Now, the Killer government regime of Salva Kiir plans new tricks of cantonment sites to achieve two heinous goals. One of the goals is to hunt Equatorians and Western Bahr El Ghazal IO Armies easily, and the other goal is to cause atrocities in the areas of theirs planed cantonments.

Dear Equatorian and western Bahr El Ghazal fighters: You rebel because your rights and rights of some other southerners are being denied by Salva Kiir regime, and from experiences, Salva Kiir regime is not going to allow you or any equatorians, Nuer, Shilluk or some others to enjoy the basic human rights. So watch your response. There are crocodiles in water.
You as a rebel fighting for your basic human right, ask yourself this question: Why Salva Kiir, Michael Makuei, Kuol Manyang, Paul Malong, JCE and the rest of regime members did not allow military cantonments in Equatoria and western Bahr El Ghazal under command of Riek Machar? Now in exclusion of Riek Machar, Why they want to form it in their containments? My simple answer; in their plans, that is the easiest way to trap you rebels. What is your answer?
Watch! The Military cantonments that Salva Kiir regime is going to open in Equatoria and western Bahr El Ghazal in exclusion of Riek Machar are Deadly Contentment Traps. So watch your response.
