August 16, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The Intellectuals of Bul-Nuer association under the banner of “Bull Intellectuals Forum” (BIF) have withdrawn a vote of no confident from their chairman, Mr. James Makuar Gatluak.
“Bul Intellectuals Executive Committee and members do hereby withdrawal vote of no confident from James Makuar Gatluak as the chairman under the Chairmanship of the Council of Bul Intellectual Forum (BIF)” Reads part of the statement signed by James Rab Golong, the Deputy Chairman of BIF.
According to their statement, the executive board of BIF were forced to dismiss the chairman, James Makuar, for failing the mission he was assigned to.
The association delegated their chairman to resolve the dispute between the defecting general, Maj. Gen. Peter Gatdet Yaka, and the leadership of SPLM in opposition, under the chairmanship of the country’s former Vice President, Dr. Riek Machar Teny.
The leadership of BIF, however, believes that their chairman failed the mission, and instead of adopting an impartial position to resolve the grievances, he was delegated by the chairman of the armed opposition.
“James Makuar Gatluakj was delegated by BIF to resolve the dispute between Dr. Riek and Gen. Peter Gatdet then he reversed the mission and was delegated by Dr. Riek Machar” Said the deputy chairman, Rab Golong.
“James Makuar took side to resolve the dispute between Riek and Peter Gatdet” he continued.
The community also accuses the former chairman of losing direction, vision and mission of BIF, and failing to unite the entire members of Bul Intellectuals Forum.
“Therefore the memebrs of Executive Committee and Council members under the Deputy Chairperson of BIF declared James Makuar Gatluak as no longer a chairperson of Bul Intellectuals Forum and his activities are suspended.” The statement concludes.
According to the board of executive committee and the deputy chairman, who signed the document, this decision is final.

What this confused community call “Bull intellectual” trying to say here? When Unity State counties commissioners were dismissed by Nguen Manytuel, did you send your Bull chairman to solve the problem of commissioners and Nguen Manytuel?
