Stephen Pal Kuon of the SPLM-IO along the National Minister of Petroleum Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth all attended the event.

According the state minister, the two governors agreed to work together in order to disseminate the revitalized peace deal signed by President Kiir and First Vice President designate Dr. Riek Machar Teny in Addis Ababa in September.

“Today, 18th, December 2018, the two governors, Major General, Hon. Bol Ruach Rom [of the South Sudan government] and Major General, Hon.
