Nov 4, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is disappointed that despite attempts to stop Kenya from deporting James Gatdet Dak, a spokesperson for SPLM in Opposition, who registered as a refugee in Kenya, Kenya authorities went ahead in violation of International law.

According to UNHCR spokesman, Cécile Pouilly, Geneva is deeply concerned about the well being of Mr. James Gatdet Dak who was deported from Kenya to South Sudan Prisons.

Dak’s deportation is a violation of International Refugee law and Kenya’s immigration law.

“Mr Dak’s forced return is a violation of the principle of non-refoulement, which is the cornerstone of international refugee law.” said Cécile Pouilly, the Spokesperson of UNHCR in Geneva.

The commission regrets that UNHCR’s intervention was all ignored by Kenyan authorities.

“We also regret that UNHCR’s interventions with the Kenyan authorities to stop Mr Dak’s forced return were not successful.” Cécile continued.

The UN body urges the Government of South Sudan to ensure that Mr Dak is treated in accordance with human rights law and standards.

Mr. Dak, a Nuer by nationality, was received by members of Salva Kiir’s security forces, who are mostly Dinka tribesmen.

Dak was reportedly tasered into comma at Jommo Kenyatta airport, however, he is believed to have regained his conscious at South Sudan National Security.

Kenya’s corrupt Kikuyu Tribalist ‘government’, naturally identifies with Kiir & his ruling party; corrupt& Tribalist as well.

Moreover by backing Kiir ,Uhuru, being primarily a money-minded business-man, desperately hopes to get Kiir to opt to export oil vi a Kenya ,rather than via Uganda&Tanzania, or via Sudan.

In fact, it’s thoroughly reckoned that, since Gatdeet forced deportation, Kenyan Authority committed a terrible violation against the humanity. Although, UNHCR try her diplomatic means to release Mr.Dak but she failed, therefore, it’sdeeply discouraging, for Kenyan government to Back Jeing in their tribal war against the Nuer. So Gadeet forced deportation is not an end by itself neither the io would give up nor the Nuer would surrender. So this is a new trends and clandestine tactics, let us see who surrender.
