April 19, 2015 (Nyamilepedia)—-I failed to understand when I got the news that South Sudan government was killing innocent civilian in the country. and we all know any government characteristics  is to govern its members and to ensure that life runs smoothly.

The rule are also meant to control people and encourage certain kind  of behavior, .again I fail to hear that south Sudan government still claiming about legitimacy, a government should be accountable to the people over whom it exercise power.

The organization of regular Elections enhances legitimacy unfortunately, south Sudan  government fail to safeguard her legitimacy by killing its citizens.

In every government law enforcement is the priority, the government has the authority to take actions against those who violate its laws.government sovereignty; the government  has the supreme authority to exercise power within its jurisdictions.

Jurisdictions; this is the geographical area within which a government exercise power and enforces laws. in my view if south Sudan to follow up those examples.

why are they claiming to be legitimate government? Juba government day and night is talking of democracy  or Elected president.

Democracy; is a government of the people by the people and for the people it meant the rule of  the people or its a form of governing where power rests with the people/political decisions are directly in the hand of citizens.

Its also describes as government in which the people participate directly or indirectly through representatives.

President kiir made a mistake by ordering his private armies call Gelweng or dutkubany to killed innocent Nuer.

The UN charter on human rights has indicated very clear that;

1 all human being are born free and  equal in dignity and rights.

2 every one is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this declaration, without distinction of any kind such as race, color,  sex, language, religion, political, or other opinion, national, or social origin, property, birth or other status.

3 No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel inhuman or degranding treatment or punishment.

4 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest detention or exile.

5 every one is entitle in full equality to a fair and pubic hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal in the determination of their rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against them.

In my own opinion, Kiir must be held accountable for killing of innocent Nuer in Juba.

You guys do not cry always. You who caused the problems in South Sudan, I think this is a dream that President Kiir will go. These are consequences for who planning the coup. Do not lying to the World that there was no coup. Just you shut up

That must go song was sung to Dr. Garang during the liberation war with the North Sudan by his detractors, until it became a singsong and Dr. Garang didn’t go any where until the CPA was signed. Dr. Garang, however, later on copter-crashed and died when he did achieved what he wanted to do.

Those clamoring for president Kiir to go have their own takes though, but others do have their takes as well. And we must eventually agree one thing that, and that is: We must elect president Kiir out just like the way we elected him in. That is called democracy and that is what we all yearn for. Removing president Kiir by coups and armed rebellions is the exact opposite of what we preach ourselves that we want done in South Sudan.

Many people including the Dinkas are aren’t worshiping president Kiir like the way the Nuers are worship their demigod Riek Machar, but they don’t want a precedent to be set in South Sudan, that when you lose your job, then you take up arms and call for the resignation of the elected president. The world doesn’t spin that way fellows.

In other countries, you don’t take up arms when you lose your job, rather, you politically fight another day until you put your acts together and the citizens will bring you back to the government if your passion is politics. That is the way it is done folks.

The alleged killing of Nuers in Juba didn’t required an armed rebellion and revenge killing in Bor, Akoba, Nasir, Baliet, Malakal, Leer, Bentiu and in oil installations.

There is this saying, eye for an eye in ancient Jews——many people around the world including our own in our nilotic plains don’t believed in that ancient eye for an eye mantra. And that was why Riek Machar was forgiven and given the second highest position in land, because many people around the world including us in South Sudan believed, that eye for an eye thing would leave all of us blind. There are always limits to forgiveness though and that is why Riek Machar and his lieutenants like Peter Gadet are aren’t going to go unpunished this time around.

Kiir must go! WHERE?
Dinka population in RSS is 2.4m while Nuer is 1.6m. President Kiir is remains as Icon in the RSS and will be burying in Juba city next to Dr.John Garang when Almighty God took his life. Even though rebels would use magic, signing many songs or any, President Kiir will never die because he has not betrayed this nation from 1972 to 2015.

Don’t be jealous Dinka-boyz, just be patient wait and see when time comes for Mr. Kiir to go because many of you believe by seeing. And mega-thanks to Mr. Lam Chuol for telling the truth.

One thing riek backers don’t understand is that, even if the thinkable were to occur, riek will never be replacement for kiir whether be it through rebellion or election. There are most liked people in south sudan that can replace kiir not riek in millions years. Hate stupid kiir, but prefer him than fool riek.

Benevolent leadership is not all about holding bachelors degree, masters or doctorates but is about whom God has chosen and not impetus leaders. If Riek had waited for elections,he would have gone through,we only blame Riek for repeating 1991 incident as reflected by what happened on 15/Dec/2013.So we personally have no any grudges with Riek being leader of S.Sudan or Nuer people, for we are all citizens of S.Sudan no matter what.
