July 21,2016(Nyamilepedia) — The Ugandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Henry Oryem Okello, accused SPLA-IO of killing 11 national (citizens) in resent fighting in Juba, South Sudan and the article was publishes by Sudan Tribune on 18/7/2016. Hon: Henry Oryem Okello, Minister the Sudan People’s Liberation Army in Opposition (SPLA-IO) is a professional, well behave, well disciplined, well trained army among African states compare to Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF). UPDF who are not well trained army due to their anti social behaviours in African countries. The cases study of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Federal Republic of Somalia (Somalia Land).African Mission in Somalia reported so many cases about UPDF in Somalia in 2007.
Uganda People’s Defence Force went to Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) because of one thing the stealing of minerals resources i.e. coppers, olds, uranium, timber whereas in Somalia to stolen goods through Somaliland Port (Sea). African Union reports a lot of cases about UPDF in DRC and Somalia. Hon: Minister was also quoted saying they had reliable information that Dr. Machar’s force have an upper hand in the southern part of Juba and may “soon” take control of towns like Yei. This is white lie Hon: Dr. Machar’s forces fought for five days within Juba, city not Yei road.
Back to Dr. Machar’s forces killing your Ugandan citizens in Jebel (Juba, South Sudan). For your information Hon: Henry Oryem Okello, Dr. Riek Machar Teny’s force does not have big tanks, helicopters gunships and weaponry to killed Ugandan citizens. The main objective of SPLA-IO is to promote social justice for all, human rights, rule of law, accountability and transparency according to Dr. Machar the Chairman of the Sudan People’s’ Liberation Army in Opposition and Commander in Chief. Hon: I would like to request you in order to carry out the research on daily basis for you to get the enough evident in South Sudan’s affairs. I assumed you are the full Minister in Uganda Government. Please stop your “parochialism and Chauvinism”. I also term this “magical think” in you, Hon: Henry Oryem Okello.
Dr. Machar’s forces fought for good there years (3) no single case has been reported in their controlled areas in South Sudan about killing of foreigners. Hon: please read the African Union Report Inquiry on South Sudan in order to understand the South Sudan’s conflict of 1983-2013.htt:// www.au.int/en/auciss.
Hon: kindly get somebody to coach you about South Sudan crisis. It is not big surprised to us UPDF went to South Sudan in 2013 in the name of evacuated its citizens then later joint the President SALVA KIIR’s side. To be honest with you; Hon: Henry Oryem Okello, “Naath” meaning the human beings according to (Nuer society in South Sudan)Nuer nation already defeated your army in 2013. President Salva Kiir himself brought South Sudan Army, UPDF, Congolese, Justice Equality Movement (JEM), Dafuarians, and SPLA north to kill all Nuer in South Sudan but, it failed. I was laughing when I heard President Museveni will captured Dr. Riek Machar Teny in four days although he failed.
Hon: when UPDF went again to South Sudan in the name of evacuating their citizens in South Sudan. We don’t know what will happen whether UPDF will take side again like 2013 or not. SPLA-IO is ready to defeat you.
The Government of South Sudan is full of “silly people with cognitive health problems”. That is why there are a lot of Ugandans who are working in South Sudan (15,000) according to Daily Monitor News Paper in Uganda. Tell me if you will get any single South Sudanese who is working here in Kampala Uganda. We have Diplomas, Masters and PhD in Uganda Hon: the main reason why we are here in Uganda is education only. Dr. Riek Machar Teny will become President of South Sudan whether you like or not. You will congratulate him if you are still alive in Uganda.
It began on the evening of Sunday, 15 December 2013, at the meeting of the National Liberation Council at Nyakuron, when opposition leaders Dr. Riek Machar, Pagan Amum and Rebecca Nyandeng voted to boycott the meeting. President Salva Kiir ordered the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) Major General Marial Ciennoung, commander of the Presidential Guard (The Tiger Battalion) to leave the meeting venue and return to the barracks to disarm the troops. After disarming all ethnicities within the guard, Marial allegedly ordered that the Dinka members be re-armed. His deputy, from the Nuer (‘’Naath’’) ethnicity, began to question this order and a fight ensued when surrounding officers saw the commotion. The Nuer soldiers also re-armed themselves. Fighting erupted between the Dinka elements of the Presidential Guard and the Nuer elements, lasting from Sunday night until Monday afternoon. Civilian casualties began when the Dinka elements of the SPLM began targeting Nuer civilians in the capital city of Juba, South Sudan.
. (……) This is why I said the difference has nothing to do with reform…….. Riek(Machar) wanted to be chairman, Rebecca (Nyandeng) wanted to be chairperson, Pagan(Amum) wanted to be chairman and Salva(Kiir) wanted to continue. That was the problem of 2013. This is the root cause of South Sudan Crisis in 2013 which the following organizations failed to address in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during the South Sudan long Peace process. (African Union Report Inquiry on South Sudan).Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), PLUS United States, United (US) Kingdom(UK), China, European Union(EU), Norway, African Union Commission,(AUC),African Union Peace and Security Council(AUPSC), United Nations(UN), United Nations Mission in South Sudan(UNMISS) and please United Nations Security Council. The above institutions failed to address the root cause of conflict in South Sudan, 2013.
