July 10, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — Speaking during the 4th commemoration of South Sudan independence in Juba, the lone foreign president, Yoweri Museveni, briefly discussed a mix of his personal experience and political realities in the two neighboring landlocked countries.

Although president Musveni sees many challenges in the world’s newest nation, the Ugandan president vividly warns the South Sudanese leaders to be mindful of foreign involvements in their internal affairs.

“Now, then there is another problem. The outsiders, the outsiders are another problem.” Said Museveni

The Ugandan president strongly emphasizes that the outsiders should not interfere with the internal conflicts but should support the South Sudanese leaders to solve their own problems.

“If my brother has got a problem in his family, my job is to tell my brother to solve the problem in his family. I cannot come I say I take over his family because you have got problems in your family.” Museveni said.

Contrary to his speech, the Ugandan president has stationed battalions of his troops, the UPDF who were originally deployed in Somalia and Congo, within the South Sudanese capital and other strategic towns such as Bor in Jonglei state and Nsitu in Western Equatoria state.

Musveni was referring to distance foreigners, the westerns and Europeans as he clarified during his previous anniversary speech in 2014.

“Now that is what I see when I hear all these commends by so many players” Museveni said.

Although the Ugandans believe that they have prevented a genocide in the world’s youngest nation, many South Sudanese and members of international community blame Uganda for the continuation of the conflict, use of internationally banned clusters bombs, aerial bombardment and destruction of lives and property, mostly in Greater Upper Nile region.

Towards the end of his speech, Museveni introduced his wife and ministers that accompanied him.

“Therefore, in conclusion, I’m happy to be here with my wife, the honorable Janet and other ministers from Uganda, who are here”

The Ugandan president affirms his solidarity to continue his support for Salva Kiir’s leadership.

“I want to extend my solidarity to the people of South Sudan as it was in the past, so it is now and so it shall be in the future. I don’t want to equate what you re doing with the bible  but I don’t mind borrowing those words”

Bullying Former Detainees and Political Opponents.

Before ending his speech, Museveni expressed his gratitude for the return of “the rebels” – the former detainees – who spent nearly two years under the auspice of the Kenyan president, Uhuru Kenyatta.

“I’m very happy, when I was going to look at some places behind. I saw one tall man there, call Deng Alor. so I said what is this rebel doing here? but I’m very happy these rebels have come back” Museveni said.

Illustrated through a Banyankole’s proverb, Museveni cautions his South Sudanese counterparts to fight without damaging one another “permanently”.

“In my tribe, there is one proverb, it says inyinemwe zigwana zorkinabwina…which means that if I’m very hungry with my brother and we are fighting, we are wrestling, when I push him to near the hole where he can break his tooth, I warn him I say don’t fall in the hole yet I’m fighting him but I don’t want him to be permanently damaged. I want to hit him so that I’m I satisfy my anger but I don’t want him to be permanently damaged….now if you are fighting with your brother in such a way that you don’t care whether you broke his neck or not, then you re not a brother. You are something else.” He explains.

Back in Kampala, as President Museveni travels to Juba to commemorate the 4th independence anniversary of South Sudan, his political opponents, youth leaders and political activists were being randomly picked to be imprisoned.

The recently sacked Prime Minister, Amama Mbabazi and Museveni’s long term political rival, the former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) president-turned activist, Kizza Besigye, were collected from their homes and road blocks yesterday, and arrested at various police stations.

Premier Mbabazi was reportedly pulled out from his car by polices, who blocked his convoy at Njeru, near Jinja town and was dragged to a waiting police car that drove him to unknown destination.

This old man called museveni is use less. Your strategy will not work in south sudan period. Imagine what would have happened if the first time museveni intervened in south sudan did not take side and told both sides to make peace seriously?. All these destruction would have been avoided. It is musevni who is fueling south sudan conflict. He is helping one side & wants to destroy the other side and he is talking about being brother blah blah Useless old man. Go cheat your ugandan sheeps.

Kiir was pool enough that he could not understand what M7 was telling him. Kiir never care unless you tell him that you step down because he is not educated to understand proverbs. M7 warn him on foriegn interference but kiir will never think M7 is included. M7 told him to hurt Dr.Riek but not kill his tribe but who is Kiir to understand all this and his office secretary is one eye.
