March 7, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — Now the truth has come out, according to the African commission of inquiry led by Former of Nigerian President Oluṣẹgun Ọbasanjọ found that “the killing spree” in Juba from 16-18 December left alive few Nuer besides those who fled to UN compounds” and “The violence in Juba targeted one nationality, the Nuer. Those who survived either fled the town by motorized transport, or those who ran on foot to the UNMISS compound.” The report said

Susan Rice, the second masterminded of the killings of the Nuer people by using foreign troops to carried more killing in favorite of Salva Kirr, where is the killer after the truth, where is Suzan Rice, the killer of the Nuer People, of South Sudan in depend of Salva Kirr?

Never in history of the mankind, has a brother had to be told to eat the dead bodies of brothers. According to African Commission of inquiry reports, Salva Kirr’s Militias and Soldiers in December 2013 killed the Nuer civilians and soldiers and asked other to eat the dead bodies of their brothers. Yet Susan Rice, the U.S national security advisor to President Obama chosen to sided with the enemy of the human souls and dignity.

The Nuer people of South Sudan, dead or lived will either remembered or put Susan Rice, the U.S. national security advisor to President Obama on the lists of terrorists and the Killers who helped Salva Kirr to committed atrocities against the Nuer and carried out ethnical cleansing to the Nuer nationality or else she is apologizes. It was only last month when the leaked document caught Suzan Rice as saying “An arms embargo, Rice believes, would undermine a democratically elected government’s ability to defend itself against an insurgency led by Kiir’s former vice president, Riek Machar, that has also committed heinous mass atrocities” FP

Susan Rice, the afterward masterminded of the killings of the Nuer people of South Sudan. On January 3, 2014, the New York Time report that “U.S. Is Facing Hard Choices in South Sudan” and that on the first morning of his Hawaii visit, Mr. Obama woke up to an urgent conference call with his national security team about the fighting in South Sudan. The discussion was about what to do and where to begin? And to who do the U.S wants to intervene?

The New York Time report that Mr. Obama does not have many good options, with no plans for American military intervention, however, is consulting Uganda whose troops could be used for intervention to prevent Opposition forces from seizing South Sudan’s capital, Juba. This is because Dr. Riek Machar and his team stage a coup a narrative that Salva Kirr gave a day after the war broke out in Juba.

However, now the truth come out according to African Commission of inquiry’s report, that the report “cites allegations of hate speech by President Salva Kiir” The African Commission of inquiry alleged on the section of ‘Who were the killers?” and said, “many killings were carried out by “a body of irregulars” who had been brought to Kiir’s private farm near Juba and to his guard headquarters in Juba in the days immediately prior to the killings.

Shamelessly and in a strange ways, the New York Time described Sudan Rice as national security adviser and is an Africa expert, who in 2006 called for the United States to intervene militarily to prevent the slaughter of civilians in Darfur. For that reason, her expertise on Africa, Susan Rice has for months resisted appeals from key allies, including Britain and France, and from members of President Barack Obama’s national security team to sanction President Kirr’s regime. While the report also said that “Mass killings began in Juba on 16 December after a clash within the presidential guards the previous night and following two days of tense political deliberations in which Kiir criticized his rival Riek Machar – an ethnic Nuer – for “behaviour tantamount to indiscipline.” Where is Susan Rice’s expertise?

Sadly, until this day, the African Commission of Inquiry on South Sudan found that the violence in South Sudan’s capital city in December 2013 “resulted in a mass slaughter and effective ethnic cleansing of the Nuer population of Juba,” So, the question became obvious that where does Susan Rice gets her narrative to declared her position that “An arms embargo, Rice believes, would undermine a democratically elected government’s ability to defend itself against an insurgency led by Kiir’s former vice president, Riek Machar?

According to Foreign Policy, Rice also is concerned that an embargo would be ineffective because South Sudan’s neighbor and military ally, Uganda, would not enforce it even if one were imposed, the sources claimed. However, according to the African commission of Inquiry, “The violence ethnically cleansed the city of Juba of its Nuer population. The motive of this violence was political: the violence, which originated as a schism in the governing elite of South Sudan, targeted one particular ethnicity, the Nuer.”

The African commission of inquiry mentions not only killings but also other barbarous acts against the Nuer people in Juba: The inquiry said, “The gratuitous degradation of one’s humanity was a marked feature in many of the incidents of brutality” and continues that “people being forced to eat other humans. Soldiers kill one of their Nuer members and ask the other to eat the dead one. Women are raped, people burnt alive.” The report said.

Worse of all, Susan Rice continues to insisted that there is legitimacy for Salva Kirr to be protected because he is an elected President?

Where on earth a President does all these and be still have a legitimacy to lead the same people?

Why in 2006 does Sudan Rice call for other option? What is the different between the Nuer and other Human being?

To Susan Rice, the Nuer people demand an apology because the “Civil revolution, as I put it to the audience, was not the problem, despite the warnings of some that it threatened social stability, which it led to anarchy. The greatest danger, I argued, was civil obedience, the submission of individual conscience to governmental authority. Such obedience led to the horrors and it led to the public’s acceptance of war whenever the so-called democratic government decided on it” Howard Zinn

That not very true , Susan Rice was not the masterminded, she is not Salva Kiir’s advisor to give order of killing if this reallyhappened. Lack of capability of solving problems is the real issue. Don’t throw your problems to others. Killing in South Sudan is not a new thing, Riek Machar massacred Dinka Bor and he never being taken to court.

I believe one thing, God was in agreement with Kiir or Susan Rice to kill Nuer innocent. for that reason not even one of those who participate or contribute of the killing will be forgotten by God, Obama administration is against the Nuer people, not too long ago the Ukraine President was forced to leave the office just because 200 hundred people were killed by the police forced, compared to what Kirr has done to those who vote for him, not even Satan will agreed with Kirr. well done Mr gentleman for that piece of work.

Nuer is not south Sudan, if anyone gives comment about south Sudan why are you taking it as Nuer? Susan rice was right to say that sovereignty of the country south Sudan needs to be respected and can not be made vulnerable to any invasion be it internally or externally. no other country could just come from no where to impose arm ambigo on the country. you nuer if you do not change that chear behavior. you will always be in problem. what is about you, that you think makes you special? all i know about you nuers is you are looters, raiders of cattle and food lovers like your brothers the Dinkas. you nuers & Dinkas have spoiled the image this country. if your fathers taught you wrongly, you must know that not everyone was taught wrongly. The true is always bitter but it has to be told. Take it or leave it. all we need is good mannerism.

Learn to love your country and everything will be okay. Oh, would you mind leaving Dr. Rice alone. She’s innocent in the mess created by your Godfather Riek Machar.

Fighting and blaming Susan Rice is not a wise idea. I have no idea with what is wrong with you Nuer people, you like to lie, whin, blame everybody for own problems. What an shameful tribe on planet earth, “oo somebody killed our brothers and forced them to eat their own human flesh”. Shut up and look at yourself, you are the problem of this country. I am so sicked of your stupid excuses.

With out nuer you will still be slave today so think again you are a primitive animals

Hawoochdit March 18, 2015 at 4:47 am

My Nuer friends are very contradicting guys to talk about, they are all season liars and they believe in lies easily, Riek lied to you that US and UK are standing with him and they will do intervention immediately if he fail the coup hence you started the crisis that is why you are crying now,

Why are you lying that you were forced by the Dinkas to eat your brothers when you can eat humans without being forced. Emmanuel Jal is the example of man eater.

Emmanuel Jal admitted that Nuer are given licences to eat people if they are hungary, and this is already known in the US and the UK. He has already been banned for life not use some airlines in the Western World.

You on seeing the dead bodies of your brothers lying down you didn’t waste time to munch on them since they are free food you. I have never seen people who like free things like that. free Ranks, Free Degrees free wives Free food and etc.

UN & AU must be told that if there is any Nuer who participated in eating the other Nuer in the UNMISS camp then he must be brought to book and tried and have his licence withdrawn.

Susan Rice thinks as if she is not Religion believer, Mother, and Human Right country worker, that is why she always thinks about murder’s right. She is just always like that however God will find the solution.

Wende Panaruu October 7, 2015 at 11:42 am

I never came across the report of Inquiry, did they mentioned thousands of Dinka murdered in Bentiu between 18 – 22/12/2013, Bor, Malakal, Baliet and Panrieng? did they mentioned thousands of Dafurians traders massacred in Bentiu on 14/05/2014 by those criminals the so call rebels of Riek Machar? why they didn`t included in their report the killing of pregnant woman in Panrieng, Former Unity State where rebels killed pregnant woman and cut the womb brought out the fetus (unborn baby) and slaughtered it.

The author of this article has proven to many that he is against logic. anybody who challenge the leadership of Dr. Riak is called a killer. If so what the heck are we talking, negotiating etc? Killing has now value if it is used in this context. Any human being will always ask questions I am serious questions, and if you do not want to be questioned then do not write talk or raise concerns.

Luke Luate October 7, 2015 at 9:29 pm

Nuers who are rebels do not a country called South Sudan but Nuer. How can u put S.S issue on 1 tribe?, there must something wrong with your thoughts and comprehension or other wise you are cursed by God for chaos creation mentality

i think, the President Kiir would be best leader in the world,if he did allow the coup plotter to killer during that night. The war was initiate by the Dr. Riek with the hope that they would succeed since many of Nuer people were in military compare to the rest of the tribes. Now,they are shading crocodile tear by excusing everybody around the world

John Gach April 22, 2016 at 8:52 pm

Archangelo Adup Anyuat October 8, 2015 at 4:49 am

Nuer brothers and sisters, you need to know one thing, be accepting ur mistakes and whatever acts you have committed. People dead were not killed by Salva Kiir but Your bastard Riek Machar Teny who made himself Nuer but not really Nuer.

Why do you blame Susan Rice when she is doing her right under the instructions by the law governing Human rights and she acts according to the Principles.

Why do u like to be supported in your wrong doing when Blood shed is in your hands?

Stop complaining and start judging yourselves right otherwise Truth will never be hidden.

Riek Machar dislikes good to happen in South Sudan. I can say he is another Hilter in South Sudan who is named as 666 dragon looking for blood to suck.

Stop following Riek and work on your own. Akackac aliu kek wek ku rin wetken, wek aabi thok Junub Sudan eten. Riem yen aaya ke wic baak ya ting path. Cak ben rioc Nhialic ku maal ka nak raande?
