April 1, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, has determined that the Republic of South Sudan, under the leadership of President Salva Kiir Mayardit, “poses an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.

President Obama publishes in Federal Register and transmits to the Congress a letter that extends South Sudan’s current status as a “national emergency” as declared in April 2014 under the Executive Order 13664.

This extension of declaration entails that South Sudan continues, one year later, as volatile state for the Americans citizens and foreign policy of the United States.

Obama explains, “the situation in and in relation to South Sudan, which has been marked by activities that threaten the peace, security, or stability of South Sudan and the surrounding region, including widespread violence and atrocities, human rights abuses, recruitment and use of child soldiers, attacks on peacekeepers, and obstruction of humanitarian operations, continues to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

As Obama determines, South Sudan must remain under the National Emergency for another one year until 2016.

“In accordance with this provision, I have sent to the Federal Register for publication the enclosed notice stating that the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13664 of April 3, 2014, with respect to South Sudan is to continue in effect beyond April 3, 2015.” Obama said

“For this reason, I have determined that it is necessary to continue the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13664 with respect to South Sudan.” President Obama continued.

After declaring South Sudan as a national emergency in 2014, the Obama Administration sent signal to all American citizens, who intend to visit the country to do so at their own risk, warning that any American citizen in the country must travel in custody of the U.S embassy for their protection and safety, unless otherwise.

Two days earlier, senior military leaders and over 60, 000 Christians in the United States wrote a letter to Obama administration to expedite the implementation of the UNSC proposed sanctions and arms embargo on South Sudan to restore the conflict in the country and the region.

Salva and Riek must be brought together and made known tthat if they can’t resolve the issues of their differences then they must be removed from handling the movement of this party. We are tired of war and South Sudanese want peace like any other countries that enjoy peaceful and democratic systems.

Gama Thomas,

Understand that every conflict has a defendant and a plaintiff. Event a stupid judge never tell both defendant and plaintiff that they are equally wrong or they are equally right. A judge must convict one of them and free the other one.

In South Sudan, people who keep on singing songs that both Kiir and Riek should step down regardless of who is at fault are totally foolish then Kiir and Riek. And those kind of people will never solve event their own family problems either.

I repeatedly say this because this both equally wrong or both equally right will never solve South Sudan’s problems. As a result of lack of critical judgments in most influential South Sudanese, South Sudan will remain an unstable country for a quiet number of years a head.

Most people who have joined SPLM-IO are corrupt officials who wanted to make themselves very rich with government money and that must change.

Shame on the president Obama of America on the South Sudan crisis which was as a result of Salva kirr self coup attempt to the people of S.S.but Obama as a president of united states of America should had thought of how to solve this self coup attempt than to fuel the already inflammatory fire by allowing the most killer and genocider of the East Africa m-7 of Uganda. Obama and American people should not cried becuase they were them whom allowed m-7 to mascare nuers in their hundreds of thousands in 2013, and one month later the America administration admitted that there was no coup attempt in the republic of ss, well and good if there was no coup attempt then why the UPDF still fighting in the name of Salva kirr in the young nationin
With due support of America government and its people, They should order Uganda to withdraw its forces to give peace a chant. This double standard policy of America is not help full, we are tires of such negative policy on vunerable human on earth. To help and relief the suffering of S’s citizens, as a first country on this earth please let Uganda withdraw its forces and dealt with this killers in the young nation than to create some unconvinced decisions such as announcing S’s as a emergency state which threaten the security of America people, relief them of their suffering first, bring a peace, let the killer step down, free hostages communities and the security of America people will not be there any longer, other wise it is a shame on your administration and people of America alike.Your present policy toward S’s is cowardice and worser than the present war. Your treating most dictator and killer on this modern world and compare him with most savoir, learned, Democrat, father of the young nation who always strive for the better changes and reforms for the prosperious South Sudan.

Obama has an American interest to protect in the region. The choice he and the American government will make will determines nature, quality and future of distant relations. In this case their best bet in terms of a Strong democratic and man poer in the region, the US should go with Machar.

1 – Machar has the man power and would never rely on US on that front like Museveni And Kiir.

When the Arab extremists flocks to Bar El Gazal to confront the US, a well trained and equipped MNW will answer the call and defend the territory of South Sudan and its US interest. This is where US’s alliance with Kiir and Museveni’s weak.

2 – Machar wants a Federal Democratic Republic South Sudan.

3 – In the area of political front there are thousands of South Sudanese waiting to put their experiences and education to use if the country was peaceful and democratic where fair and transparent competition is the rule of the game. US could benefit more from the many graduates and scholars with knowledge useful in terms of international relations.

The days of Juba being Bombed to the ground by a coalition of numerous countries are approaching with God speed.

I want you readers to take note of Mr. Bentiu Ramaran’s response to Gama Thomas, the unique and sincere honesty he expresses in his comment speaks to all of us that are conscious and of either side of the conflict. He also called our attention to be aware of what is right and wrong, a logic learned at early childhood years and should any dare to assumed judging other and inter the less chartered territory of conflict disputes and resolutions, he(Bentiu Ramaran) simply challenged all of us and those who dares.. to do what is right across the board. The living deads as the Holy Bibles stated and those of the darkness will disagree but I solute his bold and non-bias honesty.

Doing what is right is not for all but for few and because it is the right thing to do it must be done so. How many of you including those who call themselves leaders and voices for the voiceless and those fighting for the oppressed can actually passed this doing the right thing test? Not many I think.

The real threat are those who feel its ok for South Sudan government to massacre thousands and carry out assassinations on individuals in disregards of human lives. This is playing God and it is wrong.
