Government Military General Charged of Hate Speech and Incitement!

SPLA Director for Information & Public Relations Brig Gen Malak Ayuen

May 31, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The Military Director for Information and Public Relations, Brig. Gen. Malak Ayuen Ajok, who has been running an exclusive live program on the government owned channel, SSTV, has been suspended to be investigated for inflammatory speech and tribal hate incitement.

According to government sources, Brig. Gen. Malak, was suspended through a military decree by the incumbent president, Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardiit.

“This is to inform all that Brig. Gen. Malak Ayuen Ajok, who is responsible for the SPLA’s SSTV program has been suspended by the President of the Republic General Salva Kiir Mayardit.” said John, a government official who decline to be named due to fear of retaliation.

Although the military decree gave no detailed explanation, the former Brigadier General, was reportedly suspended for inciting hatred against the Nuer people, the tribe of South Sudan’s former Vice President, who leads a grounded military opposition in the country.

Other government sources indicate that the suspension of brigadier Malak was provoked by his latest calls on the citizens to rally against the return of SPLM-Uhuru, the former political detainees, who were released to exile in Kenya due to “fear” of their safety in the country.

“This decision came as the return of the return of G-10’s advance team to Juba tomorrow and Malak called on South Sudanese to demonstrate against the their return.” the official continues.

As the former prisoners are expected to return on Monday, Malak, calls on the citizens to use stones against the SPLM-G10 if they do not have guns to fire.

“Since, their return has been accepted by the leadership of the SPLM in government, it was unthinkable for a military general to oppose the decision of the civilian authority.” John continued.

“As a result, General Kiir instructed Gen. Paul Malong to suspend Malak and ordered his investigation.” the official confirms.

The former brigadier general has been reportedly stripped off and now pending investigation against charges brought forth by the Nuer-government supporters, who protest the endangering hate speeches and propaganda against their community.

Maalak’s widely debated controversial speeches have led to defection of military generals including the brother of Upper Nile State governor, Brig. Gen. Gatwech Puoch, who defected the government last month.

According to Brig. Gen. Gatwech, his defection was motivated by Malaak’s hate speeches, in addition to similar speeches by Dr. Bona Malwal, an outspoken senior who advocates for Salva Kiir government as a “dinka government” in the United State.

The government official, from the Nuer tribe, said “Malak has been making programs which alienated and insulted the entire Nuer community since the start of his program on TV and this got severe after the incident of 13 December 2013. Malak has been advised by so many people not to make political presentations on a military program and he always refused to listen. Now, he has reaped what he has sown.”

According to SPLA records, the former Brig. General was once suspended from SPLA ranks and files in 1986 and charged with death sentence by his colleague, Telar Ring Deng, the current South Sudan ambassador to Russia.

Malak was saved from the death sentence by the then Upper Nile Zonal commander, Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, the current chairman and commander in chief of the armed opposition, SPLM/SPLA.

Despite what would have been a strong bond between Dr. Riek and Gen. Malak, the Brigadier General has sharply turned against Dr. Machar through his television program.

Malak’s suspension is viewed by many supporters of both warring parties as a right move in the right direction.

“Our Generals in South Sudan need to learn discipline and should NOT get involved in politics while in active duty. Those officers who want to comment on current political affairs should resign from the army and join politics.” said Gen. Gordon Buay Malek, a self proclaimed general, who comments widely on government affairs.

Dear Readers and Reporters:
This article’s title was made up against Gen Malaak. The article should be charged with hated speech and untrue article title. He (Malaak) was not suspended or released because of hated Speech. The reason Is below

To prove this article wrong: Malaak will be heading the SPLA MAINSTREAM JUBA ARMY acquisition and armament secret unit: Here Is the clue evidence.. between March to August of 2014, Uganda and Israeli “elements” have been arming and training the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA), according to a report (May 2015)Thursday in the South Sudanese al-Intiba Hebrew newspaper In Tel Aviv, which said that Israeli IDF airforce aircraft were landing in South Sudan on a daily basis and unloading military hardware..I can not say what this means?

The next mission: like before any Nyagats and Nyam nyam Equatoria or Dinka little selfish can rebellion as for their own willing: but the SPLA MAINSTREAM JUBA ARMY Nationalist citizens will always be there and always be there No matter what the challenge.
The most challenging time In the history of South Sudan is 1989 to 2002, and July, 2005.

So any rebellion whether organized or unorganized is not new and not the big news to the SPLA MAINSTREAM JUBA ARMY and the Lion King Nationalist citizens.

I speak my words out and May God be with the people of South Sudan.
Amen Amen.

Bobby,

Are you trying to tell us that you have a hidden history of South Sudan that many of us do not know? Most of us know that in 1955-1972 First Sudanese civil war. The Anya-Nya movement was established in 1963. This guerrilla army’s core members were veterans of the 1955 mutiny in Torit. Its activities contributed indirectly to the fall of General Abboud’s military regime in 1964.

In the first civil war, from 1955 to 1972, southern insurgents, called the Anya Nya, fought against GOS for greater autonomy. By 1969, Anya Nya controlled most of southern Sudan. In 1971, the rebel group integrated into the Southern Sudan Liberation Movement, or SSLM, the precursor to today’s Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army, or SPLM/A.

Then the second civil war erupted in 1983-2005 when President Jaafar Nimeiri introduced Sharia Law and reneged on the Addis Ababa Agreement’s provisions for a referendum in Abyei. The SPLM/A fought against GOS until 1989, when the parties reached a peace agreement and suspended Sharia Law.

In June 2002, the SPLM/A and the GOS began negotiations to end Sudan’s second civil war. Those negotiations culminated in the January 9, 2005 signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, or CPA. The CPA itself is comprised of six protocols concluded between 2002 and 2005. Finally, the second civil war came to an end with the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement in 2005.

The significant points for the six protocols is a six-year Interim Period, at the end of which, the people of southern Sudan were given the right to vote in a self-determination referendum to decide whether to remain united with Sudan or to secede. Dr. Riek Machar was the champion of “Self-determination”. He challenged Dr. John Garang on this issue.

Dr. Riek Machar revisited Anya 1-& Anya-II pro-southern independence movements when he called for self-determination. However, all Anya-Anya I & Anya-Nya II veterans must be all remembered.

Those who now beat their chests in Juba that they brought independence have forgotten those who started the mutiny. It is good if people can respect the history. Therefore, Dr. Riek Machar who resisted to fight for self-determination and all the rests who fought must recognized. If South Sudanese people today are given the chance to vote for federal government like they did for self-determination, Riek Machar will win again because many South Sudanese people prefer federal government as they preferred self-determination but South Sudanese are given the chance yet by the dictator regime in Juba.

There is no doubt we will have a federal government in South Sudan because it is a system which fits our situation. The current system is corrupted so we need a better system which serves the interest of the citizens.

Loberito you know the history well and you are a good writer to, the I disagree with you is Riek Machar brought independent to south sudan is not true, if Riek Machar was commander in chief of the SPLM \SPLA what do you think when he he went to Khartoum and signed agreement of Sudan, now his SPLA forces are integrated in to sudan army forces and no other forces remained fighting like the SPLA torit faction, do you think that we can have CPA agreement with government of Sudan, and lead to referendum? I didn’t think so, do you remember when Riek Machar came from sudan after Khartoum agreement do you seen him coming back with army forces go with to Khartoum? no even one Boulton he didn’t came with him, how everybody thinks that Riek Machar brought independent to south sudan. you need to stop that arguments and thanks you.

Abuchook,

Are you just sugar coated your words? That is another way to divert the message. You are doing the same thing that Slava kiir did. When he killed the Nuers in Juba, he said it was a coup. There was no coup in Juba. If the General was fired because of bad conduct, let it be.

the law must take its cause if indeed it was a hate speech and the entire army need to draw lesson from such brave and unprofessional behaviors. had it been that so national army are independent and not involved in politics then the current crisis could have been prevented therefore so call leaders should learn lesson as well especially mixing army with politic and its repercussions.

You got it right Geberil. Do not forget about Michael Makuei Lueth. He talks like a chicken without a head. He is one people who can help the President to make a wise decision that serve the entire population in South Sudan as representative of the government but he and his likes misled the President.

Michael Makuei as he claims a professional lawyer, he should be the very person who serves the citizens regardless of location or state. But most of the time, he is not making sense of himself.

This reportedly suspension of malak Ayuen is nothing more than a strategic and well calculated move by the Dinka council of elders & Killer Kiir to temporarily disassociate themselves with their main and the most adorable SSTV personality by the Dinka community worldwide. In fact, one needs not search farther than tuning in and tentatively listening to Mr. Ayuen’s SSTV session to obtain the truest and the raw Information pertaining to the source of Dinka’s tribal hatred against Naath Tribe being boldly preached on supposedly S.S.national TV turned-into tribal and propaganda machine. So, please do not be fooled by Killer Kiir ‘s presidential degrees that can be reverse any minute. Remember the Killer Kiir’s degree ordering all Bor or Dinka herders to promptly vacate Equatoria states and return to their perspectives states? Has it been implemented yet? Just curious!!!

Who will suspend those generals on Dr. Riek Machar side who uses hate speeches against dinka? suspension of bridge general Malaak Ayuen Ajok is not justified. who will stop propaganda machine of rebels against dinka? despite the fact that some dinkas are members of Dr. Riek rebellion yet no one even Dr. Reik himself will one day take decision against his generals. we must be careful, such decision can create division in governent supporting group. yes there is no needs to generalize hate speeches against nuer as a tribes and such outspoken people should only be advise to come to sense but not taking serious measure like suspension. i prayer for bridge general Malaak Ayuen to come out free from all this allegations. He was acting on good face for the defense of sovereignty.

Yak,

You point a valid point by saying that even on Dr. Riek’s side those who are using hate speech against Dinka should be all suspended. You are correct. There is no right hate speech. Definitely, Dr. Riek also needs to suspend those who spread hate speech.

I’m surprised if that happened, no one in the government told the truth like Brig Gen malaak ayuien .if persistent Kir mayardiit took that decision to suspended malaak in his position is not wise for a persistent Kir to make that decision. the majority of Nuers not accepted the been told about unwise decisions they always made with out thinking the result of their decision they made.

Dr.Ebola ( Riek Machar) will never defeat Kiir, in fact I don’t want you to believe it or not, it is upto you. The Big mistaks Nuer rebellion was done was to put Dr. Ebola as a ringleader of movement. All the grievences which pointed out by majority of Nuer are mostly trues. But even though Kiir have no vision, corrupts Gov’t, and so forth, he is still visionless, and corrupts patriot leader, unlike Dr.Ebola who is a evil traitor, who tried very hard in 1991 to killed off South Sudaneses in order to be given an independent of South Sudan. No human being with conscious will let man (Dr.Ebola) to be his/her leader, never at all.

I don’t think this report is true but in case if it turns out to be what it is then Gen. Malaak can blame no one for his sucking but himself.

For those of you who might have followed his military shows on SSTV right from the very beginning of this year till recently, then you may have noticed that he became critical of the concept of pardoning former militia/rebel Generals from Matip, Olony, Yau Yau, etc. Further, he complained a lots for lack of promotions for the SPLA officers who remained loyal to the SPLA ever since including himself as well as the poor welfare state of the SPLA soldiers.

Here is what he said during one of his shows just before Gen. Olony began fighting the SPLA in Malakal, ” we have so many wounds on our heads and we can now say enough is enough, we (SPLA Generals at Bilpam) do not need more militia/rebel Generals to be pardoned and put above us. This practices has to come to an end”.

Obviously, you would understand that Gen. Malaak and his colleagues at Bilpam are not very happy with Gen. Kiir’s policies in SPLA and the way he runs the nation in general. Although they are more powerful than Kiir himself as army Generals at Bilpam, sadly enough they are bunch of idiots and cowards who failed many times to challenge Kiir for messing up the nation. They have just resorted to gossiping even on SSTV which is more dangerous forgetting that he has ears and eyes everywhere.

This is why I said he has to blame himself for his sucking if that turns out to be true, you can’t just do that in such situations when you know have no plan B. Kiir will finish them one by one unless they do something to save their own lives and their country men from this dictator!
