Feb 23, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— Salva Kiir’s regime targeted the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part in the mid-2013. The US President Barak Obama, the most powerful president on the planet-Earth kept quiet, aloof, naiveté and fell like nothing has really happened in South Sudan. The 2013 Nuer Genocide has been hidden by the US and its biased and prejudiced media. The notorious Dinka General Kuol Manyang Juuk boasted that the war could take only three days for the Nuer to be defeated, disseminated and annihilated to become history and statistics like the Native Americans and Aborigines in Australia, the Euro-Jews by the Nazi Germany during the Second World War (1939-1945); the Armenian Genocide by the Young Turks (1915-1920) that up to this day it has not yet acknowledged as a crime against humanity; the Ovambo and the Nama Genocide by Kaiser’s of Germany notorious Lt.-General Lothian Van Tortha (1904-1908); and the 1994 Rwanda Genocide against Tutsi minority by the Hutus’ majority in Kigali, Rwanda. The war has elapsed four (4) years and the Dinka have made no dent against the Nuer nation and its resilient people in despite of importing foreign troops from the IGAD and some of the IGAD plus Countries under the flag of Uganda. Well, the Dinka have misread history and we wished they had consulted with the British that the Nuer resisted for over thirty (30) years against colonialism in Sudan and South Sudan in particular.

Historically, the Nuer remained the only ethnicity that was not conquered by the British colonialists in Anglo-phone Africa and the world at large. Assuredly, we will resist the so-called Jieng Council of Elders (JCE)[Dinka] until they are defeated sooner rather than later. We would suggest that Kuol Manyang Juuk should in advance chew, swallow and digest his ugly and dirty remarks about the Nuer nation and its resilient people. The Nuer will prevail like they prevailed against the British colonial rule. The Nuer will rule South Sudan as long as they wish and the Dinka this time around would have to follow and to repent for the crimes that they committed not only against the Nuer nation, its brave and courageous people in the mid-December 2013 above and beyond, but also other nationalities. The USA that has prided itself to be a democracy and champion for the Universal Declaration of 30 Articles on human rights (Cungni nathdial wiec moun) failed in South Sudan. The question that the Nuer people would like to probe to the international community is pretty simple: why the international community kept quiet on South Sudan genocide compared to other genocides around the world? The Nuer people have the guts and gusto to resist, to defend and to protect itself from its domestic and external enemies alike. The JCE should know and underscore that it has aggressed a great and brave people that the capacity and capability of sucking it to them. There will neither be defeat nor surrender to the JCE ever and this mission will be accomplished with great certainty. My message for those Nuer folks that have decided or opted to follow Lucifer’s Taban Deng, the illegitimate FVP they have become a lost cause and they are going to suffer for wrongful this unprecedented provoked decision-making. The JEC should reckon and know that this war will not stop before it reaches Warrap and Aweil alike to experience the same destruction that the Twic Special Militias and the SPLA have committed in the Greater Upper Nile region and no matter how long this war takes and no matter who will stop it, the destruction of Warrap and Aweil are eminent like the Jieng destroyed the Greater Upper Nile region. The Nuer nation and its resilient people will undertake surgical operations against any Jieng that allied itself with the criminal, barbaric, dictatorial and genocidal Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba. There will be no forgiveness at all, because we will pursue social justice, democracy, equality and peace that breed social justice and social justice that breed peace and the culture of peace. This is the bottom line. The Opposition agenda is loud and clear- that its commitment to peace permanent and durable peace as proposed by the JCE that lack legitimacy and the political will for the rapidly peace implementation of the 2015 peace Agreement signed by Dr. Machar and Salva Kiir, respectively. Nevertheless, the opposition will subscribe to peace, but only through strength, but not in weakness as the best method for the other side of aisle to understand and capture the true meaning of peaceful co-existence, cultural diversity in South Sudan and that no single tribe that can build a nation on its own terms.

Most African countries that have gotten involved fighting for Salva Kiir, including the Arab Republic of Egypt (ARE) aerial bombardments against the innocent civilians’ population with its Russian made Antonov and Jet fighters; we will never surrender to the Jieng only over dead bodies. Nevertheless, we would make the Jieng regret the aggression against a stronger, fragile and ferociously fighting Nuers. This war will not end soon because there will be no way forward. We would be ready for peace, but we do know in our guts and gusto that peace comes only through strength, but never in weakness. What does Egypt hope to gain in this at the end of the day? If the future goal for Egypt is to reconstruct the unfinished Jonglei Canal, that would be a no-go.

We will strive assiduously to achieve peace and the culture of peace that breeds social justice and social justices that breeds peace only through strength. Never the less we have got a con-committed agenda as pre-requisites to be met first by the criminal, barbaric, dictatorial and genocidal regime. Because we have already known that Juba does not have the political will and commitment to the implementation of 2015 Peace Agreement brokered or stroked by the IGAD mediators, we will not reveal such pre-requisites until further notice.

We will utilize our might to defeat the Jieng by any means necessary. The Nuer nation is the real Black Israel in Africa and nobody would dare to tear it apart. The IGAD and IGAD plus Countries could not be involved in the peace process because of conflict of interests.

What do you know folks; the war has been Obama’s war or Obama’s neo-scramble in South Sudan. It has been a prelude to regional war that is now simmering or looming not only in South Sudan, but throughout the entire Horn of Africa. The mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide was perpetrated against the Nuer ethnicity by Salva Kiir was with duly full knowledge of the US President Barak Obama that invited Salva Kiir to the White House that invited Salva Kiir to Washington, DC, immediately followed in the aftermath of the crime of genocide. Verily, verily, I say unto you all the Nuer people; you should know that what the US President First African-American did commit crime of genocide against the Nuer people as a payback for the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade as if it were organized and committed by the Nuer nation even though no Nuer people participated in this shameful and lucrative business of human trafficking. The Nuer was not responsible for hoarding the Dinka folks as slaves. They were (and still are) weak and lazy to protect themselves. It was always their Nuer cousins that provided them protection to the Dinka from being raided by all external adversaries, including the Baggara, Messiriya and Rizigat the so-called nomadic Arab tribes in Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel and Abyei that was annexed to Sudan by Chief Deng Majok retrospect to 1905 up to present.

Affirmatively, it was not the opposition that started the war or the mess that goes on in South Sudan. It was Salva Kiir qua Salva, his cronies and renegades in Juba that started the war or the treacherous mess. The opposition will wage the war until the end. We are not war mongrels, but peace makers and because we know that we are dealing with a primitive empty headed idiot, illegitimate, criminal, dictator and genocidal regime, peace will not return to South Sudan in weakness or Dialogue, par cum pare (equal), but through strength the intensification of the armed struggle against Juba. At the same time, we will be committed to peacemaking and peace building process. Peace will return to South Sudan through strength, but not in weakness.

The Opposition is ready for peace to return and would be ready to negotiate with Juba on the root causes of the crisis and the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide that the world has failed to address for that. We will be ready whenever such peace proposal will be convened at anywhere and at any place less the IGAD and IGAD plus countries because they have invested converging and diverging conflict of interests. We know that in the book of Mathew 5:7, it says “blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called the children of God.” We have already drafted the skeleton of our peace agenda. We are ever ready to go whenever and wherever that we would be called to negotiate peace that breeds social justice and social justice that breeds peace, harmony, equality, liberty, democracy and its universal Values as given to humankind by the American Revolution on 4th July 1775 quests for the countrydom from Crown (the UK) and the French Revolution or the Bastille Day on 14th July 1789.

The Dinka dictator-for-life in Juba could not threaten war if opposition fails to denounce violence. He (Salva Kiir) and his Chief of the General Staff know what the opposition can do once they are in gear. Who started the violence? Was it the opposition or Salva Kiir that perpetrated the war? The preceded questions would have to be answered thoroughly by Salva Kiir and his cronies and henchmen in their fortresses in Juba.

The Opposition would soon suck the war to Juba like we did last July 2016. If Juba is heaven, the opposition wanted to have rooms in that heaven and if it is hell, Oh boy! , we would want to be in that hell. Now that President Obama has left Juba in the dark, we believe that the US President Donald Trump would not be like the former US President Barak Obama that targeted the Nuer people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. For those Nuer folks who still remained with Salva, they are traitors like Lucifer’s Mohamed Ahmed El-Hagg Sadiq condemned because they are all against your own kind. Where would they go after having slept, dined and wined with enemy of the Nuer nation and its resilient people? Think about it for a few minutes.

The armed opposition will continue with the war as long as Salva Kiir remains as the illegitimate; ethnocentric; egocentric; power lust; child and women killer; and/or the Adolph Hitler of South Sudan. Who forewarned the opposition on 8 February 2017 that the opposition should evacuate west bank of the White Nile River? Who controls this position now? It’s all IO forces and we will clear all the SPLA pockets up to Pariang and beyond. The entire west bank of the White Nile is now almost under virtual controlled of IO forces. What can Salva Kiir do now? We know also that they have sent troops to Yuai in the Lou-Nuer countryside. What does he hope to accomplish? We would like to warn those troops sent to the Lou-Nuer and Ayod that would become cadavers and the individuals and renegades like Dr. Riek Gai Kok, General Duoth Guet, James Kok Raui and my others, could not blame anyone except themselves and their science of stupid. The Nuer White Army and regular rebel fighters could not be happy that they will get free arms from the dead SPLA troopers. The opposition promised that probably no one would return to Bor and Juba alive. We have now discovered that Taban and his agents planted molds within the IO, but thank God we have already captured many of them before could undergo doing damages. They will face justice because if we still have some saboteurs and molds that have not been caught, they will one way of another be caught and punished with impunity. We will have no forgiveness for the traitors of the Nuer people. We know that Thomas Douth Guet has been working hard to destroy IO. Certainly, he will not succeed.

EGYPTIAN INVOLVEMENT IN SOUTH SUAN CIVIL WAR

Like I said in the past few years of research and writing on the Horn of Africa as an academic expert on African affairs, I stated it at the outset loud and clear that the Horn of Africa could become the next cockpit of international crisis or the ‘Hot spot’ like it was in the late 1970s, the1980s, the 1990s up to now to become an international geopolitical and geo-strategic competition. Specifically, Egypt could not do his alone. There are big powers behind this political ordeal. Perhaps, the US and Russia have agreed of support Egypt to agitate hostilities between Ethiopia and Eritrea, Support for the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) against the regime in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia.

The already pre-existing problems in the Horn of Africa have been mainly the Ethiopian-Eritrean boundary dispute, the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) within Ethiopia, Somalia and Al-Shahab chronic tensions and South Sudan treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war or ethnicities warfare that represents a total chaos and failure of Africa’s youngest state even though some Western analysts and lobbyists on South Sudan like John Prendergast asserted that South Sudan has been a ‘hijacked state’ from whom, by whom and for whom that remains a myth to be demythologized.

Ethiopia’s construction of the Renaissance Dam has added fuel to ignite an already explosive simmering situation. Ethiopia like any other Nile Basin Countries (NBC) has every right to construct the Dam without any hindrance because that is its legit right under international law and African international law. For Egypt, the construction of Renaissance Dam has been like the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) development for peaceful purposes that makes the Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu goes nuts or berserks. Under international law, Ethiopia has every right to construct the dam without any external interference. The Egyptian Government has not done the right thing. The will become the big losers on their challenge to Ethiopia’s construction of the Renaissance Dam. The Egyptian Government strategic plan to bomb the Renaissance Dam could have serious catastrophic consequences for the entire region, including Egypt.

When Egypt constructed the Aswan High Dam in the late 1950s to the 1960s with the help of the Soviet engineering assistance, it did not virtually care to ask any public opinions from the other members of the NBCs. Why should Ethiopia the oldest Empire in Africa and the world would ask Egypt that it became an independent state in 1922 from the UK for the building of the dam on sovereign and territorial land?

Egypt should know and underscore that the 1929 Nile Waters Agreement that was struck between Egypt and Britain and Sudan has been obsolete and outdated. African colonies were representatives were uninvited to participating in the negotiations of such an agreement for future terms of references (TOP). It was like another 1884-1885 Berlin Conference that divided Africa like a piece of a birthday Cake by the colonial and imperial powers neither the African representation nor participation in the process. It’s now late for Egypt to have virtual control of the Nile waters like it had done so for years. The Nile Waters must be equitably shared by all member states of the NBCs without any exceptionalism. This is the bottom line.

Cognizance, that the colonial period that has been over and gone with wind and withered away, so too the terms of reference of the 1929 Nile Water Agreement. The NBCs must construct and write a new Nile Water Agreement for the equitable sharing of every pint or gourd of water amongst all member states and people living the along the Nile River for centuries.

In this post-colonial period, a reconstruction must and ought to take place. Egypt should know that every state on the Nile Valley has every right and equal right to the Nile Waters. We believe that all agreements signed prior to de-colonization, should be considered as obsolete, dysfunctional, be declared invalidated and null and void..Egyptian Government clings on the old and past glory would be a no-go and forever. We are now in a new era and equality amongst all nation-states and “all peoples” under international law, the UN Charter and the regional organizations, i.e., the League of Arab States (LAS), the European Union (EU), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the African Union (AU)…etc. as stipulated in Article 52 of the UN Charter. The point that we are trying to communicate to the Egyptian Government is that it would be guilty if it were to undergo bombing the dam or creating and environment that could disrupt the construction of the dam with the smart bombs that it had already acquired from Russia with deliberate and will intend to launch a military attack against the Renaissance Dam because of fear of the unknown about waters flows reduction from the Blue Nile. Most importantly, Egypt wanted to create crisis in the Horn of Africa for its own vital national security interests at the expense of the member states of the NBCs.

As regards to the unfinished Jonglei Canal by CCI in the 1980s up present, we thank God and our great prophets that prophesized on the future of unfinished Jonglei Canal. We the inhabitants of the Canal, we would not allow any Egyptian or and foreign powers vying to reconstruct the Jonglei Canal without our consent would become a dead duck. We have vowed for it to be reconstructed our dead bodies. So the Egyptian rag-tag military junta or Egypt’s strongman Abdul Fatah El-Assisi should not be deceived or lured to the war in South Sudan with the anticipation that the Jonglei Canal would be completed at the end of the ongoing crisis in South Sudan. We adamantly and united to reject any reconstruction of the uncompleted Jonglei Canal. We know that through the ongoing arms resistance, Salva Kiir will go and so too El-Assisi.

It was Salva that invited the Egyptian Air Force Russian made Antonov planes and Sokui Jet fighters to get involved in South Sudan. They have been ineffective in their cowardly bombing raids with the exception of Wau-Shilluk under UNMISS Compound controls that was bombed and killed many women and children. It’s indeed a shame and disgraceful on President Abdul Fateh Al-Sissi of Egypt to wage terrorist war and excessive use of firepower against innocent civilians’ population under the auspices of the UNMISS protection. Based on this incident, Egypt should know and underscore that it will have no place on the table in the future and the present in South Sudan. We will not forget Egypt’s criminal acts against our civilians’ population forever.

Under international law, the bombing of ‘soft targets’ as opposed to ‘hard targets’ is a serious crime act against humanity, contravention of the UN Charter and the AU as a regional organization under Article 52 of the UN Charter. Most importantly, the Egyptian Government has deliberately and willfully violated the 1964 Cairo Resolution that created the concurrent African Union in which Egypt was a founding member states. Al-Fatah-Kiir Agreement will not attempt to complete the unfinished Jonglei because it would not, surely, takeoff. We would like the Egyptian to know that if their ambition would be to complete the unfinished Jonglei Canal as they have been promised by Salva Kiir, assuredly, that would never ever happen over our dead bodies. Egypt is also opposed to the construction of Renaissance Dam in Ethiopia. It’s Ethiopia right to construct the Renaissance Dam. Apart from the Renaissance dam, Egypt is vying to complete the unfinished Jonglei Canal that could create more troubles Abdul Fatah El-Assis regime and the people of Jonglei State that have been adamant for the completion of this dam forever.

There would be neither nor another “Dancing Egyptian Colonel” like Salem when the North and South were arbitrarily united in the post-fiasco 1947 Juba Conference that became later known as an Abomination policy, racial conspiracy compared to the 1789 “Connecticut Compromise” and or as if a “sales out” of the people of South Sudan by swamp barons over the unfinished Jonglei Canal nor would we allow any Egyptian Fallahiyeen (peasants) to set foot on the Jonglei Canal now and forever.

Another regrettable policy the Egyptian Government and Uganda have already committed has been the support and creating further crisis between Ethiopia-Eritrea boundary disputes, the support of Sudan rebels through South Sudan as a corridor or end user. Specifically, all the attempts, deception, manipulations and maneuvering would sure erode Egypt’s national interest in Africa. It would not be the same has the late great President of Egypt Colonel Gamel Abdul Nasser was committed to the African causes and left a great legacy that El-Assisi will destroy on a snap of a figure or figure triggering.

Conclusively, the Egyptian government should know that in despite of its involvement in the internal affairs of South Sudan, the opposition will sooner rather than latter will defeat Salva Kiir’s criminal, dictatorial, ethnocentric and genocidal regime in Juba. It’s only a matter of time for Salva Kiir’s supporters to realize that will sooner go rather than later.

It has to be said at the outset that Salva Kiir has destroyed South Sudan and it would not be the same. His legacy would be tougher for the Dinka people and anybody that supported Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba. If Salva Kiir followers were to be real fighters as his fellow tribesmen proclaimed to the world that they are warriors, why do they have to import Ugandans, Kenyans, Rwandese, Burundians, Somalis, Tanzanians, Egyptians and the Uganda-Rwanda M-23 rebels to fight against the Nuer nation and have not made a dent. The opposition has devalued everything that Salva Kiir, Kuol Manyang Juuk, Marial Chinoor, Akol Kor and Thomas Duoth Gueth, including the octogenarian so-called Jieng Elder Council (JEC) as Dinka and would not defeat the opposition. Who would respect the Dinka any more in South Sudan? The people of South Sudan have discovered that the Dinka is a “wicked” species that cannot co-exist with anyone on the planet-Earth. The people should be united against Salva Kiir to abdicate thrown by peace or by violence means. Her must and ought to go now before it’s too late.

We urge and appeal to all nationalists, good officers of the ranks and files to do like what Lt.-General Thomas Cirillio rendered his resignation for the cause of National Unity and its cultural diversity. The resignation of General Cirillo should be a wakeup call for all Equatorians to conjoin the social revolution that an Equatorian could become its leader. We congratulated General Cirillio and the 200 officers and men that departed the regime and welcome them with open arms to join the opposition. We hope and trust that sooner or later many officers in the SPLA-IG would see the light in the tunnel. The opposition is squeezing in on to Salva Kiir regime at all fronts throughout South Sudan. We would only negotiate peace through the good auspices of the UN appointed Special Envoy like in Syria and Yemen by the UN Secretary-General and the UN Security Council (UNSC). The opposition will not and would not accept IGAD and IGAD plus Countries in the peace process because of conflict of interests. We would prefer Geneva as the venue or any other venues acceptable to the Opposition outside of Africa. This is the bottom line.

It was Salva Kiir that failed the implementation of the 2015 Peace Agreement brokered by the IGAD; the Opposition would not accept any future peace negotiations with Salva Kiir not under the IGAD and IGAD plus Countries. The opposition would be ready to negotiate peace in South Sudan only through the auspices of the United Nations organization like what happened in Syria and Yemen. Salva Kiir could only be forced out of power only through the intensification of the armed.

Meanwhile, the opposition is pushing rapidly to liberate the entire Greater Upper Nile region and will have an opinion either to remain in South Sudan based on the ten (10) original de jure states or to opt for the declaration of the right to self-determination. The Greater Upper Nile region could become a viable state because of its enormous natural resources, fertile agricultural hectares of lands, fisheries and abundant wildlife. Most importantly, it has the most industrious and hard working folks compared to any places in the world. Since the Greater Upper is the pillar of the bridge, there could be no South Sudan without the Greater Upper Nile.

For those who think that they could superimpose their will upon others against their free will and consent, time is running out for them and they have to change or they would be doomed and gloomed. Salva Kiir cannot under any circumstances give threats to the opposition. We believe that whatsoever he says usually comes under influenced of Alcohol and he never logically reasoned them out before he could say them to the world. The world community and the people of South Sudan should bear in minds that it was Salva Kiir that started this war, but Dr. Riek Machar. The opposition will fight this war until the end. We given Salva 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years and over and we will not quit. We will be obliged to state at the outset that as long as Salva Kiir remains in power as an illegitimate dictator, the war will neither be halted nor a cessation of hostilities could dream off until he leaves Juba dead or alive. If the Obama Administration could park Dr. Machar far away from his people in support of the dictator and killer of children and women, this gives unprecedented catastrophic consequences to the whole of South Sudan.

We call on the people of South Sudan to start a South Sudan revolution or South Sudan Spring or South Sudan Streets similar to what happened in Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya in the past few years., Actually, Sudan was the first country in Africa that unarmed civilians’ population was able to overthrown a rag-tag Aboud’s regime on 21 October 1964 and was repeated against the late Sudan’s strongman Field Marshal Nuiemri in May 1985. No matter how long it takes, no matter what the costs may be, and no matter what may happens, Salva Kiir and his cronies and renegades would be defeated in the battlefronts. This is the bottom line.

We would be ready to march a well-trained and a well-equipped a million rebel forces to Juba to get rid of Salva Kiir. We hope Salva Kiir and his cronies have not forgotten the mess that they have created and clearly paid dearly for such science of stupid on Friday, 8 July 2016. It could happen again sooner rather than latter in Juba. This time around it will not be a thousand three hundred (1,300) soldiers, but this time around a million guerrilla forces could be converging in on to Juba. It will leave no buildings standing up in Juba at the end of this epic or episode on converging in on to Juba. Whatsoever will happen in and around Juba, Salva Kiir should take the blames, but there would be no one to take the blames except Lucifer’s Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan Al-Hagg) and Salva Kiir’s solo. Salva Kiir and Taban Deng both have been already the big losers in the management of the state affairs, what to do about it, how to defeat the fighting Nuers and its allies in Equatoria and Bahr-el-Ghazal, respectively. Taban Deng has been a traitor and nobody within the Nuer Community that likes him and welcomed home because he has been a crook and money lover.

BETRAYAL AGAINST DR. RIEK MACHAR

The US Attorney-General Ramsey Clark writes that trials have become fascinated people. Criminal trials have both reflected the values of the culture in which they occur. They have absorbed attention in every epoch of every society we know and often altered its destiny.

Think only of a few: Pontius Pilate versus Jesus, the King of the Jews, Joan of Arc; Louis XVI; the French Revolution’s Committee of Public Justice; Alfred Dreyfus; Dostoyevsky’s report of criminal trials in St. Petersburg; The Moscow Show Trials; the trials of Charles I; Sir Thomas More; the Star chamber; Peter Zenger in colonial America; the impeachment of Warren Hasting, Governor-General of colonial India; Oscar Wilde; the impeachment of President Andrew Jackson; Sacco and Vanzetti; the Scottsboro Boys; The Chicago Seven; O.J. Simpson; Nuremburg trials at the end of the Second World War (1939-1945). If we were to be doing legal writing and research, the betrayal of Dr. Riek Machar’s by his in-law Taban Deng Gai (Alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg) fits any of the above-mentioned criminal cases of our modern times. Of course, the case of President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia demands special consideration in these times for three reasons of fundamental importance: It was the first criminal case against s head of state before a court arranged by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) or any other world organization. The court was called International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).

Creation of the court was illegally conducted by the UNSC itself can endangered all society and there is no ready means for restraining the UNASC from actions not authorized by its Charter. If we review of the UN Charter reveals that its grants no power to the Security Council, or elsewhere, to create a criminal court. The Charter itself includes the Statute of international Court of Justice (ICJ).

What Taban Deng committed against Dr. Riek Machar’s was a total act of betrayal compared only to tell the story of Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, betrayed by one of his disciples Judius Escargot and a fellow Jew that betrayed his master’s Jesus, the King of the Jews, with only thirty (30) pieces of Silver in the Garden of Gethsemane. Taban Deng did this criminal act not only against Dr. Riek Machar, but the Nuer nation and its resilient people as a whole. We hope he (Taban) and other well-known traitors would not dare to dream of returning to the Nuer Community. They could gain all the worldly things, but assuredly, they will go and the Nuer Community as a people and a nation and a race will continue to survive on this planet- Earth and South Sudan in particular. Salva Kiir will import all the different types of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to exterminate the Nuer nation and its resilient similar to what happened to the Jews during the Second World War (1939-1945), but because the Nuer people is part of the human race, it will survive and it will eventually defeat Salva Kiir. This is a given fact because historically and from the time of memorial no Dinka people ever defeated the Nuer people. This is for the record. Salva Kiir will not completely and totally exterminate the Nuer people at all in South, but with determination, motivation, and might the Nuer will surely defeat the Jieng (slaves) in this war.

The Nuer have not yet declared war on Jieng like the US declared war on Japan in the aftermath of Pearl Harbor on Sunday, 7 December 1941 that will remain infamy. We urge and appeal to all Nuer people and the nation and all our allies in the opposition that let us unite in unionism our ranks and files against Salva Kiir and his henchmen and cronies. We would like to rest assured every Dinka in South Sudan that the Nuer people and the oppressed, dominated and exploited other nationalities in South Sudan that they are only against Salva Kiir’s dictatorial, criminal, barbaric and genocidal regime and all those idiots that backed it up in Africa’s youngest failed state that has moved from political instability to stateless to statelessness like Somalia in the Horn of Africa in the aftermath of the 1992 fall of General Mohamed Sayaid Barre in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The octogenarian Dinka elders like Abel Alier, Dr. Francis Mading Deng, Bona Malwal and the Nuer-Bill Joshua Dau and others wicked, brutal and ruthless members of the Jieng Elders Council (JEC) who have perpetrated this war, they would surely realize that they have been misled by the American lobbyists on South Sudan for the sake of the money as the root causes of all social evil on the planet-Earth. The Nuer nation and its resilient people will surely survive this unprecedented and unprovoked aggression and they will walk tall and will lead South Sudan through democratic process and will strive to rebuild a united culturally diverse with freedom, liberty, equality, democratization; the rule of law, human rights protection and social justice that breeds peace and the culture of peace that breeds peace and social justice. We will forgive, but we will not forget the past because if the Nuer people would do so, they would be bound repeat the past. Only the greatest could be attacked because of the fear of the unknown.

Realistically, what is now going on in South Sudan is a power struggle for the leadership that Jieng has now failed the concept of the state and the people of South Sudan would give their verdict through electoral process. Of course, peace will return to South Sudan. Nevertheless, it will only and only comes in strength, but not through weakness. The objective of the Opposition is the overthrow Salva Kiir’s criminal, dictatorial, ethnocentric (tribal), barbaric and genocidal regime sooner rather than latter in Juba. We will accomplish this plan of action before Salva Kirr’s knows it. Let him think of a few: Shah Palvi vs. the Mullahs in Iran (1978-1979), the Arab Spring or the Arab streets in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya vs. all the octogenarian western supported dictators in the North African nations of Tunisia, Egypt and Libya; and many other numerous cases similar to the ongoing mess in South Sudan throughout Africa and around the world. The Opposition will prevail in this struggle for democratic change through the intensification of the armed struggle against Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba as its main fortress.

The Nuer folks with Juba should be considered as outcasts or ex-communicated from the Nuer Community. They have become useless, excommunicated and if found be declared as dead cadavers. The Nuer nation will not forgive any Nuers that have co-opted themselves to Juba for the sake of jobs and money. They should go to become Dinka slaves, graveyards diggers, concubines and never ever to think about returning to the Nuer Community and this curse will be transmitted or passed on to their children’s children forever lasting.

We will have no forgiveness for them because they are the worst enemies of the Nuer nation and its people. They all have already been branded as the premiere enemies of the Nuer nation and its resilient people drinking, dinning and winning with wines as the blood of their dead comrades and fellow countrymen. It’s really a shock for me to know and to realize that well-educated Nuers like Dr. Riek Gai Kok, Timothy Tot Chol, Michael Mario Dhor and Gabriel Yoal Dok and the other Nuer renegades, killers and murderers like General Thomas Duoth Guet and Dr. Bernaba Marial Bill should look for different communities, but never ever to dream of returning the Nuer Community that they hated most, betrayed it and its great people.

Let’s assume hypothetically that they have grudges against Dr. Riek Machar as a person and a leader chosen by his people that should not have been raison d’être for them to hate the Nuer Community. Perhaps, many Nuer people may have grievances against Dr. Machar’s personae, his leadership ability, but nobody could run away from the Nuer Community. People have remained united and will intensify the armed struggle until Salva will be defeated. For those Nuers that have betrayed their community for the sake of positions and money, they are all vagabonds and useless for anything. If such individuals have had problems with Dr. Machar’s, per se, he is human and not God to be approached and challenged about his wrong doings within a united Nuer Community.

Nevertheless, we should learn to resolve our internal matters as Nuer people within our domain and let no one leak it out to our enemies. We should also wash our dirty laundry in our in-house rather outside of the house. If we could all feel as the people that Dr. Machar has not done the right thing, incompetent, lack a developed vision and organization, senile or sick to lead, it would be our right collectively as a people to ask him to peacefully to resign and if he were to refuse to do so, we, [the Nuer people] could sit down to Dialogue par cum pare [equal] to make a unanimous collective decision-making about the future of Dr. Machar has our leader. If the above-mentioned could be true, we would could unanimously also be able to select his replacement peaceful and if that new skipper or chief or leader fails the people, he should also follows Dr. Machar because in all revolutions, you lead, you follow or you get the hell out of the way. But if we all could run away because of whatsoever acute differences and grievances against Dr. Machar’s leadership style, we could also be against our race and that would tantamount to self-defeat and the lack of the contexts of leadership that could be summarized fewer than three major contexts: commitment, complexity and credibility. Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg) was a traitor of the third kind not only against Dr. Riek Machar, but the entire Nuer Community. We could not be more than pleased that Dr. Riek Machar is alive and well and so too the Nuer nation will prevail in despite of all these unforeseeable threats and difficulties. We are a great people and only the great and strong have been often aggressed, but could be intimidated. Assuredly, we will defeat our enemies and will teach tougher lessons that they would not forget.

THE CONTEXT OF LEADERSHIP

“These are hard times in which a genius would wish to live. Great necessities call forth great leaders”. Abigail Adams 1790, in a letter to Thomas Jefferson Parents has lost it and police seek it. Experts claim it and artists spurn it, while scholars want it. Philosophers reconcile it (as authority) with liberty and theologians demonstrate its compatibility with conscience. If bureaucrats pretend they have it, politicians wish they did everybody agrees that there is less of it than here used to be. In my capacity as a student of political science, public administration and   public policy, international relations/international law, I thought that leadership has changed and had been dissected into different pieces. We could no agree more with Mr. Wildman thought in 1648: “Leadership hath been broken into pieces”.

Actually, a new leadership theory of leadership has emerged as opposed to the past and how we view leadership and who can exercise it has dramatically changed considerably. Leadership competencies have remained constant, but our understanding of what it is, how I works, and the way in which people learn to apply it has shifted. We have a general theory and social research and the rumination of reflective practitioners such as Moses, Pericles, Julius Caesar, Jesus, Martin Luther, Niccolo, Machiavelli and James Madison, and in our own time from such disparate sources of wisdom as Gandhi, V.I. Lenin, Dean Acheson, Winston Churchill, Mao Tse-tung, Charles de Gaulle, Chester Barnard, Martin Luther King, Jr., John Gardener, and Henry Kissinger, who have very little in common except that they have not only been there but tried with some candor to speculate on paper about it. Leadership is no easy because we do not know what distinguishes leaders from non-leaders, perhaps more important, what distinguishes effective leaders and ineffective organizations from effective organizations.

Leadership skills were once thought a matter of birth. All along, I was thought that leaders were born, no made, summoned of their calling through some unfathomable process. His process is called the “Great man” theory of leadership. It was assumed power as being in a very limited number of people or the “philosopher Kings” whose inheritance and destiny made them leaders. Hose of the right breed could lead, all others must be led. In other words, this is the concept that Dinka claims that they are born to rule and not to be ruled and that they [Dinka] are God Chosen people like the Jews asserted that they are “God Chosen people” by whom and for what that remains a myth to be de-mythologized.

When that theory failed to explain the art of leadership, it was replaced by the notion that great events made great of otherwise ordinary people. Presumably, Lenin was just “milling about” in the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution was pronounced on his deliberations, and George Washington was simply “on hand” when the colonies opted for countrydom or political independence from the Crown on 4th July 1775. His explanation compared to the “Great man” theory, was another inadequate definition, unfortunately.

Like love, leadership continued to be something everyone knew existed but nobody define. Many other theories of leadership have come and dissipated and gone with the wind and withered away like a meteoroid.

“Leadership” is a word on our lips. The young attack it and the old grow wistful for it. Parents have lost it and police seek it. Experts claim it and artists spurn it, while scholars want it. Philosophers reconcile it (as authority) with liberty and theologians demonstrate its compatibility with conscience. If bureaucrats pretend they have it, politicians wish they did. We could not agree more there is less of it than there used to be. Retrospect to 1648, leadership was hath been broken into pieces. Leadership is no longer at ease, but it undergoes constant changes.

On the issue of commitment if we were to take a survey of the workforce anywhere on the planet, we could get disturbing results. For instance, many jobholders would say they are currently working at their full potential. Some would say they do not put effort into their jobs over and above what is required to hold onto it; the overwhelmingly majority, would say that they could be significantly effective than they presently are; and some would say they “do not work as hard as they used to”.

Based on the above-mentioned diverse and controversial responses, even though people may be committed to organization because there could always be considerable gap between the number of hours people are paid for working and the number of hours spent in productive labor work. There has been always a commitment gap in whatsoever we undertake in the art of leadership. Leadership has four areas of competency and the four types of human handling skills that comprised of four strategies:

(1) Attention through vision T.E. Lawrence writes attention through vision that

“All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, Awake to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, that they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it possible”.

(2) Through communication;

(3) Trust through positioning is the lubrication that makes it possible for organizations to work it’s hard to imagine an organization without some semblance of trust operating somehow, somewhere. An organization without trust is more than an anomaly; it’s a misnomer, a dim creature of Kafka’s imagination. Trust implies accountability, predictability, reliability. It’s what sells products and keep organization humming. Trust is the glue that maintains organization integrity;

(4) The development of self through positive self-regard and the Wallenda factor. This is as a result of leadership failure to instill vision, meaning and trust in their followers.

(5) Many leaders with emphasis like in South Sudan and Salva Kiir and the former FVP Dr. Riek Machar in particular failed because they deliberately and willfully abused the five useful skills of leader and the lack vision, collegial organization, as social architects: trust through positioning and organizational behavior or the organization and their environments. Let’s precisely interpret the meanings of important and the significant of the above-mentioned strategies of leadership precisely. Firstly, the three elements that define an organization’s social architect are its origins, its basic operating principle; the nature of its work; he management, decision making, and power; influence; and status. These elements characterize three distinct organizational types-the collegial, personality, and formalistic– which we will concisely review below.

A COLLEGIAL ORGANIZATION

The concept of the state was founded on the concept that few people believed in: that high concept of the state or technology product could be made in certain way. The state, per se, is collective cultural diversity of a people glued and amalgamated to live in multicultural and diverse democracy. Therefore, the concept of the state has been from the beginning of the times of immemorial had been based of heterogeneity, common and converging collective interests of all the different people within that sovereign entity called the state. The state like a company, the chief founder had association with universities or through common sense and brought his scientific values to the company. He believed strongly—and still does that excellence carries its own rewards. In the case of the state like an engineering concept, the basic operating principle of the State or company is “striving for excellence” out of win-win” perspective. It has to undergo collective unification of all the diversities within the state, power and wealth sharing, representation and participation, delegation of power and authority and the comprehensive inclusion of minority groups; transparency and accountability. The nature of the work has supported this view.

New products are developed in all engineering companies and state system alike using state of-of the-art technology and scientific and methodological decision making, which requires a high level of interdependence among groups and individuals. In any companies like the states, engineers value “having fun” and “being challenged” with the work they do. Like the state, environment of this particular sector of industry is highly completive, involving large stakes; there is rapid, spasmodic growth in the careers of highly, often precociously gifted scientists and engineers. The management of scientific and technical information is important aspect of remaining competitive because of the nature of the task. In the company information is often transferred through verbal, face- to-face communication, and there is a strong value that encourages information sharing. The decision making style is participative and encourages a “bottom-up” and “bottom-down” free flow of ideas aimed at generating consensus around all issues. This means that all people who effected or are affected by a decision have a say in the decision. Consensus means getting no objections, the absence of undermining or interference in any given activity. Realistically, it does not mean that everyone has the same opinion, idea, or strategy. It does means that all participating members have a say—that they agree to allow ample opportunity of time of time for the issue to resolve itself, prove itself, destroy itself, or whatever.

This is the same in the nature of the state decision makings, management, delegation of power and authority, power and wealth sharing, representation and participation of all socially and culturally diverse communities within the state without ant exceptionalism or comprehensive exclusionism.

1) The ability to accept people as they are, not as we would like them to be. This is Modus Operandi and Modus Vivendi of the height of wisdom to “enter the skin” of someone else, to understand what other people are like on their terms, rather than judging them.

2) The capacity of approach relationships and problems in terms of the present rather than the past. Surely, it is true that we can learn from the past mistakes. But using the present as a takeoff point for trying to make a fewer mistakes seemed to be more productive for our leaders— and certainly was more psychologically sound than rehashing things that are over.

3) The ability to treat those who are close to you with the same courteous attention that you extend to strangers and casual acquaintances. Every leader should know and understand that two aspect of over familiarity. The first is that of not hearing what is being said: selective deafness leads to misunderstanding, misconceptions, and mistakes. The Second is the matter of feedback we fail to provide to indicate our attentiveness.

4) The ability to trust others, even if the risk seems great. A withholding of trust is often necessary for self-protection. But the price is often pretty high if it means always being on guard, constantly suspicious of others. Even an order does of trust that at times involves he risk of being deceived or disappointed is wiser, in the long run, than taking it for granted ha most people are incompetent or insincere.

5) The ability to do without constant approval and recognition from others. This is the unilateral decision-making without consultation and consent of the people. In public policy and administrative decision-making, I should not really matter how many people likes leaders, but is is the quality of the work that results from collaborating with hem or the others. Conclusively, it is large part of the leader’s job to risks. And he risks by their very nature cannot be pleasing o everyone. In the concurrent crisis in South Sudan Salva Kiir and Taban Deng Gai and how they manage the affairs of the state is negative self-regard vs. positive self-regard that may not be found everywhere or in as many places as we would like to see it. We should understand and possess positive self-regard does no blind one to the lesser desirable qualities of human beings, it does, however, establish standards for thinking about human possibilities and he sky is the limit. It’s a way of developing, perhaps, and atmosphere of excellence, of greatness. The epitome of positive-regard and its effects, we will quote Maestro Carlo Maria Guilini talking about his years as conductor of the Los Angeles philharmonic:

“Here, I think I can say that in the small island we call philharmonic, I realized the state of true civililta (Latin)—considerate civility among equals. I hope it was not an illusion. I never had to say one negative word or racial epithet. Even in delicate situations, I explained my views to the orchestra. I did not impose on them. The right response, if forced, is not the same as the right response when it comes out of conviction”.

The preceded quotation is relevant to all leaders in all capacities and responsibilities. In other words, they have failed to empower them. This is a universal problems that exists regardless of whether we are looking at organizations, government agencies, institutions or small enterprises, the key and pivotal factor is needed to enhance human resources is leadership. On the issue of complexity this means that this era marked with rapid and spastic change. The problems in the organization, dualities are becoming increasingly complex. There are too many ironies, polarities, dichotomies, dualities, ambivalences, paradoxes, confusions, contradictions, contraries, and messes for any organization to understand and to deal with the context of leadership that evolves commitment, complexity and credibility.

We urge and appeal to Nuer people on enemy camp that the time is now or never for you all to return to your community before it’s too late. You have got the time to repent and you will be forgiven and the rest will be your conscience and your God if you do means well for the Nuer Nation and its resilient people. We fostered advanced values of traditional democracy that allows resolving our differences and grievances through that process. If anyone of us makes any attempts to run away from it, you have already committed the greater sin that would haunt you for a lifetime and then pass it on your children’s children. We should all rally solidly around Dr. Machar’s because our boat is whirling in the deep water of the river. We should give him a chance to lead us to victory against the enemy that is now closer than ever before to be defeated. We have to hang in tight to defeat Salva Kiir’s regime from it fortresses in Juba.

At the end of the day, we all shall be freed to ask Dr. Machar’s to step down and we should democratically select another Nuer to become his replacement. But never ever a non-Nuer because we have learned our hard and hurts lessons from the late John Garang that we brought up from abject poverty and de-classie or the down trodden to become world’s famous and died as a multimillionaire and turned against the Nuer people as his archenemies. We will not repeat this historical blunder. Its history and history repeats itself in many different ways. If the Nuer nation should forget about the past, it would be bound to repeat it. Professor George Lukas writes: “Those who forget history would be bound to repeat it”. Let there be no Nuer future and present leaders to forget and to repeat the past mistakes. The Reverence John Hagee made us walk through the centuries, and learn from the past. He writes that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future”.

Again, I shall and will warn and remind the Nuer nationality to wake up because there is a growing anti-Nuerism similar to anti-Semitism since the split of South Sudan from the mother country-Sudan on 9 July 2011. Specifically, this psychological, sociological and anti-Nuerism has been perpetrator by the Dinka that led to targeting the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. It was no different to 1994 Rwanda Genocide committed Hutus’ against the Tutsi in Kigali, Rwanda, the Nazi Holocaust against the Jews and gypsies and all non-Arians or all non-blue eyes European and the people of colored, he Young Turks genocide on the Armenians (1915-1920) and Saddam Hussein Genocide against the Kurds in Iraq and the Ovambo and Nama Genocide in the former German colony of Southwest Africa (1904-1908), the first genocide of its kind recorded in Africa in the 20th century. The anti-Nuerism in South Sudan has been stamped and generated because God blessed the Nuer with enormous natural resources and as a powerful people like when God called on Abraham the father of all nations out of his country to a land God would give him, God gave him the promise not only for him… not only for the Jews, God’s Chosen people… but a promise that would affect every other nation on the earth forever. God said: “I will bless you. And will make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you. And I will curse (bit) him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. [Genesis 12:2-3].

It is Jesus Himself who taught us to love, not to hate. In Mathew 19:19, He instructs us to “love your neighbor as yourself”. According to the Bible as He was prepared to give his life as a sacrifice for our sins, it is reported that He said: “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you…. You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you [John 15:12, 14 emphasis added]. He was even more direct in Mathew5:44-45, where He instructed:

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, to do good to those who hate you, and pray for who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven.

The Nuer people should become aware that there are two important facts about our genocide, that there is national, regional and international conspiracy that targeted the Nuer people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. Many people are envious of the wealth in the Nuer and strength and courage of the Nuer people, advanced traditional democracy, social justice, equality and human rights protection. This plot has been carried out by the Salva Kiir through the US President Barak Obama. So we should be united against our enemies and to fight for our survival in the land of our birthright May curse of the Great Nuer Prophets Nyundeng, Dieu, Nyarauch Kulang may be upon them.

SUMMARY OF THE CONCURRENT SITUATION IN SOUH SUDAN

  • The concurrent crisis or mess in South Sudan was created by the US President Barak Obama.
  • The war could drag on for years in despite of commitment to negotiated peace settlement.
  • Egypt involvement as proxy for Juba will escalate he war in South Sudan and could spill over throughout the Horn of Africa.
  • Egypt support for OLF, Ethiopian- Eritrean Badme town, Sudan rebel forces against Khartoum through Juba that will be a new golden corridor or the end user could have unprecedented catastrophic consequences for the entire region and beyond.
  • Egypt should accept the construction of the Renaissance Dam or former Millennium Dam as a political reality of our time there would be no turning back. We should not create another Iran’s Nuke epic or episode in Africa.
  • We cannot make peace with friends, but with enemies.
  • The Nuer nation and its resilient people will survive the Jieng genocide.
  • Will the Jieng survive the Nuer reaction? According to Sir Isaac Newton’s law of Gravity, says that to “every action there is equal opposite reactions.”
  • The Nuer in unionism will adequately and completely make a response to this Jieng aggression. They have not yet come out of the woods and they have not seen anything yet.
  • The Nuer nation that’s Africa Black Israel will prevail against the Jieng
  • Almost all the molds implanted with IO outfit have been caught and will face justice.
  • Peace will not return to South Sudan as long as Salva Kiir remains in power as the illegitimate president of South Sudan.

Those running around with personal grudges against Machar have in a miscalculated manner positioned many innocent citizens of South Sudan in danger and as a result Nuer Nation incurred unnecessary yet untold deaths and suffering of such betrayal. I must remind you Byers and those few leaders that might understand what I am saying that Generals like Gadeet Yak and a few good Nuers are the only people that seem to logic with the fact that there is fundamentally unjustifiable flaud in any idealism that seeks to bring Nuer up in arms against Nuers as a means to bring peace and or a final solution to South Sudan problems and the region of East Africa altogather. The Dr ofcourse have poured out his heart for Nuers and I sincerely applaud him. All those hollowed alliances and memorandums of understandings and cooperation against Nuer Nation are there crafted only to be short lived by their immediate architects. Ngundeng already warned of such events and against succumbing to such political cheap thrills.. The world will soon come to terms with accepting the other narratives that Nuers are not the problem in South Sudan but rather South Sudan’s problems have given Nuers a pretty rude awakening. The question is who or what is the problem..and how do you solve it. And can you solved it by excluding the participation of a unnanimously endorsed Nuer leaderships or the affected Nuer Nation who are clearly victimized.
