The talks are also being attended by one of the regional leaders, Yowery Kagutta Museveni of the neighboring Uganda.

Sources in Khartoum told the Nyamilepedia on Monday afternoon that the two leaders are meeting for the face-to-face meeting for the second  time since fighting broke out at a presidential Palace J1 in Juba marking the end of a ten Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU).

Machar arrived in the Sudanese capital Yesterday a day after he left the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa where he meet Kiir for the first time for a face-to-face meeting recommended by the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).

For his part, President Kiir traveled to the Sudanese capital on Monday as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni who had been invited also by the Sudanese President to witness the talks which has little chance of solving the South Sudan conflict.
