Dec 23, 2015(Nyamilepedia) —- According to the press release of the US Department of State, USA welcomes the arrival of advanced team of the armed opposition, SPLM/SPLA, to South Sudan capital, Juba.

“Their return marks an important milestone in the implementation of the peace agreement, and we hope it augurs future cooperation between the Government and the Opposition as they work towards peace in South Sudan.” reads part of the statement.

The United States applauds the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, headed by the former Botswana President, Festus Mogae, and IGAD-Plus for their bold step to initiate the implementation of South Sudan’s Peace Agreement signed in August this year.

“We express our appreciation to the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development for their efforts to initiate a sustainable transition and foster national reconciliation in South Sudan.” said John Kirby, the Spokesperson of Bureau of Public Affairs, Washington DC.

Kirby admits that many important but difficult decisions remain, however, the United States calls on both parties to work together in the spirit of unity and compromise to solidify the reforms outlined in the peace agreement and to establish the Transitional Government of National Unity in full cooperation with JMEC Chairperson, President Festus Mogae.

Speaking upon his arrival in Juba, the Chief Negiator of the armed opposition, Gen. Taban Deng Gai, regrets that the South Sudanese people became refugees only to be protected by the United Nations in a country they worked so hard to liberate.

Gen. Taban assures that the peace agreement will now be implemented in letter and spirit, acknowledging that the document the principles signed in August is now the only supreme law of the land until a new constitution that will enshrine federal systems, reforms, justice, reconciliation and national healing is enacted.

In other reports, president Salva Kiir has instructed free movement of the advanced team of SPLM in opposition in the country as they prepare to visit all states.

“The president and the government welcome and assure them the commitment to work with them and other partners in peace process for full implementation of the peace [agreement]. They are free to move and meet with their families, relatives and friends as well as their former colleagues in government and in the army,” said Major General Marial Chanuong Yol, the commander of presidential guards in Juba.

USA,

as you helped us break away from Khartoum, we believe you will also help us to bring democracy to this country. The jenge council of old stone age must be put in silent. We believe the dinka have committed attrocities in Juba and we will be happy to them face justicet justice like Charles Tailor of Liberia…………….

tolio, beeek and amen, you do not need to go hiding. Just accept the reallity and join the majority of South Sudan tribes who love peace. But with an understanding that no body will trust you at all because the mark of land grabbing already is written on your faces. Get out your cows our of Greater Equatoria right now.

beek, you need to learn from kiir, he knew things will never be the same and he started moving his 3000 cows away from Luri near Juba. Oh sorry beek, I came to learn that you do not own any cow. For us Equatorians, you are the cow yourself and must be moved away from Equatoria. Hope you get me right.

The meeting for the peace implementation started today here in Juba. Once again we are going to change the rulse of this country. No more 28 states, you idiot beek
