BREAKING: Former South Sudan Ambassador to Russia rejoins government

August 23rd 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – Former South Sudan Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Telar Ring Deng has rejoined the government after almost eight months in a self-imposed exile.

Telar arrived to the capital Juba on Thursday from the Kenyan capital Nairobi and said he came to join the government in the ongoing efforts t achieve peace in then young African country.

Following an accusation that he had sided with the opposition groups, Telar resigned unexpectedly and flied to Nairobi where he remain until today when he also unexpectedly arrived back to the capital Juba to rejoin the South Sudan government.

Prior to his resignation, the government recalled him in a letter seen by the Nyamilepedia early in mid January.
