Obama May Blacklist South Sudan Leaders If They Fail to Sign The Newly Proposed IGAD-PLUS Peace Deal!

President Barack Obama …

August 5, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The president of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama, has warned the leaders of the World’s youngest nation to sign the newly proposed Peace Agreement or fail to do so at their own risk.

The most powerful president of a country that mid-wifed South Sudan’s independence warns that the America may sideline the leaders of the two warring factions if they fail to sign the IGAD-PLUS peace proposal that is currently in circulation.

Obama reiterates that the leaders of South Sudan would be regarded as “incapable” and therefore the United States and partners would move forward “with a different plan” to restore peace in South Sudan.

“If they miss that target, then I think it’s our view that it’s going to be necessary for us to move forward with a different plan and recognize that those leaders are incapable of creating the peace that is required,” the president said after White House talks with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

Although president Obama did not specify what the “different plan” would be, something many South Sudan would support if it restores stability, he hinted during his briefing of African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, last week that the International Community will raise the “cost of intransigent”.

The UN Secretary General, Ban ki Moon, who was briefed by president Obama on his recent visit to the continent, strongly support Mr. Obama’s leadership in ending South Sudan conflict.

“I highly appreciate and commend the leadership of President Obama on South Sudan. His recent visit to Africa and convening a leaders meeting on South Sudan really made a big impact.”

The stiff warning from president Obama came immediately after the SPLM Faction under the leadership of Salva Kiir cracked down media houses that preach peace in the war-torn South Sudan’s capital, Juba.

After president Salva Kiir Mayardit and the chief of army, Gen. Paul Malong Awan, rejected the IGAD-Plus Peace proposal and threatened that they would rather join radical groups such as ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram and Al-Shabaab, officials from the Salva Kiir government could be seen leading hundreds of civilians on the streets of Juba in protests against the IGAD-PLUS proposed peace agreement.

The faction under the former Vice President, Dr. Riek Machar, on the other hand has unanimously endorsed the IGAD-PLUS peace document after three days of intensive deliberations in Pagak, South Sudan.

The armed opposition expresses concerns that the document is not in the best interest of the rebels, however, they believe that it is a road-map to achieving a better peace and stability in the country.

we were not fighting the government in juba with intention that obama will come and help us or were we fighting for the interest of obama or the interest of our people? this IGAD-PLUS proposal is fair for the citizens of south sudan including our tribe nuer because this proposal is full of division and more war within upper nile states

My dear i meaning that if peace will be there rebels will control the Greater Upper Nile so do u think that killing will be in both side within our country? because there should be what so call integration with in Juba so any way when they do wrong thing like killing any nuer with in the city or any where fighting will be there this is what i mean not you because you are not fight the government but we do fight them even-though this proposal will bringing us full of division who care then? unless the security of Juba will be under the other foreigners troops out of Ugandan forces all at all the military barrack of the government and rebels/ freedom fighter will be under the control of foreigners troop.Foreigners troops will also be deployed there to any corners within Ten states ( territories ) while we are still in transitional government after 30Months which is two Years .For good this two years of transitional period no one talks shit on other citizens so after that when we see that is okay the Federal system will be on the door so man Peter Ruei how do you look at it the more division among us will be there whereby each of every state government according to our 21 States will achieved any kinds of development base on state resources this what those dictators leaders does n,t want to be some things behind on that peace they though bro Oh yea sorry i do not know you exactly where u are and who you are from two side ?

We fought for our interest of our people who have been massacred there in Juba and we are still for that bro look if they do not did such of killing man no problem we can solve our problem according to political issue with in the party as well as usual our leaders have been formulated from the beginning of those days ,but the problem from the government is because they do killed nonsense people that is to late to make any kinds of amnesty or reunification of the party from Arusha agreement man .Seem u talks like you do not know the cause of the war the second point why they brought Ugandan forces to help them and we are all the men of the men in South-Sudan and braves tribes in Youngest Nation both Nuer and Dinkas who will be defeated and who will be the winner ? why not they fight and fight until one side should be defeated so from there the reconciliation could have been signed BEFORE it can not take us two years look now they fought with the half of Nuer and they do nothing Ma maan we don,t need peace also leave the statement from Obama and other international community who put their sacrifices on us. Sorry your chance you the Dinkas or the government of South-Sudan is because of the other forces like JEM,SPLA-N,,UGANDAN FORCES ,EGYPTIANS FORCES and other forces which i have not mention below since Juba was under the hands of the freedom fighters how do you look at it ? okay if we say let us be in peace and let the peace yield the fruit according to some points like the areas of agreement between rebels and government of Kiir and we leave about the violent which was erupted in Juba what is wrong from there? understand this piece of information Yahaaa Peter
