Jan 06, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- Expected to arrive to oversee the lottery-style selection of Ministerial Portfolios of what would be South Sudan Transitional Government of National Unity, president Festus Mogae and his delegation are stranded at Jomo Kenyatta International airport in Kenya due to unrest at South Sudan’s Juba International airport.
Government supporters are believed to be matching at Juba International Airport in South Sudan capital as the Chairman of Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, President Festus Mogae, is expected to arrive any this afternoon to join a JMEC session that is currently in progress.
According to Mabior Garang de Mabior, the National Committee Chairman of information and public relations for the SPLM/SPLA in Opposition, who is also stranded alongside President Mogae in Nairobi, Kenya, the JMEC session that was to oversee selection of Ministries under strict supervision of JMEC Chairman is currently in progress in Juba.
Although no one was sure of the causes of such rare strike at the time of this writing, Mabior suspects that Salva Kiir’s government could have a hand in organizing such demonstrations.
“it seems very convenient that this strike is taking place on this particular day…what’s more…the government has the capacity to pay those workers for the sake of quick implementation of peace” Mabior narrates from JKI, Nairobi, Kenya.
In the interest of peace and to halt the collapsing economy, Mabior believes it is inappropriate and non-beneficial for any citizen to strike at this time.
“they could even give special consideration to the flight of H.E. Festus Mogae…a strike at this moment of bringing peace to the country is counterproductive even to the intersts of those on strike…it is through this peace that the direeconomic crisis can be halted…I don’t think it is a real real strike…I smell a rat” Mabior states.
According to government sources, however, the national airport has ran out of fuel to pump the generators since morning. This is believed to have led to cancellation of many domestic and international flights.

This is the work of JCE and Kirr himself. There is no strike in the country since Kirr came to power, because people live in fear of the government security men.

They forgot that some of them like Mabior Garang are already in the right side of the people who want to bring changes to this country. The jenge always say they are capable of running this country then how comes that Juba Internation Airport can run out of fuel? This is a true embarrasment to any South Sudanese specially to those who clain they know how to rule. No body believes you my friends and it is already known that this are some of the evil plans of the jenge council of elders just to derail the implementation of the peace. But please know that the world is watching. The international community is getting tired of your behavors. Better to accept peace and send only 5-10 jenge rulers to hague than destroying the image of jenge tribe on earth.
Your plans are know and no body is going to give up pushing for the needed reforms. You must accept the implementation of this peace agreement. You must take it as it is already put on the table and infront of you. Mabior is not looking for power and if he is really looking for it, he does not want it from you beeek. I know you are very far from kiir’s dining table and you are fighting to reach there. There is absolutely no fuel shortage at the Juba International airport or unorganized-government planned demonstrations in Juba period.

Workers have right to protest against none payment of their wages.
Selections of ministerial posts and visiting of Fetus Mogae cannot put food on tables of the workers’ families.
There is no right or worst time for demonstrations. Peace is not a priority over exploitation of the workers.After all no workers should starve with their families while giving the selections of ministerial portfolios a chance instead of prioritizing a way to get their money for whom they toil at work.
Only Mabior Garang calls that inappropriate and non- beneficial to any citizen. To me, he is wrong because his peace and selections of ministries can wait as they both can’t put money in the pockets of those workers.
If there is anything that is inappropriate and disturbing the peace, they are Mabior Garang’s comments. Who is he to dictate what is a form of democratic expression to hold peaceful demonstrations to get some answers for your rights like being paid for the work you have done? If he is for peace, he should not point a blame finger at President Kiir or the government after some genuine reasons are given and specially at the time when the government is committed to the implementation of the peace.Reasons such as protests at the airport for failure to pay workers and fuel shortage to run airport power supplies are good reasons by their own rights. There is no need for him to say that the government or President Kiir has some hands in it.
