June 28th 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardiit reportedly told the Sudanese President, Omar Al-Bashir, today shortly before the signing ceremony of the Khartoum Declaration of Agreement that he, with all his heart, will appoint Dr. Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon as the First Vice-President after the expected Nairobi meeting which is planned for the second week of July after the African Union meeting due for the same month, source from Khartoum told the Nyamilepedia.

However, the source said President Kiir said he never trusted Machar since the second outbreak of violence in July 2016 at the Presidential Palace J1 in which guards loyal to Kiir and Machar clashed in one of South Sudan’s deadliest clashes.

“President Kiir told President Bashir in a closed door today that he had accepted with whole his heart to work together with Machar and in order to expedite the process of rebuilding a post-civil war South Sudan, he will appoint the former first vice president after the Nairobi meeting,” the source told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon

The source said Kiir expressed all his discontent with Machar but said he carry nothing in heart after exposing what he disliked about Machar.

“Kiir expressed all his discontent about Machar but said he carry non after acceptance of a join conduct of a transitional government,” he added.

However, the Nyamilepedia could not independently verify the new development but Kiir yesterday signed an agreement with Machar that they pledge to work together for the sack of the people of South Sudan.

Kiir recently in a meeting with the Jieng Council of Elders (JCE) shortly after returning from Addis Ababa last that they should not panic that he will not accept the return of Dr. Riek Machar as a part of peace implementation.

The final of Dr. Riek Machar Teny will come to end in this agreement. IGAD leaders have said that, they got tired always hearing about Riek Machar problems and Ethiopian PM, said same thing saying, he will not allowed South Sudanese rebels to her country adding, enough is enough and time for others African to post punishment on all rebels not only SPLM IO. Also the Sudanese economies experts and the closed generals from Omar al Bashir told president that, the conflict in South Sudan has damaged Sudanese economic because there is no tax fare we can gets from our business people who were operating in South Sudan and they asks Omar al Bashir not to supports South Sudanese rebels but to open borders with South Sudan.
