Dec 20, 2015(Nyamilepedia) —- The long awaited advanced team of South Sudan’s SPLM/SPLA in opposition will arrive in South Sudan capital, Juba, tomorrow on Monday the 21st December 2015.

According to SPLM/SPLA-IO Chief negotiator, Gen. Taban Deng Gai, the first badge of advanced team, which comprises of 150 delegates, will leave from Pagak, South Sudan, through Gambella, Ethiopioa, tomorrow.

“The first group of 150 is ready to arrive Juba on December 21, 2015 from Pagak, South Sudan, via Gambella, Ethiopia.” Gen. Taban states.

In the letter addressed to David Deng Athorbei, the Minister of Finance and Economic Planing, Taban reiterates that the next two advance teams, which will be composed of another 150 and 309 officials, shall arrive to Juba and respective states in accordance with the calendar of Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC).

According to JMEC calendar, which was released late last week, the first advanced team of SPLM/SPLA-IO would have arrived in Juba on 15th December to attend the first meeting of Joint Military Ceasefire Commission(JMCC) and Joint Operations Centre(JOC).

The first and second meetings of JMCC and JOC were to be held in Juba on the 18th and 19th of this month, respectively.

According to JMEC Calendar, the first advanced team that would arrive tomorrow is expected to attend the second meeting of JMEC, scheduled for Tuesday, Dec 22nd, 2015.

All goes as planned, the second advanced team of SPLM/SPLA in Opposition will travel to Juba the following Monday, December 28th, 2015.

In accordance with the original schedule of JMEC, the advanced team of 609 members would have all arrived in Juba on 28th December to begin States’ visits the next day on 29th December, 2015.

Juba has expressed concerns that include insecurity and accommodation of what the Juba officials termed as “huge number” of rebels delegates, however, the number has kept increasing as deemed necessary by the opposition and peace partners.

Speaking to SPLM/SPLA officials in Nairobi, Mr. Manawoa Gatkuoth and Wol Thompson, Juba has accepted the delegation of 609 members.

The officials confirmed that the IO delegation will be led by Gen. Taban Deng Gai and will be received by Hon. David Deng Athorbei, the appointed Chairman of the Committee for the Coordination, Reception, Accommodation of SPLM/SPLA Advance Team, and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planing.

In addition to government officials and two members of SPLM/SPLA, already in Juba, the welcoming Committee also include Hon. Deng Alor, other members of former detainees and members of Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission.

The so-called SPLM-IO Advanced Team plus their next Designated Vice President should have been force to accept Tolerance Support with out having ministers in the so-called Transitional Government Of National Unity because they have no respect for the government and people of South Sudan, but yes they are from South Sudan where nobody care of people. They should have only Support Kiir’s Cabinet until they have value of people.

Freedom Fighters Movement-SPLA-IO, will and shall unreservedly implement the complete overhaul of the direly needed reforms in the security and defense sectors in South Sudan period.

Museveni, Malik Agar, and the Darfur rebels, will and shall imminently-permanently be evicted from South Sudan territories.

NO MORE wasteful-treacherous spending of national resources on hiring MERCENARIES period.

Bye bye-farewell to the mercenaries, traitorous Jenges.

oh beek the poor boy,

please try to keep your words. all these months you have insulting the peace loving people in many stupid words. you have been saying you are a strong dinka boy of the strong dinka triblism and dinkacoracy government. And just today you change your language the you do not care about your government. You told me you will send me into prison. Please keep your words and let us start now.

Yes I know very well that any of you is not in the UNMISS camps. And this is the reason why we must have reforms. Just know you are not going to keep us in the camp forever……………..At the other hand, I want you to know very clearly that I am not a nuer but I chosen to be among them because I am from GREATER EQUATORIA and all love peace. This is not a joke as you take it. The Unity Gov is going to be formed, followed by rapid reforms and definately the IDPs will come out of the camps. The coming of the IDPs out of the camps will show you that the jenge are unable to keep your dirty hands on any body. Then the judgement of those whom commited the mass killing starts and they go to real prison not displaced camp.

beek the poor………………….the massacre in Juba has destroyed the image of jenge completely. This event is commemirated all over the world even in Kampala and more the celebration of any jenge, this could have made you understand that the rest tribes of this country already hate you. A fair election is going to take place and not any body is going to vote for you. You do know not about this just because you are a donkey, but I believe you will understand soon for donkeys usually understands late. You promise to hunt me down, this time it is me going to hunt you. You already wrote you have killed many nuer in Juba. Please do not come to deny when faced with the truth

I am following the progress of the revolution of the NUER & some enlightened south sudanese. So far it is going well. Remember the your freedom fighters who fell to bring justice & democracy to south sudan. You have good leaders including Dr. Riek machar & others. Follow them. The leader should also check the heart of their supports & update them selves based on the feedback. Other wise, south sudan will not be the same thanks to your sacrifices. GOOD LUCK TO THE ADVANCE TEAM!
