August 25, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— On 29th of November 2015 the SSNDP/SSNDF addressed the media about the formation of the Joint Supreme Liberation Leadership Council (JSLLC) that should be charged with planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling of military activities in the rebel held territory. This idea was backed up by the overwhelming majority of the freedom fighters.

The question is who has been strongly endorsed for the chairmanship of the Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS? The freedom fighters who decided to stay in the wilderness for the liberation of the whole South Sudan need to elect their leader timely to grab the presidency of the youngest country through intensive formal uprising. The heads of the rebel movements should hold a joint committee meeting in a secure environment to elect the person who will lead the Joint Supreme liberation Leadership Council (JSLLC). The heads of the rebel movements should hold a joint committee meeting in a secure environment to elect the person who will lead the Joint Supreme liberation Leadership Council (JSLLC). There is no good reason to delay the election of the chairperson of the alliance because the (SPLA-IG) which operates under the leadership of Gen. Kiir Mayardit keeps on massacring the unarmed innocent civilians to retain his reckless authoritarian leadership in the country.

In conclusion, the person who will be elected in the upcoming joint meeting must have attained the core leadership skills and qualities to get the job done professionally and faster. The failure of the liberation of the whole South Sudan from Mayardit’s regime during the first phase of the South-South civil war was caused by absence of the application of the right leadership style for the situation. The people of the youngest nation cannot be freed under laissez-faire (free reign) leadership style because this approach has too many weaknesses. The organisations that are led by the

The organisations that are led by the delegative leaders are very likely to collapse. A small leader do little thing while a great leader do great things. The freedom fighters need a person who will be able to bring the advance military weapons from the developed nations, brand new ammunitions, uniforms, boots, sleeping materials, medicines, foods, and other army needs to successfully liberate the country from the present lawless government in Juba.
