August 29, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— Latest reports from residents of Central Equatoria states accused SPLA-IG of raping, miaming, killing and abduction of civilians accused of supporting rebellion in Central Equatoria.

At least 10 people have been killed and more than 30 others arrested in Central Equatoria within the last one week.

According to SPLA-IO spokesman of Central Equatoria, Col. Kenyi Bennett, soldiers loyal to president Salva Kiir arrested 26 civilians at Katigiri area.

“The government forces arrested citizens at Katigiri, the citizens were living in the bush due to fighting, and they arrested about 26 people three days ago” said Kenyi.

Kenyi explained that the soldiers also arrested 20 other civilians and killed at least one person and ganged-raped a girl who was found hidding in a church in Lainya county.

“Last week on Sunday, some citizens sought shelter inside the church in Lainya, so the government forces came and arrested local youth and then killed one person. They also ganged raped a girl, about 20 men ganged-raped the girl who was in the church” he explained.

Responding to allegations from Juba, the deputy spokesman of SPLA-IG,  Col. Santo Doming, admit the incidents but instead accused the rebels of having committed the atrocities.

“What happened in Katigiri was caused by pockets of the opposition forces that remained around the area, so they differed, because some of them said we should join the government, while others refused” said Santo.

In separate reports, civilians in Yei town have accused the government forces, loyal to president Salva Kiir, of a door-to-door killing and torturing of civilians using panga and machetes.

They claimed that 9 bodies, all civilians, were found dead on Sunday morning in Yei town and more civilians were found missing.

According to Sekou James, a resident of Yei town, women and girls have been abducted by soldiers and are reportedly missing since Saturday night.

“9 dead bodies, 3 women, 2 boys, 1 girl and 3 elderly men were recovered yesterday morning. They were killed by soldiers on Sunday night. Women and girls have been raped and others are still missing. I think they took them as sex slaves” Sekou said.

Sekou relates the atrocities in Yei to past incidents that happened in North Uganda which involved Ugandan army and LRA maiming and killing civilians from Joseph Kony’s Acholi tribe.

Nyamilepedia Press couldn’t independently verify the claims but earlier reports suggest that situation remains tenses in and around Central Equatoria state.

To Equatorians Leaders (e.g. Obuto Mamur, Thomas, Cirilo, Clement Wani, Jadala, Wani Igga, Martin Lomuro etc),
How many people must be killed, before you stop mathiang anyor?
How many girls and women must be raped before you act on Dot ku Beny?
How many homes must be burnt before you confront Gel-Beny?
How many people must be driven from their ancestral land into refuge before you confront JCE?
Bishop Santo is crying and when are you responding to his cry like men?
The answers to these questions are staring you in the face.
When the Jieng are finished with the ordinary Equatorians, they will come for you. At that time, there will be no one left to speak for you. Attack now, because “ the best form of defense is attack”.

I must reiterate that, this Jaang ethnic centric regime in South Sudan in legal definition is a terrorist state. The organizations below are guilty of accepting this fact, God forbid if they do, it means they must do something about it as part of the “free world”

The United Nations refuses to accept this fact.
African Union also refuses to accept this fact.
IGADs+ also refuses to accept this fact.
United States and the European countries involved in South Sudan affairs also refused to accept this fact also.

The million dollar question is WHY?

Well, the answer is that the above institutions mentioned all have to deal with the terrorist regime and not risk undermining their interest by condemning the terrorist government. All have stakes at risk should they condemned such terrorist activities by Jaang’s tribal extremist militias.
