March 6,2015(Nyamilepedia) — I am obliged to issue this statement to the media so that the international community and the people of South Sudan will know the facts surrounding the clashes between the Shilluk (Chollo) and Dinka youth near Akoka County, Upper Nile State.

It came to my attention that the anti-peace elements of Riek Machar are distorting the clashes between the youth in the state and politicized it as if the Constitutional army of the Republic of South Sudan is fighting itself.I have to make some clarifications because the media, particularly the Sudan Tribune, reported distorted facts in regard to the Chollo (Shilluk) youth and made an impression that the Shilluk youth are armed group commanded by me.

The first clarification is to make it abundantly clear the difference between the Shilluk youth who clashed with the Dinka youth and the SPLA forces I am commanding. The forces under my command are SPLA forces, not a separate militia group of Shilluk tribe as Sudan Tribune alleged. I, Maj. Gen. Johnson Olony, am duly the officer of the Constitutional army of South Sudan, who was integrated into the SPLA army by a Presidential Decree of November, 25th, 2013.

The second clarification is the death of Maj. Gen. James Bwogo who was killed in crossfire at Lul Bridge, which is between the state Capital, Malakal and Akoka County. Gen. Bwogo, after hearing the clashes between the Shilluk and Dinka youth on April, 1st, took it upon himself to visit the site of the clash with an honest intention of stopping the clashes. Unfortunately, he felt into the ambush of the Dinka youth who mistook him with the leader of the Shilluk youth. The Dinka youth didn’t know that the one they attacked was the SPLA Maj. General. They thought he was part of the Shilluk youth who fought them earlier.

Today I met the Investigation Team under Major General Patrick Rapael sent by the Chief-of-General-staff of the Constitutional Army of South Sudan to investigate the causes of the clashes between the Shilluk and Dinka youth. I gave my statement to the Investigation Team as to how the problem started and how Gen. James Bwogo died accidentally. The Investigation Team will meet the leaders of the Shilluk youth on Tuesday, April, 7th, 2015. After taking the statements of the Shilluk youth, they will meet the leaders of Dinka youth to complete their investigation.

Since the last clashes on April, 5th, 2015, no more clashes took place between the two groups of youth. The road linking Malakal and Akoka County has been reopened and the traders and people have started using Lul Bridge. The SPLA army under my command has already been deployed to maintain security. The two groups of youth have so far observed peace and tranquility.

I would like to warn the anti-peace elements of Riek Machar that I am not a tribalist who would abdicate my national duties of protecting the Constitution to join a tribal rebellion of the vicar of Ngundeng. I was shot in February, 2014 in defending Malakal town from the marauding White Army of Riek Machar. I have been defending the Upper Nile State from the rebels as an officer of the SPLA army, not as a Shilluk.

I am calling upon the rebels of Riek Machar to respond to President Kiir’s Amnesty and accept peace. The people of South Sudan fought for fifty years to become independent from the North and their hard-won struggle cannot be spoiled by Riek Machar who has no national objective in killing women and children of South Sudan. I remember correctly my family members killed by Riek Machar’s terrorists in Malakal in February, 2014. The number of Shilluk intellectuals massacred by Riek Machar’s rebels in Malakal is more than the Shilluk intellectuals killed by the successive Khartoum regimes.

For those journalists who want to talk to me to know my position as an officer of the SPLA army, and the defender of the Constitution, please feel free to call me. My contacts are below.

Maj. Gen. Johnson Olony,

Allow me to congratulate you for your courage and nationalism. The difference between your action and that of a tribalist is that a tribalist was going to be driven by anger to always move from one bush to another in resonse to provocations such as what happened from the Dinka youth. As a Nuer nationalist, I was outraged by what the Dinka youth did. However, as far as I can remember, because of the tribal nature and structure of our country such things have been happening between all tribes, Dinka-Shiluk, Nuer-Dinka, Nuer-Murle- Murle-Dinka- Mundari-Bari- Madi-Aculi, etc, etc. Our response as leaders is to resist the feelings of taking sides and show our ignorant people the right way. Leaders are always above joining tribal fights, they are always the once who are called by elders to resolve them. I am sure not only the Dinka-Shiluk youth will respect you for maintaining your bigger nationalistic stand, but the entire South Sudan will look at you differently. Twnty years from now, when your head is full of white hair, when you have maintained the same spirit consistently, the country and region will see you as one of the great Shiluk generals who helped the efforts of peaceful coexistence in South Sudan. You will be faced by so many of the same provocative happenings in the coming years and the measure of your nationalism will be how you consistently rise above them. Let us work together my young brother to solve problems planted by the British and Arabs in our societies for the last two hundred years. I also thank you for blaming Riek persoanlly on what happened in Malakal and the killing of your relatives, not the entire Nuer as a tribe. We wish the people of South Sudan should stop blaming us for Riek;s destructive behaviour. He has always been tribalist, I know him in and out. Let the Nuer be Nuer and Riek be Riek, even if he decieved some of our innocent youth to join him. Finally, If all leaders reacted like you tosuch provocative actions, South Sudan would not be where it is today. One example, if Riek reacted like you when the killing in Juba happened, he would have run to Uganda, Ethiopia, or Kenya and asked all the Nuer not to fight back. If he had done that, I am sure he would have been the President of South Sudan by know because of the respect he would have got from all South Sudanese across their tribes, and the entire international community. Stay well and blessed my brother.

BEATING OF DRUM IS NOT GOOD Shilluk and Dinka are fighting for many years, but the victam is because of land. Shilluk are saying Dinka has taken their land so how can Dinka take shilluk his land and shilluk are in aside of river. Did a dinka across the river and build their houses there? That is not true forever and we dinka can not and will not tolerate such a thing. But you beat the drum it is good for you to beat it. Everyone in this country is saying Dinka, Dinka, Dinka Yes We Are Dinka. Dinka fuck your mother . Pading community do not want to reply what shilluk is beating because it is easy to them when they reply you be a part of northern sudan nor south sudan and believe me. Nuer People Has Fucken You During Criss I See Some Men With My Own Eye So It Is Easy For Us To Fuck You All .For This Time Abushok Will Fuck You All One By One

I think it is clear now to anyone that, the major general Bwogo was killed while, he was trying to stop fighting between his Shilluk youths and the Dinka Ngok. The people of Upper Nile regions are not getting along each other for years not just that fighting alone, there has been too many clashed since in 18th century until this moment.

Major general Johnson Olony sound like he is more educated than Dr. Riek Machar. He said, he is not supporting tribalism like former vice president. It is true there were many young from Shilluk murdering and others families close to Pro SPLA Juba were innocently kills in the last year. The former vice president is getting a shameful when it come to talk about tribal issue in South Sudan. Personal, I have no any problem to hate Nuers people but I don’t like Riek Machar because he had been generated more tribal conflicts in between Dinkas and the Nuers people instead, he is supposedly to united them before claiming leadership.I am not worry about him because he is almost gone but I’m real very concerning the future of his children even though they are living exile Holland yet, you may never know one boy will think about coming back to her country South Sudan and the history of his father Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhuorgon will deny him for good. I knew his first born boy Mr. Cheap has a bad attitude just like Mabior Garang. Mabior and Malang Kerubino Kuanyin Bol, all these boys of the SPLA/SPLM founders have no any futures in South Sudan. Please keep singing about generating tribal conflict but in the end of the day, you find yourself in conflict too

People like you mawien Magol or whatever you call yourself, are not the ones the right people should waste their times about them.
When you just talk like you are convulsing or agitating when you are commenting nonsenses
Why are you talking against someone whom you will never surpass in what he knows

Even your Kiir kuethpiny you people are defending and back-siding knows him very well.
When you talk of Mabior Garang and Teny Riak Machar of the great people of south Sudan, you are and will never reach where their minds are in term of literacy

the two boxes of south sudanese pounds have began to talk today for the first time through the mouth of gen. olony.
it is clear that his deputy has died in vain, but who is to be blamed when we know the power of money? you talk of Riek Machar while you don’t know even the quarter of what he knows. don’t you know that dr. machar is always successful? even the presidency claimed by ebola kiir buolo is result of his work. don’t deny that , if you don’t know ask me then i ‘ll let you know.

thomas ngundeng , don’t you feel ashamed of generating mere propagandas. Riek machar didn,t order any nuer to kill any body on basis of ethnic identity. the first serious and outrageous act of violence based on ethnicity was carried out in juba against Nuer by president salva ebola buolo kuethpiny and every body knows about knows about that . if you are getting your bread today don’t eat your bread in the name of Riek machar. you see him in bush now while you get what i don’t know which confuses you and makes you mess up that you don’t even know what is good for your future.

Deeblackton, Riek Ordered for the massacre of Innocent Dinkas in Bor, Akobo, Bentiu including shilluks in Malakal, Riek is the most tribalistic skeleton in South Sudan, by the time he fled out of Juba after the failure of his coup, Riek went straight to greater Uror county telling white armies to mobilize to revenge for the Nuer Killed in Juba, He even told them Dinkas killed all Nuers in Juba so what are you waiting for? so thereby it made the white armies to respond so fast match to Bor to overran Bor and matching to Juba with the aim of capturing Juba then declare Riek President of South Sudan blindly not knowing that Juba is for Equatorians and may even flash Riek’s illiterate white armies within minutes but good enough the SPLA plus the UPDF cleared them before they could reach Juba to commit real Genocide.

The believe of the white armies that they are brave and don’t fear dead made them to die like white aunts who blindly run to the fire not knowing it kills, they white armies plus the Nuer defectors are killed in thousand along Juba-Bor Road alone let alone those killed along Juba Yei Road just 5KMs away from Juba.

The question is, why die for Riek only and not Value your life and not knowing you are very important to your God who created you and your family????, Riek is confusing you to die for him while he has kept his home and children in Holland schooling?

Think twice before acting my fellow Nuers.

I don’t believe that major general Johnson Olany has issued this statement; someone has done that falsely.
