August 16, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— The SPLM/A-IO Mission to the Federal Republic of Brazil under the visionary leadership of the legitimate First Vice President, Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of the SPLM/SPLA-IO, Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, Would like to inform our esteem members, supporters, partners, and the general public that it has distanced itself and cut all ties or communications with Cde JAMES MAWICH BICHOK effective immediately.

We are also advising all our field valiant and peace loving personnel to cease communication with this turncoat group of General Taban Deng as they embark in a divide and rule agenda of the Jieng Council of Elders (JCE) to prolong the suffering of our people in UNMISS protection of civilian sites (Pocs) in Juba and other parts of the country.

Mr. Bichiok has violated the resolutions of Nasir and Pagak conferences that democratically elected Dr. Riek Machar as the Political and the Military Leader of the SPLM/SPLMA-IO.

Mr. Bichiok has also violated the Mission’s Code of Conduct in a number of ways. As a result of the above noted defilements and for his current nauseating stand behind General Taban Deng Gai, whose mission is to abolish the ARCISS (CPA-2), in order to please President Salva Kiir and the JCE in the expense of our people, the Brazil Mission can no longer associate itself with such personality that valued individual’s benefits more than the benefits of all our well-respected citizens.

Therefore, the Mission’s leadership under Amb. David Luoy Top, the Acting Representative, Cde Jikany Both Thot, the Acting Deputy Representative, and the rest of the team are hereby to once again declare their full allegiance to the SPLM/SPLA-IO under the legitimate FVP, Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of SPLM/SPLA-IO Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon and the fearless General Chief of Staffs 1st Lt. General Simon Gatwech Dual until further directives are given by our the chairman.

We caution all the freedom loving Generals of the SPLM/A-IO and their forces to resist the recent empty resolution at the Council of Ministers by Taban and his boss as an act of desperation to legitimize the position of the Crown Hotel IO renegades thinking that they may lure some few SPLM/SPLA-IO Generals to their side. The two main goals for General Taban and his JCE friends are as follows:

  1. Quickly retire as many Generals from the SPLA-IO as much as they can and send all the newly trained/promoted Bilpam 2 and the white Army back home or to their “Luaks” while keeping Mathiang Anyoor as their tribal national army for the whole country.
  2. Eliminate key articles/chapters of the ARCISS one by one in the hope to take us back to square one to avoid accountability for the heinous crimes they perpetuated against our people.

We categorically reject any illegal modification and remain fully committed to the full implementation of the CPA-2 in its entirety as stipulated in the ARCISS and welcome the Intervention force as a means to restore law and order in the Capital Juba and beyond. We similarly echo the call for General Taban Deng Gai to immediately vacate the FVP post for the interest of peace and stability.

Viva South Sudan Viva!!

Viva Legitimate SPLM/A-IO Viva!!

Viva Dr. Machar Viva!!

Viva CPA-2 Viva!!!

  • Please Keep singing brothers about Dr. Riek Machar Teny. General Taban Deng Gai is now Official VP in the history of Republic of South Sudan, nothing will change it. Where is Riek Machar?
