August 21, 2016 (Nyamilepedia) — Major General Stephen Pal Kun, the Director for Moral Orientation in SPLM/A – IO sector 4th in Greater Eastern Jikany Land warns Gen. Taban Deng Gai to abandon the FVP post before it turn dark.
“I am not happy seeing somebody like Taban Deng who faked the nomination of SPLM/A-IO to be appointed as the country’s First Vice President moving around enjoying the environment we sacrificed ourselves and children to build. I’m advising him to step aside before the day turned dark otherwise, he and his claimed supporters will face more painful consequences. Taban Deng Gai who claimed to have forces on the ground has no single soldier in our fronts, leave alone our division.”
Maj. Gen. Stephen Pal also issued his second warning to Ezekiel Lol, the former Ambassador of South Sudan to United State of America. “Cde. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth your defection will affect nobody in SPLM/A – IO, Gajak Community as well as Longechuk County in particular. Cde. Ezekiel you are deceived by Kiir’s administration because being a head of Mission does not qualify you to hold an advance political post such as ministerial post, your job was about outside relations not home politic. Cde. Ezekiel, you have no experience on how to run governments or even a county level position leave alone being a national Minister. You were nominated from the street of North America to the head of SPLM/A mission to United State of America, nothing more.”

In further account, Maj. Gen. Stephen Pal condemned the Jieng Council of Elders (JCE) for crippling South Sudan with their dirty plans of destruction that includes; the attempt to eliminate Nuer community (also known as Nuer Massacre) in December 2013, and the illegal creation of 28 states which is perceived as a strategy to invade other people’s lands. Moreover, Gen. Pal Kun Condemn the JCE for their failed plan to killed Dr. Machar and continue refusal to allow intervention of third forces.
“The Jieng Council Elders (JCE) must understand that the world has considered them as the main obstacle to the successful implementation of the August peace Agreement. Their failed attempt to assassinate Dr. Riek Machar Teny, champion of self-determination has been condemned worldwide; therefore, they should wisely look into the awful consequences this war may cause if they insisted on the rejection of the third forces deployment. “
Maj. Gen. Stephen Pal concluded his argument by urging all peace partners to put more pressure on President Salva Kiir’s faction for quick implementation of the August peace deal and the deployment of third forces in Juba. Maj. Gen. Stephen Pal also assured the general public of his loyalty to the people’s movement, the SPLM/A – IO. In his own terms he said;
“I am sincerely committed to the cause of our struggle from day one, and my firm stand behind Dr. Machar is unquestionable. I will fight the enemy of peace until it is completely dismantled for democratic and federal reform to take place in South Sudan.”
