Furious Salva Kiir objecting to sign the peace agreement …

August 26, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — Despite many reservations and protests, South Sudan president, Salva Kiir Mayardit, has officially signed the the revised Compromise Peace Agreement at 5pm, South Sudan local time, this evening.

The signing was expected to begin in the morning, however, it was delayed by the SPLM’s closed doors meeting and late arrival of some regional leaders, including Ugandan president, Yoweri Museveni.

The regional leaders have spoken, unanimously calling for the signing and implementation of the agreement.

Overwhelmed and tensed, Salva Kiir blamed SPLM/SPLA in Opposition for attacking government positions at 9am this morning in Nhialdiu, Unity State.

He claimed that although the rebels were repulsed in the morning, they returned in the afternoon and war continues as he signs the agreement.

Kiir’s signing was conditional given the “reservations” that his faction maintains but according to Kenyan president, the deal is a compromise and neither side has gotten all its demands.

The president, who has witnessed many protests from his supporters and officials in the last few days, presented a 12-page “reservations document” to IGAD heads of states.

Kiir invites the region to help South Sudan to implement the agreement, fearing that the South Sudanese leaders can spoil it if left in their hands.

“With all those “inu” reservations we have, I will sign this document but I warn you regional leaders to stand with us because if it is left to us, we can spoil it” Kiir said.

The president’s statement was quiet contrary to advise of Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni.

According to Yoweri Museveni, South Sudanese must keep foreigners and the United Nations out of their affairs if they want to prosper and develop their country.

The signing was witnessed by the Ethiopian Prime Minister, Hailemariam Desalegn, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, Sudanese first vice president, head of UNMISS Ellen Margrethe Løj and other diplomats in Juba, South Sudan.

This agreement will not be fully implemented, this is a lot of obstacle on the way including Kiir’s millitary
agents who are against it, Jieng council of elders is another factor in this situation. Riak’s camp is split
and will fight Riak and Kiir.

20 months was like 20 years for those at UNMISS Camps. From now on, i think people of Nuer have learned a lesson and i think they will never ever walk out in force to fight for one man position. Signing peace is not because about fear of Sanctions, but for those at UNMISS Camps across the country. They should thank world leaders for combining Juba to Sign peace agreement. South Sudanese are very strong to defeat that dangerous rebellion in 20 months.

Oh here goes the self contradicting liar called AGUMUT. Your so called incompetent king Kiir was more believable than you blind supporter due to the fact that you are a determined Nuer hater in disguise. Mr incompetent Kiir was brave enough during his signing of the document and clearly expressed his concerns that he is actually signing the document because he was pressured. Meaning that he would not have done so [ signed the document ] had he Kiir had a better choice. He also explained his reservation and concerns in which he wish should be revised to please his murderous heart and self and his criminal thugs and his tribal militias ( AKA Dinka-Haram Terrorist Groups ) and there are many of them. These groups includes those illegally on South Sudan’s soil under the dirrect commands of M7, Darfur of North Sudan rebels. all falls under this same umberella of terroris group. I actually have more respect for him Kiir than you who have the adaucity to tell lies after the fact. As Kiir has his reservations so do I. Not that you deserve to know what my concerns are but we are all aware of the bumpy and the will be difficult road of honoring and fairly implementing this signed agreement. Justice is around the corner and many will be on the run from criminal indictments. The devil is the fine details of that signed peace agreement will not easily succumbed to the will of the either party as Kiir did. So lets wait for a possible intrime period of the transitional government of national unity to passed. Time for the real and ideologically wired laders, sons and daughters of South Sudan to makes the necessary reforms

Good move President for signing this peace. Those of Agumut who were not happy for peace are now in danger. Now next step is to bring Paul Malong and Marial Chinuong to court.

Dr.Ebola (Riek Machar) will never be come President believe me or not. South Sudan will be better off on dead body of Riek Machar. South Sudan people are absolutely never free from death until Dr. Ebola no longer breath. Late assume he will win elections on the date proposed on this agreement, with no doubt, there will be rebellion any where in South Sudan where killing will be no outrun of it. Good luck Dr. Ebola. History will repeat itself three time.

I am sorry with what Uganda President said, who are those foreigners?. Ugandians number one, Yes for Ugandians to leave the South Sudan, no for UN. SPLA IO Oyee. No for Malong in the coming government. President Kiir, if you need peace in the country and in your mind avoid those of Jeng elders plus Poul Malong. Everybody do remember you if one could recall all the video during the SPLA Movement.
