September 22, 2014 (Nyamilepedia) — The newly appointed Representative of the Sudan People Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM/IO) in Uganda, Comrade David Otim described the coming of President Kiir in to power after the death of the late Father Dr John Garang in 2005 as defaults.
Comrade Otim who is the Professor lecturing in Makerere University in Uganda said, Kiir Mayardit lacks capacity to lead the people of South Sudan in this dot.com generation. He mentioned that people Republic cannot be lead by someone who has got no credentials and capacity to bring the people of South Sudan together for the common goal.
Professor while talking in African Hotel on Monday, 22th , September 2014 where his Office was inaugurated says, President Kiir came to know Uganda in 2013 December mean while he lamented , many South Sudanese Nationals were in Uganda for more than 20years before Salva Kiir came to power.
He concludes that, Uganda government is friend to South Sudanese not for individuals people who are taking Country resources to their homes and as well carried out a genocide in Juba on the December 15th, 16th and 17th 2013 , which he describe will take President Kiir and his group to International Criminal court (ICC).

Indeed he came in to power by default.And I think,it was his wish for our father to die so that he can take over the govt.
This was evidence in 2004 when he wanted to rebel in Yei because of not been given close position to DR JOHN.
Let him be informed that,Uganda relationship with south Sudan is by blood not by boarder or for security.
Mr Elisa Omaga please use suitable language which will pave way for peaceful atmosphere.South Sudanese need contributions in regard to development.
