August 22nd 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – Fighting has resumed between the feuding Nuer clans at the PoC 3 site of the United Nations Protection of Civilians site in the Nation’s capital Juba, several sources told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon.

The fighting is between the two Unity States clans of Bul and the Leek. Although the reasons which let to the bloody fighting remain unknown, some reports suggest that the fighting is over theft.

One source told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon that the fighting has resumed at the PoC after some youth defied orders from the United Nations Peacekeepers manning the site to attack the other youth.

“The fighting has just resumed. Some youth from other clan decided to attack the other youth in defiance to the UN troops orders to separate them in order to avoid complicating the problem,” the source told the Nyamilepedia from the PoC 3 on the condition of anonymity.

Another source said the United Nations troops are making reinforcements in preparation to forcefully separate the fighting forces in order to prevent taking the conflict to another level.

“The UN soldiers are now making reinforcement and I think they will use force this time to resolve the issue,” the other source also told the Nyamilepedia on the condition of anonymity.
