March 17, 2021(Nyamilepedia) — The Tanzania’s President, John Pombe Magufuli, has died at the age of 61, according to the Vice President.
Speaking live on television, the Tanzanian Vice President Samia Suluhu Hassan confirmed that President Magufuli died on Wednesday evening, March 17, 2021 at 6pm.
According to Mrs. Hassan, President Magufuli died from heart complications at a hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Hassan confirmed that president Magufuli was hospitalized on March 6 at the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute where he passed on today, Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6pm.
