Creation and Implementation of Twenty Eight states Should be Reversed and Appointment of Governors Should Be Dissolved to Prevent More Armed Conflict In 2016

Jan 03, 2015(Nyamilepedia) —- We demand the Government of Republic of South Sudan and peace actors to discontinue creation of twenty-eight states and dissolve appointment of governors to prevent an imminent war of 2016. The creation of twenty-eight states is another call for war to massacre more ethnic communities in South Sudan. Government of South Sudan is planning another armed conflict. I predict the act of this conflict will end Juba regime and undemocratic practice in our country.

We can see Kir regime is promoting unconstitutional decisions that set up wars. I believe his regime is at risk of surviving on the creation of twenty-eight states as the new conflict of 2016. Salva Kir has been acting based on wrong decisions from his advisers because his mentors are not working for his government but their interests. If his advisers are working for him and his Juba regime, they would advise him that the creation of twenty-eight states is the establishment of a new war. This new war will motive several communities against Juba government because most of the community land is an annex for the predictable commercial purpose by his regime. The perception of the annexation of land means killing the generation of communities.

As a leader of SPLM-IO2, I strongly oppose the creation of twenty-eight states and will stand with SPLM-IO along other forces against the decision to appoint twenty-eight governors. We will remain supporting ten natural states because it is a public need for our people. Kir is an illegitimate president in the eyes of South Sudanese people, and he should step aside from power because his regime kills most of his voters. The president of Government of the Republic of South Sudan is an autocratic leader. He always likes creation of conflict within his presidential advisers. His decrees of removing his cabinet ministers including the vice president was a call for war in 2013. His decision of training private forces was another war. His state policy planning to kill the Nuer civilians produces the Juba massacre. His decision to resist reform within the SPLM is a call for internal conflict. He should refrain from creating more wars to give people peace.

My advice to Salva Kir and his regime advisers is that they should reverse implementation of twenty-eight states. They should dissolve appointment of state governors if they are really for peace; else the Juba government is likely to face a massive conflict within and outside our country. This time around they will not resist armed rebellion because it will involve all communities. The government of the Republic of South Sudan should focus on the implementation of peace and refrain from creation and preparation of new civil war.

this war is not longer a kind f war to be fought only by children of one father. It is a war which is going be fought by the all 63 tribes of South Sudan against the tribal jenge rule. Go back to your first comments, you said you will crushed Dr. Riak and comrade Lado Gore in 30 days, have you done so? Instead the galant SPLA/M-IO is already here in Juba. This new movement is the result of your 28 states and it will soon be here in Juba to teach you a lesson. You never crushed any movement in your life, just shut your toothless mouth. It is you to wake up not Dhoal Larijin. You must wake up to face the accountability of your crimes of killing innocent civilians in Juba. The international criminal court will never leave your fathers kiir and malong plus the jenge council of awirin

I never said that,it is not easy to overrun my village and forget entire South Sudan unless we do. Are you asleep or drunk? Dental Care and treatment of teeth. Have a nice beginning weekdays.

I am not in the government nor i gain anything either and i don’t even hate nobody. I am in debts because of a Global recession, but i will come out from that in three years because i had work in the past and law helping me and many others from debts even i don’t send money back home to my relatives,it is not easy to pay that in my life time. So stop hatred and it is not good for your health. Try hard and try your best to come out from poverty. Old people lost their teeth, but Dentists help them to keep going on with their normal life and keep chewing.
Don’t delay yourself, there is no social Welfare in South Sudan. It is very easy to change your life in South Sudan than anywhere if we stop violent.

TEETH ARE NOTHING,it seems like you just use that language in order to allow you to steal from government.
It is like Catch a thief and depend yourself.

You right at that point, I agree with you even if we did not agree all the time because you machar, but I am looking for machar replacement. Machar will never win this war because his notions are unwinnable while many will keep loosing their lives.
