Sudanese citizens to protest tomorrow.

November 29,2021—The Sudanese citizens are expected to take it to the street again tomorrow on Tuesday despite the reinstatement of the ousted Prime Minister Abdallah Hamdok.

In a statement seen by Nyamilepedia, the U.S Embassy in Sudan issued a statement warning the Embassy Personnel to stay indoors.

“Embassy personnel have been encouraged to stay home and instructed, if travel is necessary, to be off the roads by 1 p.m” says U.S Embassy in a statement extended to Nyamilepedia.

“Demonstrations are expected to take place on November 30 in Khartoum and potentially in other states”, U.S Embassy’s statement reads.

According to the statement, the time and location of where the demonstrations will take place remains undisclosed so far.

“Exact locations and times are unknown”.While organizers continue to encourage non-violent civil disobedience, there have been violent confrontations in the past”,the statement added.

The U.S Embassy cautions other nationals residing in Khartoum to avoid all non-essential travels, crowding and matching with demonstrating citizens.

The Embassy also advise protestors to Keep a low profile, review their personal security plans and most importantly to monitor local media for updates.

Last week, the head of Sudan’s Sovereign Council Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan released all civilian leaders and reinstated Abdallah Hamdok, whom he fired in October along other pro-democracy politicians from shared transitional government but despite these developments, Sudanese citizens are still calling for Gen. Al-Burhan to step down through peaceful uprising.
