Jan 8, 2015(Nyamilepedia) We the FDP/SSAF Delegation in Juba have been surprised by a statement in the Kenyan press given by Mr. Changson Leau Chang claiming that he has dismissed us from the Federal/SSAF Party for coming to Juba. Mr. Changson was present in the meeting held in Nairobi in which the leadership of the FDP/SSAF made a decision to send a delegation to Juba to present the party’s proposals to H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit.

First, we want to inform the press and all South Sudanese people that the FDP/SSAF is for peace and one reason for the visit of our delegation to Juba is to assure President Kiir about our commitment to peace.

Second, we want to inform the press and the general public that the Chairman of FDP/SSAF is General Peter Gatdet and not Mr. Gabriel Changson. Therefore Mr. Changson has no power to dismiss any member of FDP/SSAF. What all members of FDP/SSAF know about Mr. Changson is that he attempted several times in Nairobi to install himself as the chairman of the FDP/SSAF by forging the signature of General Peter Gatdet. The latest attempt was two months ago when he was then warned by General Peter Gatdet of expulsion from FDP/SSAF.

Third, Mr. Changson is a late comer to the FDP/SSAF after he was dismissed from the SPLM –IO by Dr. Riek Machar after absconding with thousands of Dollars donated by Nuer members of the SPLM –IO in Diaspora. Of course this is not the first time for Mr. Changson to engage in corrupt practices. In Juba he has illegally acquired vast lands and built mansions when he was the minister of Youth and Sports. He now owns luxurious mansions in the city of Nairobi. Mr. Changson has no credibility to lead the FDP/SSAF and is now a criminal fugitive living a lavish life in Kenya.
