August 26, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — Many South Sudanese politicians, journalists and regional leaders are converging at the freedom hall to witness the signing of the IGAD-plus proposed compromise peace agreement which is expected to follow this evening.

Among the diplomats who have arrived at the venue is the head of UNMISS and special representative of the United National secretary general Ellen Margrethe Løj.

UNMISS maintains that the South Sudanese must sign and implement the agreement or risk sanctions and other punitive actions.

“Peace, stability, and prosperity will not come to South Sudan overnight; this process will require concerted and sustained efforts from both national stakeholders and international partners,” Løj said.

At the backdoor, SPLM secretariate and politburo are holding a parallel closed doors meeting at the State House in Juba. The motives of this meeting are yet to be announced.

Earlier reports indicate that the government has reservations although Mr. Kiir has succumbed to sign the agreement today.

Regional leaders comprising of Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Sudanese first vice president have arrived in Juba.

It’s yet to be confirmed if the SPLM [IG] is preparing to present its reservations before the peace signing, however, the AU and international partners warn that the South Sudanese leader must sign the agreement despite the “reservations”.

Should Salva Kiir sign the agreement this evening, all the forces including the Ugandans who have been fighting alongside Salva Kiir will put out in 45 days. All the other forces within the national capital will be moved to a distance of 25 kilometers away from the town centers.

With exception of president Kiir, all the stakeholders and regional leaders have signed their parts.

Mr. Kiir requested for two additional weeks to consults, which provoked all-out protests against the IGAD-Plus peace proposal that he is now expected to sign.

Signing the Compromised Peace Agreement will be the easiest process in this senseless war. The concern is surrounding it implementation. We have heard reactions from the government about reservation towards the peace deal. What does this mean to the entire world and to South Sudanese people? It may mean the return to all out conflict which we have seen before. The solution will be to investigate war crimes right away, to apprehend criminals of the war and a swift response thereafter, to deter more killings. Those implicated deserve to be arrested and sent to be tried in the ICC court of justice. All crimes committed should never be swept under the carpet, only to repeat the carnage sooner or later. International troops, just like what took place in Germany and Japan, in the second World War,will enhance stability at least for years for the next generation to pickup from there.

Look at these duo Dinka warlords praying to terrorize patriots Junubiin for eternity! What God do these heartless and cold-blooded killers beg for forgiveness? They, their kinsmen, and offsprings must REAP what they sowed in the South Sudan soil period.

Peace is the key for life , but if Nuer will not stop the heart of looting cattle rustling and high road bandit that peace will be null and void , what I know some Nuers like Gatdet and others will remain in the bush looting other tribe properties . There is No way Nuer can compare themselves with Dinka in the Government , because in the all life nuers keep changing their mind all the time ,and keep changing can not bring your personal development, Nuer says they like fighting and also like peace why ,,take one ,you are confusing God . You were active for fighting and now active for peace and tomorrow you will start fighting and cry for peace , Dinka have one mind if people are for peace or war let it be permanent. Juba is now peaceful when Nuers lelf , on their coming they will start complaining cooperating with Bari tribe and loot land from Dinka with fake documents , Nuer you must be careful this time , you start again you will cry the way you are crying now as weak tribe , It is surprise to Dinka for Nuer to come back under Kiir government and Dinka , Dinka will respect this peace for pressure and Nuer crying every where to come back to Dinka as brother and sister, If Dinka hate some body it go for life, from today Dinka every where recognize that Number one enemy to the country and to Dinka is Nuer any miner mistake nuer will face the consequences
