Sept 7, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — According to intelligence leak from Whisteblowing sources, Salva Kiir government was not only consulting and preparing “reservations” document toward President Kiir’s final days to sign an “imposed” Compromise Peace Agreement but also preparing the military front to violate the agreement before the ink dries.

In addition to confident circulation issued to declare government-led national wide anti-peace demonstrations, the government issued a “Restricted” document to the United Nations and all NGOs operating in the country that the SPLA Air Force would conduct night exercises at the Juba Airport for unspecified days.

According to“RESTRICTED Ref: 045/SB/28/08/2015″ the UN and INGO personnel were advise to keep away from the airport from 8pm, effective from August 28, two days after president Salva Kiir signed the CPA-II

“Dear All, Information received from Host Government security organs indicate that effective today SPLA Air force will conduct night exercises at the Juba airport, starting from 2000 hrs. This exercise is to continue for the next few days (unspecified). UN/INGO Personnel are therefore advised to avoid the airport general area during the stated period. End”Read the RESTRICTED Ref: 045/SB/28/08/2015

A few days before the signing of the agreement, the Minister of Defense, Gen. Kuol Manyang Juuk, was spotted on the shore of the Nile in Juba sending off the marine convoy that was later involved in violation of the Agreement shortly after Salva Kiir signed the agreement.

According to pro-peace government official, who spoke to our editorial team, the Marine Convoy, SPLA air forces night operations, reservations and anti-peace protests were organized to derail the compromise peace agreement after signing.

“When His Excellency President Salva Kiir came back from Addis Ababa, he told us that he refused to sign a bad peace because he respects our decision and he was coming to consult our views. He said the government will be isolated if he fail to sign the agreement. So some of us agree that the best thing to do to avoid punitive actions is to sign the deal” said the official who declined to be named for speaking out.

“But some of officials who love war than peace continued planing war. The Minister of Defense and Chief of army were in contact with the Government of Uganda who sent us military supply that are still being distributed across Upper Nile” He added.

According to observers, the government would have postponed its barges and new military supply that would provoke aggression if the president was serious about the peace agreement.

“As we noted in Upper Nile or Unity States, the situation was calmed if we compare to previous months. There was no urgent need to send those barges if President Salva Kiir knows that he will bring peace by signing the agreement. He should have told his Chief of army to put off all the military missions until peace came to our country or if the rebels continued attacks” Said Francis Taban in Juba, South Sudan.

The President May Turn Against Pro-War Officials

Speaking during his meeting with the outspoken Dinka Council of Elders, the president distanced himself from war tributes and warns that his government will not tolerate hardliners who are obstructing peace whether in the government or in the military

“There are people who want to take advantage of our genuine concerns and reservations. They are pretending to be conducting themselves as nationalists and they aren’t acting with loyalty. These people are coming out, and any officer, no matter what position of service, showing lack of discipline will have to answer,” president Kiir told a tribal Jieng [Dinka] Council of Elders on Sunday.

The remarks came as the president recalls the military barges and gunboats after some were destroyed or captured by the rebels.

Kiir told the elders, who have maintained opposing views against peace, that he had to sign the peace agreement to avert negative consequences, however, he still fears that if the agreement is not implemented the International community and the region may claim credits for caring and protecting the citizens more their own government.

“There are people in this country and in the region who are working to isolate us from our people by portraying themselves to be the ones who care about them and they are the ones who feel the suffering of our people more than us whom they have elected,” Kiir told his tribesmen, the Dinka Council of Elders.

“That was why they designed the peace [agreement] in the way that if we reject, they then go around the world and say look, they have rejected to sign the peace to stop the war and continue to claim they represent the people they have refused to stop the war and to end the suffering of their people,” Kiir continued.

Kuol is defeated and should be reminded to put on his little girly dress. Better yet he can put on the nilotic traditional patches ladies wears around their waist front and back to maintain little dignity. After all he has no dignity left and his home territory will be left for Lou Nuers to occupy in the future.

These Dinka warlords(incompetent killer Kiir, Malong Awan, Kuol Manyang, their big-stinky-mouths-spokesmen-Makuei liar, Philip Aguer, and their wisdomless Dinka elders-council of national resources looters) will not abide or implement this agreement as long as Museveni’s UPDF and the Malik Agar’s militants still provide protection to their homeland(Bor and Warrap) period. These thugs, braggarts, are land grabbers are ultimate traitors .
