Nov 09, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– The SPLA-IO Coordination and Chapter Offices in Australia condemns in strongest term the treacherous action of Kenyan government, which led to the deportation of Comrade James Gatdet Dak to enemy territory on 3/11/2016. The action of Kenyan government is a blatant violation of human rights under Geneva Convention and international law on right of refugees Seeking protection from persecution is legal.
We are dismayed by the action of the Kenyan government that has put the life of James Gatdet in a greater risk and at the mercy of the enemies. This action is an act of betrayal to the aspirations of South Sudanese who are determined to free themselves from the murderous regime in Juba.

In solidarity with free world, we express outrage at Kenyan government, and call for unconditional release of James Gatdet Dak. We also call upon the regional powers to exert influence on Kenyan government not to continue this path that sets a very dangerous precedence on both Kenyan citizens in south Sudan. We also call upon the supporters of SPLAM/A-IO, and all those who are flabbergasted by the action of Kenyan government, to exercise restraint and not to harm Kenyans working and living in SPLAM/A-IO controlled areas.
Finally, we want to assure our supporters that we will persist in our quest for a just peace and freedom for all. These are the ideals and values Comrade James Gatdet Dak stands for. Much as we do not call for a retaliation against the innocent Kenyans in our territories, we want to make clear that it is high we evaluated our relations with Kenya.
