Oct 03, 2020(Nyamilepedia)Negotiation of the peace agreement take long time, when citizens like me asked we were told that there is reform agenda been negotiated by the parties; and that reform will make everything look good in front of everyone and no form of corruption or deformation in any institution and no going back to war, and all will be fix at once with this R-ARCISS.

Economic Sector:

Now oh oh ooh my God, I heard the council of ministers approved a good amount from AFREIM bank, I asked myself if the economic reform R-ARCISS mentioned in chapter four (4)? Or President, FVP, VPs and Ministers want pocket money for themselves? The answer is yes they need pocket money, because RTNLA was not yet formed to approve loans for national benefit.

I think the SPLM, SPLM-IO, SPLM-FDs, SSOA and OPP were negotiating R-ARCISS for their own benefit I mean dollar to pocket and the country will experience a new deformation of institution and legalization of corruption by referring to R-ARCISS as source but I want to let them know that we are reading R-ARCISS, no way this time we are watching?.

Today if I asked our leaders or let me not ask because I know the answer RTNLA was not formed because they want to approve major contract deals to their own pocket and interest on pretext that it the fruits of their struggle, but again don’t forget people who gave your soldiers food, water and shelter during that time give them lion share because they deserve dinner as you do.

Security sector

In chapter two some steps happened during the Pre-transitional period, but till now it seems like all was compromised if I used the right word. I think leaders nowadays are only after themselves not citizens because people need a Unified Army, police, national security, wildlife and prison service to deliver service to people of South Sudan. Seems that our leader forgot all this and treats it as beautiful decorations in R-ARCISS to get pocket money.

So principles of the parties surrender their safety and security to the army that they said they were not trusting, I guess they are enjoying the air conditioning, V8 and unlimited service in five stars hotels.

Is everything compromised ? Can you read R-ARCISS and implement something extraordinary?
