While the Government of Ethiopia has completed its part by clearing Machar, the public believes that Juba is glued to delaying tactics of painting a different picture of Machar by not issuing him landing Permit. However, Ezekiel asserted that SPLM/A-IO chief negotiator and advance team leader Gen. Taban Deng Gai is in consultation with South Sudan National Security and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to clear SPLM/A-IO boss. Ezekiel Gatkuoth assured the public that there is still hope that the First Vice President will be arriving tomorrow April 20, 2016 only if all goes well.
“The Landing permit for Juba is not yet secured as of now. It is now 2:45 PM April 19, 2016 and we are working hard to secure this in Juba. General Taban Deng Gai is trying his level best to secure this permit now from National Security and Foreign Affairs of South Sudan. If the permit is secured the airplane can leave from Khartoum, Sudan to Gambella which takes 1 hours and 30 minutes flight,” Ezekiel Gatkuoth stated.
“Since yesterday April 18 until today April 19, 2016 the coordination to airlift the Chief of General Staff of the SPLA (IO) 1st Lt. General Simon Gatwech Dual and the Guards of the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan H.E Dr Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon has been very difficult,” continued Ezekiel.
Machar’s plane was expected to touch down Juba international airport on April 18, 2016 as scheduled but it didn’t. Many positive statements asserting Machar’s arrival to Juba have been issued both by SPLA-IG and SPLA-IO but never materialized.

The only way to achieve peace in South Sudan is first defeat the coward Dinkas militarily and burn their homeland to ground and after that they will know that South Sudan belong to all tribes living in it and not animals like them who are so fucking arrogant with nothing in their brain if even they have learnt some sort of education but have backward thinking of Born To Rule primitive thinking. The USA has built it empire from citizens all over the world , why you stupid Dinka people don’t like the same people like you in all aspects of life’s and cultures and Dinkas and Nuers are long time ago were once brothers and majority of Nuers have Dinkas ancestors?
General Gatwech Dual must go to Juba with all his troop plus their armaments before Dr. Riek’s departure to Juba.
