It’s very impossible for these troops to be withdraw from South Sudan unless the wanted stability of the country is achieve.Diaporia people don’t see the things the way they are really on the ground,the simple mandates of these peacekeepers is to protects civillians in the hotspot areas rather to loot the recources so if Southern Sudanese are desire for peace then stick to modality that can bring peace.
