Sept 25, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– Latest reports from South Sudan’s oil rich Unity State confirm that a heavy fighting resumed at dawn this morning around the state capital, Bentiu.

Confirming the reports, the Unity State spokesperson for SPLM/SPLA in Opposition, Weirial Puok Baluang, accused the SPLA-IG for attacking their positions at Wichbaar, Tong and Pakuur suburbs around Bentiu town.

“In the early dawn of 25th Sept 2016, our self justifying positions at Wichbaar, Tong and Rolkuur (Pakuur) around Bentiu town came under manifold assaults from regime’s army and paramilitaries.” Weirail said.

The spokesman reiterates that their forces repulses Salva Kiir’s loyal troops back to Bentiu.

“Nonetheless, our valiant army SPLA-I.O repelled them with vast mortalities inflicted on them as they were dreadfully running back toward Bentiu town.” Said Weirial Puok, the spokesman of SPLA-IO in Unity State.

Puok believes that these attacks are clear indications that the peace agreement is dead and Taban’s defection to the regime is boosting moral of SPLA-IO forces to claim their rights from Kiir and Taban government.

“The demise of the August 2015 agreement, the TGONU and the subsequent exit of the unsolicited weeds from the SPLM/A I.O have boosted the willpower of our army. Thus, it will allow the rightful owners of the land to claim back their familial land Bentiu any time from now.” Puok continue.

Gen. Taban was a governor of Unity State before the conflict broke out, however, during his time Taban’s government displaced many Bull Nuer politicians and generals which later aligned to Salva Kiir and refused to join the opposition.

The return of Taban to Kiir’s government and his search of a new chief of staff among the Bull-Nuer could lead to new defections and internal political conflict between the former political foes.

At the time of this report, Juba was still investigating the cause of this new fighting at a time when the government was planning to reopen the oil fields in Unity State.

The State capital, Bentiu, which could be the next target for the opposition should the war resumes, has exchanged hands several times in the last three years of the conflict.

In other reports, the SPLM/SPLA-IO has concluded its consultations in Khartoum, Sudan, and now prepares to reorganized its forces as its political wing reestablishes contacts with the peace mediators and partners.

At this point now, the Nuers have to study very careful about the intention of their Son which is former vice president of South Sudanese Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon. If someone say, the former vice president is betrayed his own ethnic then, no one will take that however, I think the Educators must come to talk about this issue. I beg all Educators Sons of Nuers have to please study their Son special if he is real protected Nuers people or he is harming them?

Mawien,

Don’t put it on Dr. Machar as the protector of Nuers, he is not. Even if you were to ask him he wouldn’t say he took up arms to protect Nuers only. Machar is armed to protect every citizen that is being terrorized by your tribal affiliats and thugs in Juba . Though inorder to be effective in doing so he must change the status quo of the current totalitarian regime in Juba. It is pointless to seek out a single Nuer as the “protector” of Nuers, the fact that you are using Machar as the main reason to bring total destruction and chaos to Nuer land is obvious. In 2012 to 2013 the numbers of senior politicians had expressed their interest for the presidency, amongst those only 1 was a Nuers. As a matter of fact Pa’gan, Nyandeng, Machar and Agoot had express their citizenry rights with interest for reforms and yet to meantion one of amongst many Jaang who out numbered the people calling for reforms and restructuring of SPLM’s PB, Nyandeng Garang’s people are not attack by the government nor is her hometown destroyed. Now you see your tribally charged bias and clear double standards. The amount of people died protecting Machar is ridiculous, so instead you awarding him(Machar) the one apparently doing the protection, it is actually the other way around. I hope we can agree on that. Many people died because they are Nuers not because they are Machar’s followers, infant babies, blinds, and old people that cannot walk and have never seen or hear who this Machar is died. Any emphasis that those infants died as part of Macahr’s political support and therefore are part of the so called coup co-conspirators and plotters would be a Jaang argument because that never happens in all mankind history. I would forgive any efforts that those infants, blinds, old and unarmed women had been arrested as accused but murdering them in cold blood and denying them the right to life is unforgivable and will have consequences. The despicable crimes against humanity committed by your tribesmen that you seem to persistently find justifications for show how out of touched with reality you are. And not only that but also how deluded of a tribal sociopath you are. In true sense, you belong behind bars with such sickness of sociopathic mentality disorder.
