August 20, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — I would like to send my congratulations message to the entire leadership of the SPLM/A-IO under the leadership of our Chairman and C-in-C, Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, and to all the men and women in the entire rank and file of the movement; including army generals -officers of the people’s movement, for showing a commitment to peace in our nascent country for the sake of South Sudanese citizens.

As one of the youth of this destroyed nation, this is one of my greatest happiness for the leadership to consider people’s interest first and sign the compromise peace agreement.
I also send special congratulations to His Excellency, the chairman and commander in chief of SPLA/M IO forces, one of the greatest hero of democracy in South Sudan, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, you welcome the peace with your two hands to end the suffering of S. Sudanese and those who wish peace will follow you sir. And thanks to all the countries participating in Addis Ababa for their efforts so far in achieving peace in S. Sudan.
Another congratulation message goes to the secretary-general of the ruling Sudan Peoples’ Liberation Movement (SPLM), Pagan Amum, by signing the peace agreement on behalf of the former detainees, despite reservations from ruling party chairman on the same deal.
Meanwhile, I call on His Excellency, illegitimate president Kiir and his team to be honest and put the suffering citizen’s firs to sign the peace deal for peace to rain in our country.
Bearing in mind that the regional and international leaders have warned to take tough measures against any warring party that will refuse to sign the peace agreement.
The youths of this country in SPLA/M IO wherever you might be congratulations, for the peace sign by the chairman and that we must not laid down our dreams but take the responsibility of our country and show to the world that we are painful about the way S. Sudan has been run since her independence.
We are the future of this country instead made victims and orphans by this regime in juba who is refusing the peace in order to continue in violence, killing, and rape and burning the villages of our people in the youngest country.

We must run away from this legacy practice by the regime in juba and seek wisdom to be able to change our nation. Let us fight to advise the youth’s leaders in juba to consider the country first and the important of it.

It’s our collective responsibility to reach to our communities and tell them about the important of the peace, democracy and development in the country which has not been implemented since independency till to date. Juba today is known as a country of tension, violence, declining values, injustice, drug and hard currency crimes, no respect to human rights.

My advice to the youths in juba and specially the youth leadership who are deceived by SPLA/M illegitimate government including red army in juba, it is a high time to show that you are nationalist and to refrain from tribalism dictatorship, continues killing which will not help you but led to a collapse of our nation, advise them to sign peace which is the wises thing to do as a future leaders of S. Sudan not allowing yourselves to be planted in you the seed of ethnicity when you can be the future of this country, because juba regime is over.

Juba is given hope by Uganda that military is the solution to the problem which is a wrong ideology. The luck of education and services delivery in the last ten years is the problem to the youths today. I think this is our right time to enjoy our country like other youths in their respective countries.

Without peace it’s impossible for a youth and any person to live. Tens of thousands have been killed, millions more displaced internally and to the neighboring countries of Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda.
The State Department spokesperson John Kirby warned that a high cost will be paid by those who reject peace.

“As the president has stated, we would consider ways to raise the cost for intransigence,” Kirby said.
Thanks to the United States and partners for standing behind the citizens of the Republic of South Sudan.
May peace prevails!

  • Concern South Sudanese.

I would like to start by expressing my sincere and profound congratulation to the parties who signed the peace agreement that’s the SPLM/SPLA – IO and the FDs and at the same time call on the president to do so. The people of South Sudan need peace, development, prosperity and tranquility.
We need someone who can lead this country in good faith and not on tribal, nepotism, selfishness, discrimination and dictatorial line. We need to learn from the past and look in to a brighter future, a future that will remove this beloved country, from the quick sand of division to the hard-rock of unity; prosperity and development. We want a South Sudan for all nationals and not for group of people. We want a country that can accommodate all of us equally and create a future were our young children enjoy. It should be our collective desire to see our children live in land where they are not judged by color, by were came from the and by which tribe they belong too, but by the content of their character.
It is time to say enough is enough. Remember “Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice every everywhere” and “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” Martine Luther Jr.
Yes we went through challenges and painful moment; it could be because of our lack of patriotism and confidence. Yes we need friends, but who our friends should be, is our collective responsibility, the country is surrounded by neighbors (Countries), and it is our utmost duty to select who our true friends are. Since Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that and as Martin Luther Jr. said “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
