Thanks IGAD. Peace in South Sudan is an emergency strictly designed to safe lives of innocent people who are dying every second around the clock. Yet the peace negotiation has dragged at a slow pace, at the expense of people’s lives. If the leaders of the country do not agree on the peace format, the people of South Sudan have a constitutional right to reign in new leaders, who can uphold the Constitution of the land and respect for human rights. The people of South Sudan did not choose to be independent in order to be slaughtered. Crimes against our people deserves punishment in the international courts.
