August 21, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — Citizens are wrongfully informed in Juba, South Sudan that Dr. Riek Machar Teny caused this instability in the country.  This is done to cover up political vacuum which resulted into killing of hundreds of thousands civilians in the name of fabricated coup d’état on December 15, 2013. This writer is a survival of that devil plan to kill Nuer people in Juba irrespective of their political affiliations.

On December 16, 2013, I fled to Don Bosco Senior Secondary School with 98 others and remained there until we were rescued by one western embassy staff on December 22, 2013. So when I heard of the regime diehards painting Dr. Machar to have caused this and that including 1991, I feel more stronger and determine not to return to Juba until Salva-Crisis is overthrown. I don’t care how long it will take, this man must go.

I did nothing wrong but my house was vandalized by Salva-Crisis’ private militia and was made to flee leaving people who benefited from me being there wondering and helpless. I was a part-timer at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Juba from 2012-2013. I was a history and Geography teacher at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School in Gumbo, and an evangelist at a Nuer congregation Church also in Gumbo. It is sad to say that some members of our Church were brutally killed and those who survived fled to Nairobi, Kenya, or Kampala, Uganda.

Disturbingly enough was unplanned departure from my students from different sections of South Sudan society many of whom prayed for my safe exit. Indeed, I left South Sudan via United Arab Emirates on December 23, 2013. Taking my example alone, you will concur with me that our president is the root cause of insecurity.

By cultivating on past mistakes of which no one is immune to fuel tribal hatreds. The president is supposed to be a national figure whose task and responsibilities should not be targeting individuals like myself based on ethnic lines. The president had no idea how much his actions tore communities apart and that chances of people reconciling these bitter experiences are impossible with him in power.

Dr. Machar is a victim of presidential failures of Salva-Crisis and company and that they must know their problem is not Dr. Machar but the people he victimised. I would like to make it copiously apparent that Dr. Machar saved our country by organizing armed resistance for had it not been the case, there could have been different warlords and that situation would have been so devastating more so than what we have at hand currently. Surely, Juba got it wrong equating all wrongdoings with Dr. Machar who like me fled for his dear life.
