September 11, 2015 (Nyamilepedia)—-Is the war in South Sudan extended to South Sudanese refugees in East Africa? ‘Finally, the most anticipated war on south Sudanese refugees in East Africa is launched in Uganda by South Sudan government in collaboration with Ugandan government’. Aborcup John Akuer, a south Sudanese refugee residing in East Africa’s Kenya, wrote on his Facebook timeline postdated on 30th August-2015.

On 30th August 2015, few days after the signing of South Sudan peace accord by warring parties. Opposition leader, Dr. Riek Machar, accused Juba administration of executing nearly 600 political prisoners, allegations Juba regime could deny.

However, the activist would uproot it all in another angle. Aborcup, who flew to exile in April- 2013, a couple of months prior to the break-out of conflicts in the Country, compliments the SPLA/M leader by identifying few names among the nearly estimated 600 executed ‘political prisoners’ as refugees, kidnapped and killed innocently.

Dominic Lodai whom Aborcup claims is an urban refugee registered under UNHCR in Nairobi, and Richard Lokeya, a lost boy whom he said returned from Canada and an asylum seeker are among those killed in Juba.

The two, Dominic and Richard, who both hail from Haula community, Diding’a tribe, Budi County, Eastern Equatoria state of South Sudan, according to Aborcup, entered Kenya to take refuge on different dates after receiving several life threats from government agents in Chukudum town, Budi County.

Aborcup says the two Diding’a boys reported to him deterioration of their security situation in Nairobi in July-2015 when he met them before them crossing to Uganda after finding it difficult to live in Nairobi.

According to him, they were arrested with several other asylum seekers in early August by Ugandan security in Uganda and handed to South Sudan forces that tortured them for days and strangled them and then threw into River Nile in late August.

Dominic, a former SPLA officer and Richard, a law graduate, found themselves in one destiny after condemning a tragic incident where a member of their Diding’a community, Mr. Igiot Abraham who was a school headmaster in Chukudum, was shot down by government soldiers in 2014.

Aborcup asks human rights bodies to look into Dominic and Richard’s deaths. He further calls on human rights organizations to rescue Clement Lochio wherever he could be held, Lochio is a journalist and a human rights activist who was arrested and now is being held in undisclosed location in South Sudan.

He also asks them to offer sufficient protection to few fugitives he believes must be hunted for by same killers of Richard and Dominic, among them are Hon. Oreste Lopara, Jon Pen, Gabriel Jok etc.

‘I hope the human rights defenders would fight hard to have killers of these boys brought to book, and make an effort to rescue those who could still be hunted like Jon Pen, Oreste Lopara, Gabriel Jok etc in the jungles within cities, by enemies of humanity in human beings alike.’ He Aborcup.

Aborcup, from minority Murle of Graeter Pibor, flew to exile after surviving several attacks which his other friends like late Kerbino Kolen Dhulo, a peace maker, believed to have been killed by the then rebels of David Yauyau, John Wiyual Manytap, who was kidnapped and killed in Juba to mention few.

Agumut!
Remember speech of your uncle Malong Awan when he said, if that peace is signed they will be like Boko Haram, ISIS etc. You people speak today never knowing that your speech is noted by community of South Sudan. Now he begins to terrorize South Sudanese people where ever they are. I thanks gov’nt for not continuing to deny after many missing names among 600 were mentioned on media by relatives. ABORCUP! don’t worry soon they (Malong Awan, Ambrose Thiik, Kuol Manyang, Salva Kiir and Marial Chinuong) will face the court for Killing 20, 000 Nuer in December 2013 and 600 Equotoria in August 2015

I think all humanitarian forces should involve themselves(civilians, arm forces, regional and international bodies) to stop at
once the tyranny Government of Juba to refrain of committing unbearable atrocities from onset of 15/12/2013,up to now, meanwhile there is no sign of stopping un-necessary killing despite signed permanent ceasefire by all parties.
