May 4, 2015 (Nyamilepedia) — Therefore, today we have waited enough and all our rights have been violated by Salva Kirr. For the better or worse we rather be on the rebellion for the next generation to come. I am here by declaring my position in the upcoming peace talk and any future peace talk within South Sudanese community. Today I am announcing that I declared I will never accept any peace with Salva Kirr. I will rather therefore see no future at all in South Sudan because that is what Salva kirr started it then with peace that will include Salva Kirr Mayardit who killed my people, the Nuer people and the people of South Sudan.

Dear South Sudanese people,

Our South Sudan and its history tell us that: 1881 Unsuccessful attempts to conquer the South Sudan by the Mahdists. 1901 The Nuer and Azande wage armed resistance against colonial rule, killing British officers and soldiers and the Governor of Bahr el Ghazal. 1918 Sunday becomes official day of worship in South Sudan, replacing Friday, which was introduced by Muslim Gellaba slave raiders. 1930 Declaration of South Sudan Policy, South Sudan as culturally and racially distinct, would eventually develop as a separate territorial and political entity or be integrated into the British East Africa and in 1940 Complete elimination of Arab and Moslem influence in South Sudan.

Just to give you a few examples, all those wars were fought by all South Sudanese and with one heart, love and most of all within mind the brotherhoods and sisterhoods. For the hard works of our people, South Sudan became independent in July 2009

In December 15, 2013, Salva Kirr Mayardit choses Dinkasim over South Sudan by killings the Nuer people and divided our country into Jang and Nuer. Dr. Majak Agoot tells us “that the body of killers was a body of irregulars recruited in two districts of Bahr el Gazal by the current Chief of Staff who was then Governer of Northern Bahr al Gazal and ran the party branch in the district. He started recruiting this force in 2012. According to Majak Dagot, then Deputy Minister of Defense, “we did not pay for it from the Ministry of Defense, though they tried to get us to pay from our budget. The force was 15,000 strong, and was recruited in one area. Among people who gave roughly the same account, numbers varied, from a low of 3,000 to a high of 15,000” according to a drafted African Union of Inquiry on South Sudan.

Maj. Gen. Mac Paul, former Director of Military Intelligence:[42] Organized killings of civilians began the night of the 16 Forces fighting in the barracks were defeated – house to house. It began in a place called 107 a “Secret mobilization had happened before this that we were not aware of. It started earlier in November. Elders met and chose mobilizers at this meeting, to protect the president. The meeting was chaired by former Chief Justice, Ambrose Riing Thiik. This force was called ‘Rescue the President [Dot ke beny]. Almost 70% of anyone from Bahr el Ghazal was mobilized in this, in their thousands. Those who remained in Juba were now mainly from Bahr el Ghazal. The elders coordinated with the President. The financing came from his office. Riek Machar was aware of this. He was doing his own organizing. On the 16th, some of the civilians got guns, either from National Security or Presidential Guard. I began to see civilians putting on uniform with a gun. This was a result of the mobilization the elders had done. Elders were moving from community to community. The committee of elders was 17 in number. This committee of elders moved around Bahr el Ghazal, talked to their sons in the army. They called the tank crew commanders in Bentiu who were all from Bahr el Ghazal and asked them to disarm others in the command.”

For this reasons, Salva Kirr chooses Dinkaism over you, the people of South Sudan.

To International community:

We the Nuer people are human being too; the Nuer people are created as an equal as like any other human being on earth. They have a right to be valued as the human being based on 1948 UN Human Right declaration that: the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 General Assembly resolution 217 A (III)

Article 1, All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2, Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3, everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4, No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5, No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6, everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8, everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Article 9.No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 10. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him

The UNITED NATION declared and said that if all these rights are violated by any tyranny government “Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law”

Our rights, as the Nuer people have been subjected to these very rights. Therefore, any peace that will included Salva Kirr who organized the massacred of our people will never be accepted as long as there is a single Nuer person live on this world.

To all Nuer people,

Enough is enough; we are God’s people too. Now we know who killed our people. On the December 11, 2013 Salva Kirr has ordered the disarmament of Nuer in the Presidential Guard that triggered the all war. This is where all started in which I refused to go any further to explained how my people were killed. All evidences are there for the public consumption.

Never in history of the mankind, has a brother had to be told to eat the dead bodies of brothers. According to African Commission of inquiry reports, Salva Kirr’s Militias and Soldiers in December 2013 killed the Nuer civilians and soldiers and asked other to eat the dead bodies of their brothers. Therefore, Salva Kirr is an enemy of the human souls and dignity, he deserve in hell and have no place in our community.

I am therefore urging you to look beyond; in this world no one will give you your rights unless you fight for it. Thus, to fight for our rights that were violated by Salva Kirr, it must start denying Salva Kirr himself. Salva Kirr will never stand in front of our suffered community ever again as long as there is a single Nuer

Gatluke Chuol Reat

Struggle continue

Haaaaa hee heee,

Anyway I can not reply to this idiot because he is enjoying his good time with his boss Riek at the Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa.

Please Readers look closely at the picture and you will notic that Riek Machar and his crooked in that picture are not caring about our Nuer people.
They are just showed themselves to the world that they have good life and enjoying life.

Hello Readers

In that picture they should clean first the table take away the tea and spoon and sugar. Because pictures can speak for themselves
But anyway He Is Riek Machar rebellion with high life style.
I don’t think that picture was mean to be on social media. Riek don’t have command and control because of that picture.
That’s why last month at Pagak conference some of the front line commanders were not happy with him Riek. They were complaining that Riek Machar spend more time at the hotel than come back soon to visit them In South Sudan.

Thanks, I did check the link & it is clear the African Union Report’s findings is prevented from publication by the government of South Sudan.

— According to the government of South Sudan the report would impedes the peace process.

— According to the US Secretary of State, John Kerry the report would clear the ground for accountability, justice in search for peace & Kerry does have appoint.

#1 – The government of South Sudan is frustrating the process of accountability, justice and ultimately impeding peace due to Kiir’s “RED LINE” drawn at anything questioning his position as the illegitimate president facing crimes against humanity.

— Kiir must step down for the accountability to make ways for justice. There is no such thing as the accused(Kiir) being part of the juror. A perpetrator like Kiir should not be rewarded for his crimes against the country by being a part of the sitting judges, prosecution & juror.

For this alone would be an assault on the world justice system South Sudan and the grieving victims that are seeking justice for their families. legally Kiir remained an accused suspect and must be clear from all charges for him to even continue representing South Sudan at any stage.

#2 – South Sudan is preventing the report from being made public lying that it would impede the peace process when Kiir’s “RED LINE” clearly already impeding the peace process.. Basically criminal Kiir is having it both ways. Who the hell South Sudan think they fooling.

If you say the AU-REPORT brings accountability, justice & the government say NO IT IMPEDES PEACE process.. If you say okay PEACE PROCESS, the government say NO there is a “RED LINE”. Very irresponsible positions.

So what is the government willing to do, what would they be okay with that would bring any peace. Nothing because according to the government the status quo is fine the way it is even though they clearly know how much they are burdening their African neighboring country with massive populations of refugees and wide spread border instability.

My analysis lead me to think the arm struggle must continue applying the necessary pressure in order to bring the regime to a position of accepting a viable peaceful solution for the people of South Sudan.

You are selfish. You are enjoying life in exile while calling for war. Fool, your parents and extended relatives are exhausted from rain and harsh conditions at the UNMISS camps in South Sudan and Gambella as well. When are you coming home to liberate them from the UNMISS camps?

Very well so you understand the magnitude of the UN-Camps life your ethnic regime have put the family of South Sudan and not just my immediate family right. There is 64+ tribe that are suffering equally from your the civil war why should it matter more that my immediate family when everyone is suffering.

I am laughing the desperation of Mr. Gatluke Chuol Reat.

Let me tell you this story happen in Kakuma Refugee Camp 15 years ago, one of the Imatong Primary school head teacher was told that, there is a fighting going on now in group 17 and group15 of Gogrial and he was told not to sitting down on the chair but finding safer place to hide or join fighting for whatever choice and he did Ignored by saying, these are Idiots people and 10 minutes later, the youths of group17 plus all zone three a cross roads singing war songs rushing group2o and group18 where he was living but the head teacher was still watching on the chair sadly, someone thrown stone directly to him and he got wounded in his leg and in respond to you my friend. I think if you go there to front-line basically, you will be the one to support peace agreement. Try to go there and you will probably smelling from Gambella region not to mention just smoking can be seen in Upper Nile and Unity State. You might be ignored the peace process but there is no winning war for sure. Imagine that, the former vice president have got 98% both rebels fighters and civilians supports while, the current president Salva Kiir Mayardit had been supports by 49% from Dinka tribe in 2013. in 2014, he gained 50% from Dinka tribe still large numbers are not supporting him and in this year, he had gains 55% from Dinka tribe but if the president gains 98% from Dinka tribe then, it will be a big disasters and this is why it is important to cool down by bringing peace on both sides. I think such a negative react can only be attribute to fueling conflict and I don’t see any reason to continues war unless you guys wanted then, people will go for it

So, to the so called Mawien; my question to you is: what is the percentage (%) of foreign troops (UFDF, JEM, SLA, SPLM-N, M23 and Egyptian forces) fighting alongside dictatorial regime of Mr. Ebola Dinka leader Kiir Mayar?

Riek wanted to use the Juba killing as a yard stick for coming to the presidency not knowing he killed more than salva. White armies of Riek massacred over 30,000 in Bor alone apart from 15,000 innocent Dinkas in Akobo plus those 800 Dinkas women, children and elderly who were unable to run but rather chose of run to UNMISS Camp in Akobo, white armies forcibly entered UNMISS camp to massacred all of the innocent Dinkas including two peace keepers from Indian Battalion in the name of Nuer killed in Juba, more 40,000 in Bentiu, 21,000 in Malakal. fellow Nuer Riek has already spoiled you from the rest of the tribes in South Sudan if you don’t know.

If you want to know why Dr.Riek is surrounding himself with semi-educated idiots, then read the words of this Gatkouth or Katluk whatever. He is as angry against the entire Dinka population as he is against President Kiir (who is an individual) who might have committed some atrocities against Nuer in Juba. Why are you pointing your weak finger at the entire Dinka tribe instead of Kiir and his cohorts.
Who is going to suffer most from this war if it goes on for decades? I am sure Dinka children in Bahar Al-Gazal will continue going to school, while our Nuer children will grow up in refugee camps with little access to education or just food. For this Katluk, he will continue to survive in Addis Ababa from Riek and Taban’s stolen oil money.

“Justice delayed is justice denied,” is the most commonly quoted statement. This quote holds true in case of South Sudan Peace talks sponsored by Troika, EU and other peace-loving nations. We have waited for so long to give peace a chance and yet the International community and the government of South Sudan have been too slow to end the rampant deaths of innocent civilians. Those whose lives would have otherwise been saved are perishing at the watch of the same international community whose peace keeping missions are standing by in their rusty military equipments. As the war rages on, many lives are perishing and are going to perish. All sacrificed and are sacrificing in the name of achieving justice for all. What should be done today to save those lives through peaceful resolutions is delayed indefinitely. Everything has remained at lip services without actions. 0in diasporas, peace-loving South Sudanese have been staging rallies in front of UN Headquarter in New York and the responses have always been verbal speeches in public media ringing at public ears without visible actions. What else remains while the incumbent president is running here and there gathering military assistance? Like the author of the above article, there is no other chance keeping the same dictator in the power lusting for more lives while at the same time natural calamities are doing their works by claiming lives on the suffering population. Relief Aids is dimishing with each refugee receiving 500ml cup of grain or nothing. Donors in the wealthy nations are tired of extending their helping hands and supports to people forced by their countries to suffer. The only quick remedies are to overthrow the self-loving presidents and let the suffering people decide on their own the types of a governing system they want. President Salva Kiir has imposed and is imposing his dictatorial power on people who do not want to suffer by simply keeping him in power because he has the powers of guns. No. He must go for peace to come. There is nothing more he can do for South Sudanese other than death sentences!!

Wad Abuk;

So you have become so politically bankrupt that you had to resort to instigating conspiracy theories huh?!

Why are you trying to drag the 62 tribes into this debate. The other 62 tribes (WITH EXCEPTION OF CHOLLO) have long time ago made up their minds that this painful war for reforms is better left to the two big tribes with the bigger balls. The 61 tribes will eventually settle and join the winner of the two would be champion, but they cannot claim credit & pride in history. Maybe be Chollo will share the cake of reform & pride celebrations. I can see the Chollo trying to make sense of themselves by speaking clearly the anti-dictatorship language recently in Malakal and I praise them for being brave & outspoken in a mysterious way lately.

Any tribe is welcome to independently form their own IO-Army and fight the common enemy then later on we will re-congregate as one meaningful opposition; instead of expecting the Nuer to die for all & be the bullet-proof vest for every lazy tribe, all the time.

Yes every tribes agrees yes there need to be reforms but they avoid to use the only reliable tool for dealing with chronic greedy dictators – AK47-riffle. They would rather fight a crocodile with a razor blade! How can any sane person do that dangerous project of de-horning a ruthless dictator with a razorblade.

And don’t mislead people that quote ” the boat will sank us all “, what boat are you talking about. This boat sank long time ago when they were murdering un-armed innocent Nuer house to house in Dec. 2013. That is the day the boat started sinking.

Any tribe that does not know how to swim is bound to drown by the same forces that started to sink the ship in the first place.

If you don’t believe the boat is sinking, check what is the rate of the dollar to the ssp’s today in the Black Market!

Gatluke Reat:

You are absolutely mentally retarded. How would you defeat president Kiir and Dinka if you can not remember when the South Sudan became independent and when Riek Machar staged Coup against the government of president Kiir Mayardit. Fool, the Republic of South Sudan was born on July 9th,2011 and not July 2009. The failed coup attempt was staged on December 15th, 2013 and not December 11, 2013 as you falsely stated in your brainless declaration. Please be reminded that there were no Ugandan troops in Juba when GelBeny and Mathiang Anyor drove you out of Juba like women on December 15th, 2013.

Also, there were no Ugandan troops when the SPLA/M drove you out of South Sudan in 1991. There were no Ugandan troops when the Anyanya2 was crushed and disbanded in 1980s. Just to test your knowledge about the history of our struggle for freedom in South Sudan. Who was called as “Friendly Forces” during the liberation war in South Sudan? Was it Nuer or Dinka? And Who called them as “Friendly Forces”? Was it Uganda or Jalaba of Sudan? I will rest my case here fool and I strongly urge you and Riek Machar to return to South Sudan if you really want to have a taste of Dinka. What are you and Riek Machar doing in Calgary, Canada and in Hotel in Addis Abab. Late Dr.John Garang, General Kiir Mayardit and General Wani Igga had never stayed in Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa when they were fighting against president Omar Hassan Al Bashir.
