Jan 27, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- South Sudan’s incumbent president, Salva Kiir Mayardit, recalls Ambassador Francis M. Deng, the young nation’s first ambassador to the United Nations.

According to a confidential report extended to Nyamilepedia, Dr. Francis has been recalled to return to Juba, South Sudan, as soon as possible.

It is unclear at this time whether Salva Kiir would reappoint Dr. Francis to a similar portfolio in the near future.

Reports trending from J1 indicate that President Salva Kiir has appointed Akuei Bona, a son of Dr. Bona Malual, a prominent member of the Jieng Council of Elders(JCE) who advise President Salva Kiir.

The sudden change is believed to be part of “identity crisis” of Abyei people under Salva Kiir leadership and part of internal politic of Warrap States between the Ngok and Twic Dinka.

Fearing domination from the Ngok, Twic Mayardit would prefer Abyei to be annexed to Kordofan region of Sudan.

Dr. Deng served as Human Rights Officer in the United Nations Secretariat from 1967 to 1972, and as the Ambassador of the Sudan to Canada, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and the United States. From 2006 to 2007, Deng served as director of the Sudan Peace Support Project based at the United States Institute of Peace.

Dr. Deng is a distinguished scholar who has taught in some of the top universities across the United States.

He was an Wilhelm Fellow at the Center for International Studies of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT) and a research professor of international politics, law and society at Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.

Before joining the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Deng was a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the John Kluge Center of the Library of Congress.

Dr. Deng served as Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on Internally Displaced Persons from 1992 to 2004, and from 2002 to 2003 was also a senior fellow at the United States Institute of Peace.

He was at the Woodrow Wilson International Center first as a guest scholar and then as a senior research associate, after which he joined the Brookings Institution as a senior fellow, where he founded and directed the Africa Project for 12 years. He was then appointed distinguished professor at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York before joining Johns Hopkins University.

From reading Dr. Deng’s biography, I will tell you that people who hold those kind of experiences are rare and Salva Kiir shouldn’t dare to play with scholars. This is the 4th scholar facing this issue with 2 from Abeyi and 2 from Equatoria.

Dr.Francis Deng should have a big role in South Sudan today if John Garang still alive because of their so.called unified Sudan which is not the best for people. I don’t know why Sudan has change to a silence and a nightmare. Depend on outsiders and discriminates itself.

Those groups who are now in the government have unite and ignore Abyei. The so called Abyei Sons were used by John Garang and Khartoum including Dr.Francis Deng as the tools. I think SPLM.N or Khartoum is not going to solve AByei’s problem with out South Sudan. Those in the government were treated very badly and let down by John Garang and his cronies. We will see you in future and now happen.

Abyei will join South Sudan and you need to mind your business because you have your own constituency and make sure that you will go to South Sudan’s Parliament through your State. N.B. make sure i have no interest in politics myself because Politics like a doorstep and scary. I like a private sector.
I think it is a time for Dr. Francis to retire and with out age’s discrimination because he is now about over 80’s and a good age and good life for him. Methinks he has no financial problem.

beek the bird and the chicken,

good that you Accept that you are very scared of politics. I knew this long ago because I saw you running after kiir’s cows. We just do not want the 28 states and we have already forced it into Your anus. We will bring back Abiyei after forcing you to Accept reforms.

I am in Juba and you need not to tell me to be careful. You are to be careful for you already proved that everything you has never happened. you are were telling me that the SPLA/M will be never in Juba but now they are in Juba. We are already fighting to push the reforms from within and we will vote you out without weather you like it or not. And there is no any 28 states.

We are playing true politics and we mean business not Your private sector which you run it by the Public fun you jenge looted and give it to you so that you fefend the jenge rule. I know Your ass is burning. I repeat no 28 states in this country. ask me tomorrow about it.

You idiot, do you think Khartoum want to solve the problems of Abiyei? Khartoum want to take it as a Whole. you are a true do who do not see the future only seeing the meat in front of him. You will think of Abiyei when FEDERAL RULE come to this country and that will be the time Your eyes will open and by then Abiyei might have gone to Khartoum.

IDIOT beek, why dont reason? I telll you again and again that this country will never be the same. We want reforms which are accepted by all of us. we do not want reforms which are forced to us by the Council of awirin or jenge. NEVER………………………………..

Remember, we are in Juba, kicking Your ass very hard. If you are wise why dont you tell kiir to trave to addis Ababa to atten AU summit. What kind of a leader who is afraid to represent his country in any international summits?

I mean you are a true dog who does not see the future but only seeing the bones of the Death cow infront of him and forget everything. you have forgotten abiyei because of the looted Public fund in Juba. We will never make you rest until you Accept reforms without 28 states. see kiir is already afraid to attend the AU summit in Addis Ababa. Do you think you have a wise president who can represent you internationally? Hhahahahahahaa, you idiot…….

The man is good for nothing. He Maxing Deng represent a president and a country with the most gross human rights violations in of this century. I mean crimes ranging from rap, tortures, genocide, massecres, wide spread death of citizens, land grabs, systemic ethnic cleansing, and forced cannibalism. I would personally be a shame to sit amongst the UN’s dignitaries to represent a country run by idiots who have no regards for anything else but themselves as thugs and individual groups and tribe. A hang can go to school and grab a million certificates but would still think and do like a jang if not worst. A hang with Arab blood is even worst. Jaang have no capacity in getting back abiey since no other tribe would want to sacrifice their sons and daughters for a land whose extended owners(jaang) are grabbing everyone else’s land.
