armies in one country. This is it self recipe for chaos. It is not president Kiir’s or Riek’s false but foolish suggestions by peace imposters.

If anyone want the best solution, it is neither condemnations nor criticism along tribal lines but rather what can be done with two armies.
