Joseph Ngere with stain on himself

March 3, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— Joseph Ngere is Moru by tribe from cline of Moru Avokaya. He was not fully brought up within the line of his cline. For family background reasons, a Good Samaritan from cline of Moru Andri took care of him and provided for him educational access from primary school upward to University of Juba. But for more than one reason, again, for more than one reason, he did not finish his study in Juba University.

In compliance with the example of the Good Samaritan who help him (Joseph Ngere) to grow up to mature and responsible person, he should be thankful to all Good Samaritan worldwide. And should preach, extend and exercise kindness as mentions in Luke 10: 30 – 37:– 30 Jesus replied with a story: “A Jewish man was traveling from Jerusalem down to Jericho, and he was attacked by bandits. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him up, and left him half dead beside the road.

31 “By chance a priest came along. But when he saw the man lying there, he crossed to the other side of the road and passed him by. 32 A Temple assistant walked over and looked at him lying there, but he also passed by on the other side.

33“Then a despised Samaritan came along, and when he saw the man, he felt compassion for him. 34 Going over to him, the Samaritan soothed his wounds with olive oil and wine and bandaged them. Then he put the man on his own donkey and took him to an inn, where he took care of him. 35 The next day he handed the innkeeper two silver coins, telling him, ‘Take care of this man. If his bill runs higher than this, I’ll pay you the next time I’m here.’

36“Now which of these three would you say was a neighbor to the man who was attacked by bandits?” Jesus asked.

37 The man replied, “The one who showed him mercy.” Then Jesus said, “Yes, now go and do the same.”

In a worse attitude, Joseph Ngere turns against all good Samaritans and all Moru people including his second father and family members. The question is, what are some of proves that Joseph Ngere turns against Moru People? Here come the answers to mention few: – The main foods of more people are basically combination of meats, vegetable, semi-solid porridge and fruits. All of these foods products are of local production. Every time, every year, all members of Moru community in their homeland works hard to ensure availability of food products at their individual homes. In a worse attitude, Joseph Ngere asked Salva Kiir to send SLPA FORCES to Moru land to clear Moru youth. Salva Kiir responded to him positively. His request causes negative aspects in preventing Moru people from cultivation, and education. A very brief history of the root causes of the problems is as follow:-

Armed Dinka cattle keepers backed by Salva Kiir’s regime came to Moru land with cattle stolen and confiscated from Neurs to hide the cattle from Neur reach. Those cattle keepers choose Moru land on the basis that there are enough foods being produce in Moru land on which they can survive on, and Moru People are peace maker not retaliatory people.

Those cattle keepers with the aid of their guns pasturing the confiscated cattle in the farms of Moru people, kill Moru people in farms and in localities, confiscate people properties, confiscate houses, confiscated foods, lodge in houses without permission and take responsibilities of everything in houses without permission, burning houses, exercise all kinds of evil activities against Moru people in localities and keep causing evil and evil and evil. They are in localities as just as locusts in farms. People flee their localities for the sake of survival. People cannot produce food products like before. Starvation becomes dominant. Some few number of Moru youth decided to fight these humiliations. They managed to possess guns and started to resist the humiliations in a ground of protecting their properties and dignity. Here Joseph Ngere intervened. He accuses those youth as Moru armed rebel in opposition against Salva Kiir’s regime. He started asking Salva Kiir to send more armed forces to clear Moru youth.

Without delay Salva Kiir send more forces to Moru land. Those soldiers killed more people, burn houses, burn people in houses and lot what they want. (Here Joseph Ngere is not innocent from blood and suffering of Moru people.) Still, Joseph Ngere do not get satisfy. He keeps calling for more soldiers. Then he get secret body guides from Slava Kiir. The body guides were from Dinka. By that time, Joseph Ngere liked to stay in Moru land in Mundri as a son of the area keeping pointing finger to the areas to be attacked so as to please his master Salva Kiir.

He feel proud and secure with the army Salva Kiir sent to him, and became more aggressive (and gillet adab) to Moru people. On the other hand, his secret body guides were not happy to stay in Mundri. They wanted to stay in Juba. Then it happened in the night of Feb 12, 2015, he Joseph Ngere was shot by an unknown gunman inside Mundri. For that event Joseph Ngere was taken to Kenya for treatment, and no more information about the body guides, but Salva Kiir armies become permanent in Moru land.

On Dec 24, 2015 Salva Kiir reward Joseph Ngere with a post as a govorner of Amadi State for good job of supporting Salva Kiir’s regime. Immediately, Joseph Ngere resume pointing finger to areas in Moru land to be attacked. As a result, running and hiding become habit for people in Moru land. No peaceful time for cultivation or harvest and no peaceful time for kids schooling. In a broad band, Starvation is dominating, and Salva Kiir’s forces are attacking vehicles between Mundri and Juba under a name of unknown gunmen, and put a blame on Riek Machar. Aid groups were not given access to go to Mundri in a claim by Salva Kiir’s regime and Joseph Ngere that, the road is blocked by armed groups supporting Rick Machar, adding that there is no hunger in Moru land.

Surprisingly, at a time that Joseph Ngere and Salva kiir’s regime were claiming that supporter of Riek Machar are attacking vehicles on road between Juba and Mundri, trucks with food reliefs to areas of Salva Kiir and Malong (where there is no war) use to go from Juba through Mundri without problem of unknown gunmen.

It happened one of church leaders in Moru land confessed that Moru people from children to seniors are dying of hunger. Then eye radio contacted Joseph Ngere for conformation on feb 3, 2016. Surprisingly, in response, Joseph Ngere told Eye Radio that: “People in Amadi state and some areas have higher survival mechanisms”. He denied that people are dying of hunger and added “We are still investigating that and we will find out exactly where people are starving to death.”

(is Joseph Ngere innocent from Blood and suffering of Moru people? No. the blood and suffering of Moru people are stain on Joseph Ngere)

On Feb 14, 2017 and that was for the first time, Joseph Ngere confessed to Radio Tamazuj that there is starvation in Moru land, but he pushs the blame to SPLA-IO troops not to himself, not to his boss Salva Kiir, and not to their forces.

A word to Joseph Ngere; you cannot be successful to cheat all people. Yes; Susan D. Page, IGAD leaders and JMEC will clap for your statement that SPLA-IO troops are responsible for starvation in Moru land, but Moru people will spit to your lie statements. The service you are giving to your boss Salva Kiir is in big deviation with will of God to you. Your service to Salva Kiir is a sign that you are hating God. Read Exodus 20:5:- (5). You shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.

To non-Dinka supporters of Taban Deng in Juba; you will never feel peaceful as you are serving interest of Salva Kiir’s regime. Inside Juba, your life is full of startling and mare dream. You cannot exercise pride of your tribe in Juba under Salva Kiir’s regime. What kind of peace you have? And where is your pride?

To the leaders of the neighbouring countries that supporting Salva Kiir’s regime; your country may not go free without harm from negativities of Salva Kiir’s policies.

To the people in opposition; do not targeting one another. For together we can shake our enemies and bring peace and justice in our beloved South.

Let us stay together in our suffering and in our struggle. For our peace we struggle, and for our pride we struggle Victory is certain and to the end we go.
